Who isn't excited while bringing home a new motorcycle? . - However for me, I wasn't entirely happy with @ktm_mekhricircle 's idea of keeping up a delivery date. . - Firstly, I was offered a test ride only after booking the motorcycle (which is quite unheard of) . - Secondly, everytime @ktm_mekhricircle would promise a date for delivery, they would just not be able to keep up to their words. . - It was very annoying for me to go to the dealership for delivery, only to be asked to come again after a 5 days sometimes 10days, repeatedly! . - On November 27th, 2014 I walked into @ktm_mekhricircle only to be denied again, but this time I had enough. . - There was only one KTM RC 390 at the dealership, it was the one which was assembled newly, it was the one kept for display for prospective customers, it was the one I was going to ride home with, it was the one that would come home with me, IT WAS THE ONE! . - Yes, you guessed it right! Wait! KTM makes a fully faired motorcycle? . - . - Standing on the paddock was a fully-faired, supersport, bright orange candy. . - . - They called it the KTM RC 390 , where 'RC' stood for 'Race Competition' . My heart was racing, and my mind was caught in the competition of the Duke and the RC. . - . - Low slung clip-on handle bars, high tail, rear seat so ahead of its time, the moment I sat on it, I knew it's not practical, but I knew it would make me go fast and I would enjoy every bit of it. . - . - However at @ktm_mekhricircle due to previous test ride negligence and accidents, they wouldn't offer a test ride unless I paid INR 30,000 and booked the motorcycle.
