My first failed attempt at sewing #freerangeslacks a great learning journey. I wanted these sewn up before travelling for our short break. I winged the pocket, love the comfortable fit at the waist and like the cut of the 3 piece leg. I didn't print properly so the pattern was enlarged in both directions, I failed to print the test size page! 😭 I ended up cutting 3 inches from top seam and 4 inches from bottom seam, also several inches from two of the leg seams. My fabric choice was also poor as after one day of wearing too much bobbling with viscose linen. Version 2 coming soon, I will first draw my own measurements trouser block and use that, as well as a toil to a copy shop printed pattern!
