Created a FAIL FREE CARD that I learned from @IDEOU's Unlock Creativity course (bit.do/e6Xoq). This card gives Ss permission to be bold, take action, & assert themselves in positive, risktaking behaviors. Symbol of celebrating/embracing failure, and learning from them. Had a blast with #2ndgrade during their Marketplace event! The engagement and excitement was great to see! Ss used the #designthinking method to empathize w/ potential customers and design a good or service to sell. High quality performance tasks (PT) can provide Ss with learning experiences that integrate inquiry, personalized learning, competencies, and K/S from multiple subject areas. They provide the WHY for Ss in learning these crucial K/Ss and provide opportunities for agency.
