Help with transferring driving school

Hey guys i've heard it is possible to transfer driving school here in Dubai. Basically, I have failed my final road test 4 times at the current school I am at. This school is called ''DriveDubai'', and most of my friends who did their course with EDI for example never heard of this shit school lol. Basically it is an awful school with a record for failing people on purpose, and most people I do the test with tell me its their 10th time etc...

So I failed 4 times, basically the first time I failed was my fault I was nervous and made an immediate fail... The second time nothing went wrong from my perspective but the examiner made a bs claim and immediate failed me, so after I got my dad to come in and complain and basically they made something called an appeal test for me. This appeal test(my 3rd test) was just me and 2 RTA examiners in the car, and no camera or iPad recording mistakes. I stalled (I do manual) and they said 7bibi change to auto you will pass next time... So I change to auto, do 8 more classes, then fail again. This last time again I feel like they failed me on purpose as the reason they gave was bs in my eyes.

So basically I have other expat friends who managed to pass on their first times or second times etc, only failing if they generally made a mistake. No one else I know has been failed on purpose, and this is probably because everyone does it with a good school like EDI.

So I am wondering if I change school to EDI, what will this entale? Have any of you ever been in a similar position? I am really struggling atm as I am desperate to get my license and I feel I am ready and I am a safe and good driver, however cannot put up with being failed on purpose and not to mention the cost of having to repay for the tests and 8 required RTA lessons...

Is it possible to sue a driving school or the RTA for failing wrongly ?

So please before people say maybe you suck at driving etc, I was generally full on lied to today in my final test and was told that what I did was an immediate fail. To cut an extremely long story short, when turning left at traffic lights, I went in the left+straight lane instead of the left+uturn lane and the examiner said its an immediate fail, when it clearly isn't as the road is clearly marked saying both straight and left is correct. I argued a bit at the place but they weren't making compromises. This is my second final test and I am just getting a bit frustrated.

Just wanted to know if its possible to sue either? I don't want to but my dad told me he would... but isn't the RTA the government? And in this country pretty sure doing anything against the gov is an easy way to get in a lot of trouble, right?

Just so you know, the school is DriveDubai, which my father believes the examiner wasn't even RTA and apparently works with the school to fail people. Not sure if thats ass, he hasn't told me why and I don't like asking him.

How to get driving license easy mode with wasta?

Using wasta, anyway to get a driving license with MINIMAL effort? I've got no wasta, but I am currently doing my driving course with DriveDubai and it sucks ass and I am wondering what other expats do because my school is only Indians/Pakistanis, and i feel like they give me a lot of shit for being a 17yr old white boi whilst they are full grown men training to be truck drivers for labour positions. I'm a dope driver but today managed to fail a parking test because the dude who went before me didnt park properly and so i had to fix his mistake and it messed me up, so i had to pay 310AED to redo.

Like what do uber rich privileged expats do? There has to be a fast lane. How come i've never seen a non labourer learning to drive?

Now I know this might sound racist the way im talking about labourers but I'm not. I have nothing wrong with Indians or Pakistanis, and I have some great friends from either countries. Its just those less fortunate people who come here for work who train for a truck license and stare the fuck out of me whilst i wait to do my lesson etc who i generally feel hate on me for being white and a non labourer who i hate.

Im generally considering slipping my instructor a few couple K next time i see him to fix me up. Im turning 18 in like 2 weeks, and already have a car, and for various reasons kind of NEED to be driving ASAP.
