going to keep uploading drwc stuff until ppl actually care abt it and send me asks demanding i talk abt it (pspsppsp hint hint) depicted from left to right, top to bottom, we have: Dove and Rowan in the Colony of the Stars, right after Rowan has died. Dove is sobbing and is ever grateful for Rowan watching after her daughter, Lavender, after she died, and for Rowan using her last amount of life to save Lavender's. Yeah. The rest are more light hearted. Seal playfully teasing Lavender about any potential romantic interest she may have. Lavender has been asked this about 1000 times and is done with this shit. Koko has just noticed a weird buzzing noise emitting from Snake's mouth. Based on this video Transgender Petal so real! this is my au and that means i get to slap this cat with the transfem nb beam

you're never gonna believe this (sarcasm) but literally the reason this au exists in the first place is bc i love slapping makoto and kyoko in random aus so i literally built the whole story around them. sorry

but as a defined list i believe its these in no particular order:

so now that we are here, let me introduce you to the hope's peak gijinka cat, Glacier (she/her), based on this gijinka from a crossover w a mobile game. She is the mother of Fog, Lavender's grandfather, and is currently in cat hell for the slaughter of children. And I voice-claimed her as Cassandra from the tangled tv show bc. um. she has a cool voice

i will take this chance to dump about one of my favourite extended lore notes, the humanized traits of kittypets

Kittypets/any cat with twoleg contact know and use a lot of twoleg words colony cats would not know, picking up random words from them

Swears, includes mild swearing and very vulgar language

Will use twoleg specific exclamations (eg. "oh my god!", calling meals breakfast lunch and dinner, and more stuff like that)

Use the term car, not monster (will usually call any vehicle a car. trucks? car. bikes? small car. boat? water car.)

They know the terms "vet" "groomer" "doctor"

Also known to gesture more with their paws, imitating how twolegs often talk and gesture with their hands

how abt posting what little info you have for like, the background charas you dont do often stuff with like squirrel for excample (asking for no perticular reason at all) (trust me)

ok i dont have anything on squirrel specifically (sorry) but heres a small thing of side characters I have made not be of colony origin: Moon (Sayaka): Kittypet, originally named Glimmer Dune (Fuyuhiko): Rogue, along with Steel (Peko) and others in a group who did not join Copper (Mondo): Rogue, part of a group, none of the others joined Sunlight (Sonia): Kittypet/showcat, originally named Sonia (originality wooo!) Panther (Gundham): Rogue, solo I think the concept of Sunlight being a showcat is a fun one, just bc of its association w rich people/royalty and also just be a bit silly. how they all came (from what i decided) is different: Moon: fled home after her twolegs got a dog that would not stop terrorizing her Copper: his rogue group often got into fights with wind colony, until his brother died after being hit by a car, group ran while Copper stayed behind Sunlight: spotted Panther one day and was intrigued with him (lol) joins one colony bc she likes the outdoor life Panther: met Sunlight one day and they became friends (lol) saw that she joined a colony so he joined one too, a different one as to not make it obvious why he came (LOL) thats just a silly little ramble

trying to think of the next thing in my drwcau backlog I can post is hard. I have no idea on what ppl would want to see. do I post a silly thing? lore? angst? the choices are endless

Do any of the pairings besides Naegiri have kits? If so who and what kits?

ok so actually i really like the thing that ppl do when they give the v3 cast parents that is just characters from the previous games and thats really what i want to do for all of them. BUT i only have. 4 figured out.

I did drop Thrush, but she isn't the only one. Crow (Shuichi) and Snow (Kiibo) are also theirs.

Other than them the only two i have figured out is Loon x Cooper (Ishimondo), who have both Onyx (Kaito) and Aspen (Tenko)

other than that nothing else is set in stone. I have no doubt some of the others would be parents, but to who? idk

Cloud (nagito cat) has been TNR'd. Happened when he got a paw in a prey trap, was recused by twolegs to safely amputate it, and then decided to get that part done before they released him

I mentioned this before but the "humanification" of any type of cat that spends a lot of their time around people. they know swear words, some isolated people words, and gesture with their paws like hands

I have a cat design in canon that is based off an official gijinka of Hope's Peak Academy (the building) and said cat is directly related to Lavender (haven't posted that design though)

There is the implication that the twoleg who owed Lucky and Koko's mother was a backyard breeder

Does every DR character appear in this AU or only a select few?

thank you very much! every mainline dr character does appear! (mainline meaning thh, sdr2, udg, drv3, and dr3) theres only a few exceptions (i will never put haiji in anything) i only have a few designed, and im not sure if i will design any more unless i get a number of people desperate to see them. heres all the ones i have designed, spilt across two posts [1, 2]

when it comes to characters from other sources (ie any of the novels) theyre like. not really there. i think the only character i pulled from them is yui, this is mostly due to them not being mentioned in the mainline anyways. sorry
