When Deities at War... (Boronia x Archemoros)
Warning: War, death, etc. Nightmare Sans, Gods, angels, demons, etc.
Boronia tensed as the corrupted angels and demons turned on her. She pants as blood streams down her cheeks. Her eyelights flicker, and she pants as she slowly backs away. She feels the ground give under her as she falls towards the ocean. Her wings were wounded, and her body was fatigued; she didn't have time to resist the exhaustion. Her body struck the water, and everything went black.
--------
She eventually awoke in a really nice bed. It's understandable that her thoughts quickly turned to "Oh, gods, did I die?" She whimpered softly as she felt someone clutch her hand. She moves, and her gaze falls on Archemoros. Her eyes widened. Even when they were together, she had never seen him in anything other than his ungooped form. She stretched out to touch him, and his eyes opened. He gripped her wrist, and when he saw her, his eyes softened.
"Boronia..." Boronia was shocked by the softness of his voice. She felt her face light up with a purple blush, but he swiftly removed his hand. "You're awake, good..." Archemoros' voice seemed almost relieved. She stared before shaking her head. She tried to sit up. "Don't do it... Do not sit up. You were seriously bruised up, and Myrsky doesn't think you should move—" Archemoros complained, and Boronia appeared astonished by his concern. He put his hands on her shoulders and forcefully held her in bed. At first, she was going to listen when she remembered...
Her sisters!
"My sisters-" Boronia started, but Archemoros kept her in bed. His hands tremble as he takes a big breath.
"Are fine," Archemoros answers firmly, and Boronia blinks slightly in surprise, but she feels him hold her securely in bed. "Myrsky and Neifion seized them before anything could do serious damage to them... They did not get to you in time." Archemoros gripped her shoulders lightly. "What were you thinking? Leading all those foes to you, you could have died!" Archemoros' voice was practically distorted when he raised it.
"Archemoros-" Boronia began but Archemoros brought her into a tight embrace. He holds her close as he presses his face into her neck.
"Just... Stay still... Just for a while... I thought I lost you..." Archemoros whispers and Boronia's eyes widen. She feels tears fill her eyes. She gently returned the embrace.
"Okay... Just for a while..."

The Deep Galaxy and the Deep Sea (Boronia x Archemoros)
Warnings: Deep Galaxy, Deep Sea, Nightmare Sans, Eldritch, etc.
The Deep Galaxy and Deep Sea are two halves of the same coin. Both deep, dark, and mysterious, but unexplored... With deities at the center. The Goddess of the Deep Galaxy is supposed to have chilly purple eyes and to be a gigantic dragon, both powerful and imposing... beautiful. While the Elder God of the Deep Sea was known for the three scars on his eyes and his terrifying other form, cruel, cold, and aloof... Feared. One is famed for her mysterious beauty, while the other is known for inducing terror.
Two sides of the same coin, two halves of the whole... Some may think so, however, the Elder God of the Deep Sea's reflection is actually his twin brother, the Elder God of the Sky. The two forces had been at odds for a long time, so the Elder God of the Deep Sea would never meet the Goddess of the Deep Galaxies. The Elder God of the Deep Sea was hidden beneath the depths, while the Younger God reached out for his brothers' hands.
One day, the Elder God of the Sky became desperate to find his missing twin. He resorted to the only person he thought could reach him: the Goddess of the Deep Galaxies. She had initially rejected, expressing little interest in interfering with the matters of the other deities, but she eventually complied due to her sisters' appeals.
So the Deep Galaxy met the Sea's Depths.
-----
Boronia landed slowly in the water's depths. The water created ripples around her feet. She could feel someone's eyes on her, but she kept her gaze fixed as she gently stepped forward. Her eyes widened slightly as some long-sleeping echo flowers gradually opened, exposing a murky purple color. She hummed. She'd only heard of the Elder God of the Deep Sea's endeavors to create beautiful things for the Deep Sea, but not like this. She heard the subtle sound of the water shifting and she sighed softly.
"Who are you?" The furious voice rang out. She turned to stare at the skeleton. His dark purple eyes glowed in the low light of the purple echo flowers. Boronia was largely taken aback by how attractive he was, but this was not the time. She turned and glanced at him. "No creature can reach my depths and travel far enough... What are you? A familiar? An angel? A demon? A-" His questions were shaky with emotion.
"A goddess," Boronia responded, interrupting his thought. He looked slightly perplexed before she grabbed her skirt and bowed. "Boronia, Goddess of the Deep Galaxy, at your service." Boronia fixed her posture as she stared at him. Her eyes glowed a much lighter purple than his.
"What is a goddess such as yourself doing so far from your domain?" The Elder God of the Deep Seas approached her, and they were face to face. She kept her gaze fixed until he glared and drew back. "No matter, what brings you here?" His voice had a faint growl. Boronia knew he'd be angry with her response, but she shrugged it off.
"Archemoros, your brother, Myrsky, is beginning to worry about you. He asked for my assistance in finding you." Boronia crossed her arms and looked up at him. She could see his face flash. He looked incredibly goopy and that partly confused her, but she simply assumed it was his regular form.
"You traveled all the way to my depths for my foolish brother? I never imagined a goddess would waste her time on a meaningless undertaking." Archemoros was in her face, their gazes locked. He was floating slightly in comparison to her, who was firmly anchored on the earth.
"Originally, I did not wish to, but my sisters begged me and I find myself unable to deny their requests," Boronia answered plainly. Archemoros seemed slightly astonished, but then he started laughing. Of course, she imagined it was in a mocking tone, but she couldn't care less how this God perceived her. "If you're going to laugh, at least let me say something funny first." Boronia huffed as her tone came out colder than she expected.
"So, you just decided to leave your domain to appease your sisters?" Archemoros snarled as he stepped around her. Boronia's gaze fixed on one spot as he held her shoulders from behind, and she tensed. "Well, darling, I think you are foolish to do so," Archemoros breathes against her ear, making Boronia shudder. "Not many Deities can withstand my depths for long periods..." Archemoros hisses but Boronia shoves him off.
"Well, it is a good thing I am not just any goddess," Boronia observes with a focused expression. He raises his eyebrow. "I am Boronia, the Goddess of the Deep Galaxies..." Boronia's wings open, and the echo flowers around her begin to mirror the galaxy. "Your depths are nothing compared to my domain," Boronia went forward toward him, and he seemed slightly surprised, "Darling." She hisses as her wings reflect the deep cosmos back at him, then pulls back. Archemoros just glares before disappearing back into the depths. She scoffs, but she knows she told Myrsky that she'd attempt to persuade him out.
She disappeared from his depths...
--------
Boronia was sitting in the depths this time. She could feel his gaze on her. She tried to ignore it as she opened the bag Andromeda had given her. It was full of sweets, some of which were her favorites, and she could feel his gaze firmly fixed on her.
"I would feel more flattered by you staring if you weren't hiding like a coward." Boronia growled at the concealing God. Archemoros chose to indulge her by appearing.
"You return to my depths." Archemoros hisses, and Boronia stares blankly back. She offers him something sweet.
"Yes, I did promise your brother I'd try." Boronia rolls her eyes while holding the dessert up. He pauses before taking it. She hums as she starts to eat. Of course, he sat next to her, but she could see him floating gently while she remained firmly anchored on the ground. They sat in an uncomfortable quiet until Archemoros piped out.
"You don't talk much, do you?" Archemoros huffs as she looks up at him. She sits up slightly. He leans towards her, and she keeps her expression as neutral as possible. "For someone supposed to convince me, you keep to yourself."
"What? Do you want the same speech you've always received?" Boronia asks honestly as she begins peeling an orange. "Because, unlike your brothers, I'm not going to run the whole "equals and balance" speech. I don't care enough about that." Boronia offers him half of an orange, and he takes it. She pops a piece in her mouth. Archemoros made no sound as they ate. He watched her as she glanced at him.
"You're irritating." Boronia witnesses Archemoros huffing. Her response to his comment is a blank stare. She sighs as she consumes another piece of orange.
"As I already stated, I will refrain from using the "equals and balance" argument. It won't work because you don't care." Boronia gives him a little glare. She sits up, and he glares at her before disappearing again. Well, that was a failure.
-------------
How many times has she visited at this point? Five times? He came out numerous times, was aggressive, and then left. Boronia remained at the heart of the depths. She could feel his eyes, but instead of waiting, he appeared as clear as day. She was slightly shocked by the lack of goop on his bones as he peered back, ungoopified. His feet remain firmly planted on the ground. She opens her mouth, but he raises a hand.
"Let's talk." His voice seemed less distorted, more... soothing. It astonished her, so she blinked and nodded slowly.
"Yes, let's."
