Dressember 28&29! Almost through! As December comes to an end, i think it's important to remember the reason behind the dress. #itsbiggerthanadress I may be super tired of wearing this dress and super ready to wear pants again (like when watching Fuller House and being really into DJ's pants Baha). While Dressember is over now, the real work starts over at @ijm and @a21 to make real change for people all over the world who are trapped in slavery. #dressember day 14&15 These days have been rough. I woke up with a headache both days and felt like all around garbage. I wore the dress even though I wanted to not get dressed at all. I also know how lucky I am that I was able to rest and allow my body to heal. #dressember day 7 One week into @dressember. I just read on @ijm about 4 young girls who were recently rescued. 4 girls who were being sexually abused on webcam, who are between the ages of 3 and 8. My heart breaks for these girls any any of the millions who have not yet been rescued. These girls have hope, they have been helped and the people doing these horrible things to them have been arrested. This is what Dressember is for, these girls. #dressember day 4 Today we went for a walk and I actively thought negative things about wearing the dress. It's danged cold out!! But that's the thing. I have the freedom to decide something as simple as the types of clothes I put on my body. So many don't get this kind of simple freedom.
