Hubo una ocasión en la que con un algo, salió la plática de mi fruta favorita, a partir de ese día en mi trabajo no había mañana en la que no tuviera yo esa fruta e igual pasó con mi chocolate favorito, cada que podía me compraba la más grande de esas barras, sin necesidad de pedirlo y tampoco lo dije con ese afán... Ahí me di cuenta que no es pedir, o esperar a que te den, es como las personas elijan escuchar lo que dices, porque bien pudo quedarse así, y en algún momento acordarse, sin embargo decidió ponerle magia y hacerme saber que me escuchó y que le importaba mucho verme feliz, no tienen idea de lo feliz que le hacía ver mi cara felicidad. Sin embargo a veces vemos las cosas buenas como intensidad, preferíamos la indiferencia y detalles ausentes,forzados así como; "Ten, presumelo y cállate", desafortunadamente las personas antes lastimaron e hicieron creerme que las cosas buenas no eran para mí, que mi felicidad tenía que ser a ratos... Al ver que yo recibía lo que siempre quise tan fácil, me asusté y me fuí. Dejando probablemente una historia que hoy en día podría contarla de una mejor manera.

La vida constantemente es un 50-50, luchas y ganas, pero también luchas y pierdes, y yo en esta vida he decidido perder más que luchar por ganar. Siempre me han dicho que no hay por qué arrepentirse, pero claro que hay muchas razones, porque los límites los tenemos nosotros mismos y si algo no hemos podido lograr es porque no nos hemos dejado.

Hoy en día entiendo que si he cometido errores y he permitido que personas que me han hecho daño regresen, es porque me falta reconocer el valor como la persona que soy, porque todavía no reconozco el respeto que yo merezco, porque si en algún lugar me hacen mal, es porque no sé darme mi lugar. He tenido personas maravillosas acompañándome en esta vida, pero así las he perdido también. La vida da vueltas y lo único que espero es que en cada una de ellas, no me traiga al mismo lugar y me de la oportunidad de conocer más. 🩷

*Like think about it, they're both kind of 'weird' and lost in their own world/ways of phrasing things, so they'd totally get each other even when the rest of the class is confused.

*Ibuki is outgoing and affectionate and doesn't give up easily, so she'd be perfect for pulling Gundham out of his shell and wouldn't be deterred by his claims of poison or curses (if anything Ibuki would want him to hit her with one to see if she turns into a frog or smth istg). She wouldn't try to 'change him' the way some might and is content with all his eccentricities, she'd just help nudge him towards accepting ppl love him and want to be his friend.

*All his animals love her btw. Once she learns not to hug so hard and be so loud.

*She'd also definitely think his fashion choices are cool af and probably offer to get him more piercings or dye his hair with a purple streak.

*Idk who'd make the first move because Gundham is too easily flustered and Ibuki worries she's annoying and 'too much'. It's probably more accidental than intentional, ending up tangled up or stuck in close quarters from whatever goofy shenanigans they've dragged themselves into RIP

*When she realizes the loud music is gonna hurt the Devas' ears she offers to do a triangle solo instead. Gundham absolutely loves it. Alternatively, consider Ibuki starting a band/wanting him to guest star in her concert and HE gets the impressive triangle solo.

*They also totally try to find a spooky old organ to play together at some point.

*Seriously they'd have the best halloween parties. Ibuki totally believes in ghosts and all that stuff and Gundham is proud to protect her. At least until she drags him into a haunted house RIP

*They'd be horrible at directions tho. Like if anyone invites them to an event they better give 'em half a day's advanced notice. Ibuki takes the lead and they end up in the middle of nowhere, Gundham is just as bad by claiming he can use the sun/moon/his Devas to find the way back. Hamsters won't help in the middle of the freeway or in a crowded subway station boi...

Echec de grève aux GMD : Une nouvelle bizarrerie du Covid-19

Dialoguer c’est bien, mais quand on est pas d’accord chacun prend ses responsabilités. Cette règle Lamine FALL (SG CNTS) l’a appris à ses dépends dans le bras de fer entre des délégués du personnel des Grands Moulins de Dakar et leur Direction Générale. Une grève sans impact sur le fonctionnement de l’entreprise qui ne s’est pas privée de présenter à la presse ,venue sur les lieux, le pointage et présence de 80% de son personnel salarié. Le sit in tenu le deuxième jour en face de la Direction générale n’a rien changé à la détermination d’une partie du personnel de l’entreprise de se ranger du côté de leur Direction. Les syndicats qui poussent à la mobilisation et au bras de fer en cette période de crise devraient faire attention et revisiter leurs stratégies, Dialoguer et Dialoguer encore .

Joint ce matin le DRHC déclare avoir mis toutes les équipes au repos ce week-end pour une meilleure reprise lundi matin. Stratégie pour tenir longtemps ou réelle volonté d’apaisement, il invite en tout cas les grévistes, minoritaires à rejoindre leur poste de travail lundi et d’en faire un jour réconciliation avec leur entreprise.
