Dissolving poorly placed #filler. Since I do a lot of facial rejuvenation surgery, I don't like the idea of using too much filler to blow up faces like balloons. Gravity pulls tissue down and this can be treated most naturally with properly done surgical techniques. I will do filler judiciously, but when it's done excessively in the lower face by other practitioners I routinely dissolve it like in this video.
