Roughly translated from my (poor) memory of the cast audio commentary for this scene:

Kato Ryousuke (Deep): It's not even touching!

Norizuki Kouhei (Q): Satomi-san (the choreographer) said, "This is a bit too erotic, stop it."

Kuranuki Masahiro (DooBop): It was better in the rehearsals.

I...am not even sure if they were kidding at this point but the idea of Norikun and Mokkun trying out the actual touching in rehearsals..........
