as many of you guys may know, this morning we were woken up to such disgusting and horrific news of taeil.

my heart goes to the victim and her family and praying that she gets the justice that she deserves and for her mental recovery and support. and i hope for dear god that there was no other victims involved in this vile act.

there are so many rumours going around now that SM has spoken out about his departure from the group and i’m not sure what to believe.

i will continue to support the remaining members of nct however, it’s the fact that he’s allegedly been doing this for 6 years that makes me really weary of the other members. because yes, they have now dropped him as a member, friend and hopefully as a mf human but no matter how well he could’ve hid from the others, they live or at least lived and was with him 24/7.

like there is no way not a single member was suspicious of his behaviour. whether or not they were actually involved in this inhuman act, the fact that they had known and turned a blind eye is just as fucked up.

this is a reminder for people that you will never ever truly know these idols. yes, they can and definitely will be a source of comfort for majority of the fans however just remember that the idol/entertainment industry is filled with money hungry companies and individuals and lot of these idol personalities/images are just a facade (not saying for all just there is a big majority)

a rant/update??

coming back on this app that i haven't opened for a month because i fell into the 2020 and prior years kpop rabbit hole and realised how much i miss that era of kpop😔

i feel like the newer groups and songs just don't hit the same anymore like everything sounds so similar, everyone's just trying to top the charts, every company is just bandwagoning the newest trend that caused a group to skyrocket into fame

2020 kpop i think really was the peak for me and it just hasn't been that good since then like bring back resonance era PLEASE

maybe i've been disinterested in kpop now that the boyz and nct dream are on tour and isn't that active musically rn but yeah maybe when they have an actual comeback it'd ignite that spark in me again but for now idek

i don't even have the time to invest into it nowadays like stanning a group is so much effort like i have so much to catch up on😭

"Let's grab some food when we're back, I can hear your stomach growling."

"I'm just kidding," Hyunjae wrapped one arm around your shoulders and pinched your cheek with the other.

His act made your face burn even further. You were certain that you looked like a tomato right then.

Holy shit, I feel sick. Why do I feel sick? But I enjoy Hyunjae's company, that's without a doubt. Is it... Am I falling?

Hyunjae patted his shoulder, gesturing you to lay your head on him and sleep.

"I'm sure you're tired Y/n, we ran in the rain and all," he giggled.

"No, no. It's okay, I-"

Your words were cut short by the man himself as he proceeded to scoop your head and lay it on his shoulder.

"Y/n," Hyunjae whispered into your ear, "Are you liking this? Your heart's beating so fast."

You slapped Hyunjae's arm and tried to raise your head, but he was quicker to hold it in place and say, "I'm just joking, don't go Y/n. I'm already comfy."

You rolled your eyes at him and adjusted your head to sleep. His head leaned against yours just a few seconds after.
