#like. everything was there. it was all there!!!!!!!!#drolta was an amazing compelling villain and she was completely underused to prop up some boring dusty white bitch#richter was a horrible caricature of trevor#maria’s powers were super interesting but we got zero character development barring Big Scary Dragon and Nice Lion summons#like. it was all just so ass and just got so much worse. the dialogue is so stilted#i go back to the scene in OG castlevania where trev and sypha are fighting that monster in front of the portal#and it’s just so much better done. the dual whips. sypha discovering IN REAL TIME how to make electricity WITH HER FACIAL EXPRESSIONS.#st. germain’s hilarious quips about dracula#like it’s all just So Much Better and it’s so sad how badly they flopped nocturne#i can’t believe i finished it tbqh i blurred most of it out. it was so boring#and the fight scenes didn’t even feel good bc there was no char development or anything compelling abt the conflicts at all#ugh#a.announces
