if you find the right one it can really make your life a lot better. i’d say try it, but it’s up to you.

I'm sort of tired of trying really and they don't always work the same they worked in the past. I know everyone says you'll find the magic pill eventually, but I'm so sick of trying. Not an excuse, I know, but. xx

Yo. I guess I can give advise if you tell me how long you experience such and since when? Was anything the cause of it? I’ve been your follower quite a while but in the last days/weeks you seem feeling pretty horrible and I’m concerned. xox Sasha

Yeah the last few weeks is when it got incredibly worse for me. It might have something to do with a few changes in my life (new job, end of year at university, money worries etc = stress) plus the fact I quit ads in April I believe (which were making me worse) plus my ex trying to have some sort of contact with me after a very painful breakup last autumn and consequently making me feel like a complete failure who will never amount to anything and nobody will want to be with her ever again and yadayada (he cheated on me and left me for another girl after a two year relationship). I've been diagnosed with clinical depression when I was 18 but I've been on and off meds and therapy and whatnot since I was 15-16 and all this lovely thing started when I was 14. I always feel like if I could just get my life back in control everything would be fine.. which I've been feeling since 2006. Ghm. Thank you for your concern, it means a lot to me, believe me, especially since I'm rarely ever comfortable talking about this with anyone. xx
