Love #duckconfit and glad to have found another eatery locally which does a mean one! This one is from #Ginett, the restaurant & wine bar at #HotelG. The meat is tender with the skin just slightly burnt, offering a favorful taste, in addition to the garnishes. So good we ordered another one to share!
