In my last reblog y'all probs noticed I got thoughts regarding Courage... Here they are!
No cuz like, imagine Courage wants to be seen as reliable and dependable for you and stuff. He's the hero and everything, definitely uses it as a way to woo you (it barely works ^^") Then again, even if he probs couldn't make you fall for him, his pride and image of being a hero (especially in your eyes) is something he would want to keep afloat and standing. Oh but don't worry he can crumble those walls down just a tad if you insist enough he takes care of himself more than his own pride (in exchange for kisses—). But, if there ever comes a time he's weak and everything, but you're in grave danger? Perhaps even near death's door? Nothing is stopping him from standing up, his back to you with his head facing forwards the enemy or whatever could harm you. His head can be bleeding for all he cares, he can even lose a limb or two, nothing is stopping him from protecting the love of his life. Maybe you'll yell at him, call him every name in the book, for being reckless and stupid for putting himself even more danger for you. But you know what? He doesn't regret it, one bit. All of that was worth it if it meant you live on, that you won't get hurt. So he won't have to live with the fact he failed to save the one who he loved the most, or that you'll have nasty scars reminding him of his failure. He doesn't care. Maybe he's an idiot, maybe he's a little aware he's a handful. But this idiot, lovesick fool will be ready to throw his life away for you because goddesses' be damned if anything happens to you.
(oh no more thoughts. Just darling or reader yelling at him for being reckless, then Courage yells and everything and there's a fight going on and—)
(...I can't say I'll write a fic, I'm already busy with my drawings and comics and other fics I'm writing on! But I can write some dialogue for those Courage enjoyers. Just dialogue tho. I'll whip up smth maybe, this is good food munch munch. Feel free for any writers and artists to illustrate the idea in whatever they could! Can I just ask to be tagged? 👉👈 I do enjoy people's interpretations 🥹 maybe it'll even be more delightful than my own!!)

HEY SO I FORGOT TO ADD SMTH IN MY RESPONSE EARLIER NSJXSHSHAHAHA This'll be a whole RAMBLE uh excuse me hahaha
In your prev writing, Legend dumped the news on them a bit more quickly. Letting them soak it all in with little -or maybe none at all 😭- warning. He was like: *dumps the bomb of Y/N is found* Go soak that all in, by yourselves. ISHDBDJ AND HE DEFINITELY EXPECTED THE VIOLENCE ISJVDJFB. Here with the rewrite, he's more careful. It's more thoughtful. This is TTAU but their world is flipped in a whole other angle and everything they've grown up to to understand and go by were either thrown or buried off somewhere to adapt. They faced so, so much, and suffered greatly than previous. Because now, they HAD Y/N in their life, and when they drove her away everything was like hellscapes KDVDKDHNSHD.
The latest rewrite really showed this ISN'T exactly the first time in the sense that, he's not jumping in just like in the prev writing. This Legend has more caution, more consideration, but is very much still himself. I love how he pointed out how Wars was jealous and kinda rubbed on their faces that yes he was first, but he was also considerate or, kind of empathic enough to understand, he'd be no better, or he's same as wars, if roles were reversed, or if anybody else saw them.
They're still brothers and I love it so much KFBKDHDKBF
I think I'd like more brotherly bonds but yans like these 😂 many writings in Yan chain are usually Abt them being v v protective and everything for their darling. But for someone who's a noob AND a glutton like me? I wanna gobble up ALL sorts of possible interactions they'd have but as yandere! Well, the closest being how protective they are to their darling but still. It's moments like how Legend understands Wars and everyone else really got me wishing like "I wish there were more moments for me to chew on" KDVDKGDKDH
I love how everything flowed out. It was really beautiful. Natural. Like a river stream. And there were less typos than TTAU Wars Rewrite 😂 From how Legend warned them before showing them the news, to how Wars went up his face, and Sky! SKY! He was so quiet! In the previous writing things were a bit fast paced because many things were happening bcs this matter is v v delicate for them their world and sanity. So it was like one moment to the next with little time to really sink in into their thoughts.
But your latest writing worked out the pace real well that I could digest it easier than before! It gave me time to process their thoughts, and helped me noticed how quiet Sky had been this whole time!
"we're gonna keep an eye on that one" MY THOUGHTS EXACTLY LEGEND MSJGNDJB LIKE THOSE WERE MY EXACT THOUGHTS IN THE PREVIOUS WRITING BUT NOBODY, EVEN MYSELF MENTIONED OR EVEN THOUGHT OF THIS AND IT WAS LIKE GUM UNDER THE TABLE OF MY MIND SJFHYG EXCEPT IT GOT BURIED OR COVERED UNTIL I EVENTUALLY FORGOT THAT DETAIL JSJDBFJB. Yes, they do need to look after Sky. Cuz Sky, in that set of thinking, ain't safe for Y/N. If she ain't safe with him then she won't be safe with all of them. And if they wanna have her they can't have that so they really gotta keep him in a leash or c a l m e d. Sorry Sky, you're benched for a while :(( Legend probably helps him out tho, mayhaps train him from reacting IMMEDIATELY if the chance happens that Y/N comes around JSHVDJDBDJVB
Altho this time, interestingly enough they didn't mention integrating into her classes anymore. Like Hyrule for example. Sky? I'm not sure if Sky's allowed for now nshvdhv. Me thinks it's cuz classes are too soon of a move to make in the middle of getting info Abt your target tho, that could be a reason JSYCBGJ

He hadn't expected this turn of events.
He had expected something bigger involved, something that would shock him, maybe something that would even leave him breathless. What he never imagined was this.
He supposed he did receive that and so much more.
Looking up from his place, entranced by familiar concerned eyes. He was silent, whatever words he could have said now lost.
“You okay?” He could listen to that voice for the rest of his days, and he would never grow tired of it.
Never.
“Uh, yeah…” Legend murmured and inhaling deeply, attempting to keep his voice steady as Her scent drifted by him. “Yeah, I’m fine.”
More than fine now. So much more than fine.
----
----
There was a level of adjustment when it came to experiencing many things.
Moving to a new area, mourning the loss of someone, whether they still lived or didn't.
Having to say goodbye to the routine you were so used to, to the people you've met along the way, and making way for the unfamiliar. It was understandable that an adjustment phase was an necessity.
Eventually, you find a new norm, a new area, new people, a new routine that all becomes equally as familiar as the old.
You learn to try new things along the way, take up new hobbies, or learn to adapt the old to the new environment.
It all rounds up to adjusting to the new and settling into it as if you always were there.
Living in an entirely new world was an adjustment of a massive scale.
A new world with new history, way of life, form of governments and societies. It was all so different, so very new.
And the adjustment period was also similar. Similar to when you take off old shoes and step into a new pair, eventually the new pair become as comfortable as the old. Though the time it takes for that to happen is different for everyone.
It helps when some of the familiar comes along with you, especially if the familiar had the time to adjust first, to know where they’re going and how to help you navigate through the new areas in which you yourself were discovering.
Legend did not envy Time for the solitude he had been forced to endure before the first of them appeared.
In a way, he respected him greatly. Time was left to survive in a world that was so utterly alien to their minds, reverted as a child and forced to make a life for himself in a place that would eat him alive in ways their own home wouldn't. Left alone without any contact from anybody or anything that was remotely familiar, besides what he himself could manage by his own power and what items followed him here.
To eventually make a place for himself, to adapt to a world that tried to consume him, grew from the trials that had helped him prepare for the arrival of the others. Time became the kind of man, that was feared and respected, someone who was better able to protect what was his. Who could stand alongside his sword brothers and look at the life they continue to crave in this world with pride.
To prepare that life for the one person they all missed dearly.
It was a great adjustment indeed, one that needed patience and great trust. If not in others, than in one's self.
So Legend was not bothered by their leader's inquiry over his sudden request.
"I'm not against a meeting, but coming from you?" Time spoke softly. His gaze soft as it rested on him. "As I recall, the last time you announced for a gathering, there was a brewing gang war headed our way. " He added.
Legend scoffed lightly and shook his head. "I suppose I should be glad that means you take my call seriously." He stated,"And I promise, no surprise territorial disputes."
He hated those things anyway.
"Yet you seem distressed" Time remarked back."Oh, believe me, far from it." Legend smirked crookedly. "This is going to be good."
Time nodded, though curiosity flickered in his eye at those curious choice of words said, he turned his attention to the opening doors of the meeting room.
"Really Vet? Just had to pick today for a meeting??" Wind grumbled loudly, throwing his hands up,
"Couldn't you have at least waited another day? There were some wares at the docks I wanted to look at-damnit blacksmith, stop shoving!"
Four was unphased by the daggers being directed at him as he kept shoving the sailor into the room.
Seems the sailor tried to sneak away as per usual.
Four nodded to the two in greeting as he led the younger boy to his seat, which happened to be right next to him. The table was quite long enough for all of them, and it seemed the rest of the Links weren't too far behind as Twilight walked in, Sky close behind.
"Sky! How's business been?" Legend asked after he sat. "It has been quiet." Sky answered as he looked up at Legend before returning his gaze back to the table as he sat down.
Twilight looked around the table with curious interest as Hyrule and Wild arrived and took their seats. "I thought another meeting wasn't for another month?" He inquired.
"Patience rancher, the meeting won't start until dear old captain arrives anywa-oh look who the devil let out to play!" Warriors glared at the other Hero as he entered the room.
"Well..." Time taps the tip of his pen on the table and looks at Legend, motioning to the others.
"We're all here." He eyed his advisor with curiosity.
The others turned, watching as Warriors sat down and Legend stood.
"First of all, sorry for the abrupt call." Legend apologised with a nod. "Now I'm aware no one really knows why I wanted you all here so badly. "He explained."But I assure you that you will leave this meeting very satisfied with the information I'm going to reveal to you."
He paused and watched everyone's faces intently. "Now allow me to first announce this doesn't involve any of our businesses." He stated, pausing again to gauge their reactions. "You don't need to concern yourselves over any potential fights or interlopers." They simply nodded, some relaxing as he continued. "Next, I want to make this as transparently clear as physically possible," He leaned forward and looked at each of them,
"Our every action from this point on, will have drastic consequences if we make even one mistake."
Everyone sat in silence as Legend took a deep breath,"I trust no one will talk about this outside of this meeting. Honestly, I doubt you would risk doing such a thing, right?" Everyone nodded, not sure what they were agreeing to, but trusting Legend completely. "Good."
Was all he said as he pulled out his phone and began tapping away, only looking up when he was done.
And simply waited.
Waited for the world to change for all of them.
Legend couldn't help the spark of anxiety within him. He couldn't help it. There was no way he would miss the significance of what is about to be revealed. This moment of revelation.
What they have waited so long for.
He knew exactly where this is going and he's not about to let any of them waste a chance like this. Not after the amount of work they all put in. All of it for the sake of a future they desperately craved.
So he was quiet as the first phone began to ring.
As all their phones began to ring.
He watches the eight of them look at each other, reaching for their phones to check what was sent to them.
If only he could truly find the words to describe the stillness that filled the room, a silence that could be heard despite no sound being made. A silent wait that was as palpable as an ache within one's chest. No one spoke for a while. No one dared move as they all stared at the image that was on their screens. No one breathed, as if to prevent this moment from breaking.
As if to prevent what they were seeing from being an illusion.
Shaking hands, widened eyes, choked breaths, yet none reacted until someone broke the moment that the veteran brought them.
Legend supposed he should be grateful for the captain, as he brought his fist down on the table with a resounding bang, jolting everyone that had been frozen in stillness.
Though he did admit to not appreciating how the good captain gripped his shirt and pulled him up to his face.
"Well aren't we responding violently..." Legend hissed as the collar of his shirt tightened around his neck.
"You have some nerve..." Warriors seethed, pulling Legend into closer proximity and raising his voice, the anger apparent in his face and tone. "You think this is funny? Huh? Has this world distorted your sanity that you would taunt us with this?!??."
Legend remained silent, though he felt his grip on his collar becoming harder and tighter by every second. He scowled as he realized there was nothing he can do to get the captain to release him from his grasp.
"Answer me!!!" Warriors snapped, and before anyone could stop him, he shoved forward until he was slamming Legend's body against the wall, the sound and feel of his body making contact causing the veteran to wince in pain from the impact. "Is...this really necessary..?" Legend gasped, hands reaching up to grip the one holding him in place.
"Stand DOWN captain!" Time ordered, hands on the table, half way out of his seat.
The entire room fell silent as all heads turned to watch them, some out of their seats, others gripping the table, some not even looking away from their phone. Warriors didn't care to notice. His whole attention was fixated on the young man in his grip.
And Legend, his eyes locked with those blue ones; burning with anger as he struggled against the Captain’s hold. He tried to pull at Warriors' wrist. He didn't budge. The only response he got was a glare that made him pause momentarily, before a small smile found its way onto his lips as a thought sparked in his head.
"Dear gods..." He breathed, "You're jealous..."
It was barely audible but everyone heard the words regardless."What?" Warriors growled, but Legend laughed despite his position, leaning towards the captain as best as he could as he whispers once again, this time slightly louder.
"You're jealous," He grinned, it was not kind, "Because I was the first to find her."
He smirked at the growing anger directly him before continuing, "And you don't like that I was the first one to be near her again."The blond laughed even as the captain pulled him forward and slammed him back against the wall, the back of his head hitting the wall behind him, and he grinned smugly, "I guess I would have felt the exact same if I had been in the same boat as you," He remarked, chuckling despite his position.
"To have to accept that I wasn't the first one to be blessed with her presence. To know I wasn't the first one who would hear her beautiful voice, to hear her beautiful laugh, to have her eyes focused solely on me even if for the briefest of moments! and to see her beautiful smile... why..it would have been just so unfair!" Sharp laughter echoed throughout the room, as the group tensed at both his words and his tone.
"But I'm NOT you!" He gasped through his laughter, either uncaring or unaware of Warriors' slacking grip on his shirt.
"I get to say I was first to see her, hear her! I get to be blessed by having HER eyes look at me and ONLY me, even if it was just for a mere. moment." He bared his teeth in a mockery of a grin, exhaling through his nose as he stared down the paling, angered. trembling captain.
"So I suppose I can forgive your behavior this once. After all, it's not everyday you learn that our darling was found." Legend said, expression calming as he looked at everyone, with a faint grin, teeth just visible, before looking back at Warriors.
"However if you ever attempt to manhandle me like this ever again, I'll begin to consider a severe level of retaliation against you." Legend threatened, tone quiet.
Silence followed as they stared each other down. No one moved.
"You can't be this lucky..." was all Warriors could utter as he stared at Legend
"We searched...for so long..." He came out as a whisper as his eyes seemed to stare through Legend.
"We searched for so long..." He repeated, "and you find her...by pure chance..." His body shook, shaking his head as if in denial.
"Captain," Tone softening as he reached up and placed a hand on a trembling shoulder, "I would never begrudge you for wishing you were in my place, and for hoping that you were that found her again. Would you begrudge any of us for feeling the same if the roles had been reversed?"
He continued softly, eyes full of understandingas he spoke, his hand moving so it was gently rubbing circles into the others shoulder. A slight shudder ran through the captain, his own hand releasing it's hold on the other's shirt and coming up to grasp Legend's own, gripping tightly.
"No," he whispered hoarsely. "Not after everything we've experienced."
"Then taken my warning to heart, but know you are forgiven." Legend replied before taking his hand away from Warrior, and returning to stand by Time, clapping his hands to divert attention away from the captain.
"Taking her appearance in the picture into consideration, she's roughly about the same age she was when wandering into our world." Legend started, everyone slowly settling back in their seats, "from the lack of personal items, other than some textbooks she had on her, it's safe to say she lives in the general area." He paused for a bit before continuing, "Which means her typical hangout spots are close by as well, perhaps a side job if her schooling allows it." Legend nodded, looking around. Everyone had their eyes trained on their screens where (y/n) was smiling so cheerful at friend offscreen.
To see her again, even through a photo, was enough to leave them lighthearted in all the best ways. A warm coursing through each of them as they drank in the sight of her beautiful smile.
"She looks so happy..." Sky murmured quietly to himself, leaning forward a little, eyes filled with longing. Twilight smiled kindly at him next to him, placing a comforting hand on Sky's shoulder. "Yes," He agreed quietly, "So happy and carefree. She looks exactly like how I remember her being," He paused and laughed. "No, she looks even more beautiful, doesn't she?"
"Do you...do you think she'll accept us?" Hyrule asked, tone quiet as Sky and Twilight looked up to meet his gaze. "I mean- I just...wish to not make the same mistakes again." Twilight grimaced but hummed in agreement, returning his gaze toward the screen.
They all stew in their thoughts. Guilt, shame, hope and joy. All of it twisted inside them.
"You know...I'm kinda glad it took this long..." Wind admitted, his eyes latched on to the picture.
"I mean, not that I enjoyed having to wait so long but...we're more settled in this world now compared to a few years ago, we're more prepared for anything."
"Curious choice of words." Time chuckled, "but nonetheless yes, in a way, you are correct sailor. This is a good opportunity for all of us." He stated. bringing the attention to him. "We need to start anew, to make amends for what we have done. And hopefully, in the process, we won't lose ourselves down that dark path we once traveled," He frowned. "I don't wish to consider the possibility of us failing, but...anything could happen-"
"Plan for possible failure but aim for success." Four interjects, looking relaxed yet eyes gleaming with energetic resolve.
"Plus we'll keep each other in check, won't we?" Wind asks, turning his attention back to the rest of the Links, a smile bright in his face. He turns to look at Sky, who's eyes have stayed glued to the screen ever since he stopped on Wind. His face remains stoic. "Sky?"
"...We should bring her here..." That sent confusion coursing through the group.
"Huh-?" Sky looked up, grimacing at the attention on him.
"I-I mean...we have the facilities, power, influence and capabilities to keep her safe and cared for." He continued, nervous yet with eagerness shining in his eyes.
"It seems now is the right time to-"
"We can't." Legend shaking his head as he quietly replied, frown on his face.
Sky flinches, the phone in his hand creaking as he gripped it tightly.
"I just..believe that now would be a good time to bring-" Legend raises a hand to halt his argument.
"We. cannot. bring her here." Sky stared back at him, jaw clenched, knuckles turning white.
"She is safer with us." He states again, tone deep and firm.
"We. Cannot. Take. Her." Legend repeats as slowly as he could, eyes focused at the skyloftian with warning.
Sky glares daggers at him while clenching his fists even tighter. A tense silence fills the air between them as no one dares to move a muscle. Sky stares defiantly back, daring Legend to disagree with his plan. Legend stares back, silently debating if he should even humor this argument.
"Why do you believe we should bring her here?" Time's voice breaks the heavy atmosphere, drawing the attention away from the tension that's permeated the room. He did not look at Sky, attention focused on the phone in front of him.
"A-Are we not fully prepared? Determined? We all want to keep her safe." Sky answers, eyes still focused on Legend,"I just..think we've established ourselves enough to provide for her. I'd rather not put her life in danger by leaving her somewhere exposed-"
"So you believe her safety relies on us." Time interjects, it was not a question. "That she is currently vulnerable and exposed without us there."
That wasn't much of a question either, but it seemed to cause further unease amongst the others. There was no response. Not from Sky and certainly not from any other of the Links. Legend understood they were worried. Worried about (y/n), worried about the future. They didn't dare to ask for reasons why.
Sky straightens his shoulders.
"She is not safe out there." He reiterates.
Time nodded in acknowledgement, fingers tapping the surface it rested on.
"She is not safe out there." He repeats back to him. Sky nodding firmly.
"Tell me then, how is she safer here?" Sky seems to be thrown off by the question.
"P-Pardon?" Time finally looked up at him. Sky swallowing.
"How. is she safer. here? He repeated for emphasis. It seemed to catch Sky off guard.
"I...um..." Sky trailed off. Time's gaze did not soften, it was unreadable.
"Well, you see-" he began."The thing is..." His lips thinned as he glanced towards the others. but only seeing the same confused, uncertain looks.
He felt lost.
"We..-" "We lost her due to greed Sky knight."
Sky flinched at the rough voice that spoke out.
Time nodded at Warriors as he approached and took back his place at the table.
Warriors clasped his hands and looked at Sky with hooded eyes.
"We lost her because we were consumed with our own wants and desires." He continued. "So blinded by our addiction to her presence, we never considered what she wanted." His eyes looked down at his hands for a brief moment before returning to stare down Sky.
"We drove her away due to our arrogance and greed, plain and simple." He ran a hand through his hair, pausing before looking up.
"Tell me veteran," Legend raised an eyebrow at the acknowledgment. "How did you react when you first realized she was there?"
Well... that certainly was a curious question wasn't it.
The room was quiet on the heels of the man's inquiry. It was a contemplative silence.
"You want to know?" Legend broke the silence, his voice light.
He nodded to himself, not waiting for a response from anyone.
"Let me tell you then." Legend clasped his hands under his chin. He leaned forward, Sky swallowed thickly.
"I had merely gone to class without a single thought of anything special happening." He started, looking to everyone. "I had not once thought about my actions, nor had I taken the slightest note of where I went. I simply chose to play the part of student for one day, minding my own business. Sit through an orientation video, pack up and head back here." He continued "Sitting through it all without an ounce of emotion that was not apathy."
He paused, watching Sky. He looked away. "Until, of course, my mind was captured by thoughts of her. Understandable really, she means much to us all. My thoughts being so focused on her that I completely disregarded the words the teacher spoke in front of me." He continued. "At that point, I was more focused on my own thoughts then the real world around me." the corner of his mouth twitch before he caught himself.
"She had already arrived before I realized it. Her voice immediately catching my attention."
He leaned back, sighing. "I had always genuinely thought I would have had a better grasp on my reaction should I ever see her again. But in reality, there was no preparation for the sight that met my eyes at that very moment." He smiled softly. "My heart felt like it jumped out of my chest, my palms grew sweaty, and my mouth went dry." He sighed again.
"When I looked into those familiar eyes, I felt like my whole body turned inside out. It was like every fiber of my being was trying desperately to find the most beautiful sight in the entire universe. Even though my mind was screaming to do something. Say something, Run to her, yet I felt so stuck in place." His eyes were cast downwards, reminiscing the memory. "There was absolutely nothing I could do. Nothing whatsoever." He crossed his arms over his chest. "I could feel my heart constrict at the mere sight of her and all I wished to do was hold her again."
He sighed, his hands resting on his lap."But alas I didn't know what to expect." He laughed bitterly. "I saw her and all my rationality died that very second. For whatever reason, I couldn't take my eyes away from her. So I sat and watched her even when the room darkened." The last sentence was spoken quietly.
"She sat right in front of me, did I mention that yet? I couldn't tell if that was a blessing or the sweetest form of torture. To be physically so close to her, yet still be so very far. to be close enough that all I had to do was lean forward and I could possibly catch her scent. Legend exhaled through his noses and frowned, staring intently at his hands.
"I reached my hand out to her." Everyone was staring at him, silent. Legend's expression blank.
"I was so consumed by..." He shook his head, as if the words were lodged in his head. "I was desperate to want her HERE. with US. I wanted her here so badly, at that moment, I genuinely did not care how badly she would have reacted to my actions."
"I wanted to hold her again, tell her how sorry I was. To make up for every failure and mistake I committed against her."
He stared at his shaking hands. "And I think that's what scared me into stopping." Legend closed his eyes, breathing heavily, his head hung low. "To risk losing everything over the mere chance of forcing her here by our side." He choked on the last word, his eyes shutting tight. "I couldn't do it. I couldn't let myself destroy what we worked for, before we even had a chance to start ...So I pulled back and did nothing."
Legend lifted his head and opened his eyes, they were filled with pain."I just...couldn't bring myself to ruin her happiness for my own sake...." He looked at each and every one of the Links before focusing his gaze on Sky.
"Not again. I'd kill and be killed before I allowed myself to do so again."
It was a silent battle of wills, between the veteran and the pale knight, as Sky stood his ground. One staring at the other, each trying force the other to submit.
A long silent standoff, each refusing to give way until, eventually, Sky slowly lowered his gaze.
A victor was chosen.
Legend closes his eyes, his shoulders unnoticeably relaxing.
Time broke the tension once more as he tapped the table with his pen.
"Your words have been heard and strongly acknowledged Veteran." Time said calmly and evenly while gazing towards Sky who remained still, his head lowered. He took in a deep breath before continuing.
"What would you suggest we do?" Legend sighed and rubbed his neck.
"Gather what information we can is a good start." Legend answered as he rose to his feet. "We'll start with finding her general information. Whereabouts, schooling schedule, whether or not she has employment."
He looked at the group."We need to be discreet however. As much as we wish to be near her, we don't want anyone noticing us around her." He gave each of them a pointed look."Understand?" Nods were stiffly given.
Legend turns away, signaling the end of his participation.
Time eyed him carefully and returned his focus to everyone.
"Captain, take Wild and begin obtain her general details." Warriors nodded towards him and looked to the cook, who acknowledged the order.
He turned to Twilight and nodded."Send a scout to rummage through the school files and I want you to look up the teachers in charge of her classes." Twilight gave him thumbs up in acknowledgement.
Twilight looks thoughtful and towards Wind who was staring at his phone again, seemingly lost in thoughts."Wind, can you and Hyrule get together and talk to some of your informants? Put a word out?."
Wind and Hyrule jumped at being called upon but nodded and stood up, turning to face the older male."Do you want us to inform you if she's spotted by any chance?"He asked, his blue orbs glancing back and forth between Sky and the leader, Hyrule wringing his hands next to him.
"Yes, please." Wind nodded and left, Hyrule following close behind heading down the hallway. As soon as he disappeared, everyone taking that as a sign to end the meeting.
"Four, with me." Twilight calls out, motioning Four to follow him.
Warriors nods to Time and Legend as he rises from his seat, his eyes lingering a bit on Legend as he walks past. Legend scoffing and punching the passing captain on the arm.
Warriors scowls but says nothing, understanding what wasn't said.
All forgiven given the circumstances.
"Sky..." The Skyloftian twitched and looked up at their leader.
"Go gather yourself," Time ordered softly,
"I will send someone out after you once I've received a response from one of my sources. I will need you with me for some business. In the meantime, you are dismissed." Sky nodded, slowly turning and making his way out of the room, his frame still tense. Leaving Time and Legend alone in the large room.
"...Well...that was quite a show." Time remarked, leaning back in his chair.
Legend sighed loudly, rubbing his forehead tiredly, "We're gonna have to watch that one until he settles down." he muttered under his breath, his eyes glued towards the phone screen in front of him. "Not like this isn't a delicate matter at all."
Time chuckled lightly, "As if an easy road was ever a choice for us." Chuckling louder as Legend proceeded to flip him off.
"While I didn't expect it to be so...intense," Legend waved a hand to the empty room as if to remind Time of the chaos of a few moments ago.
"I do hope this meeting was satisfactory in your eyes?"
Time gazed down at the phone screen in his hand, his eye taking in the smile that was captured in the image within.
"Yes..." He answered softly.
"Very much so." He couldn't help the quirk of his mouth, amusement shining in his eye.
"Well worth the wait."
Legend's own chuckles filled the empty room.

Ok but brainrot time 🧍‍♀️@neverchecking @wayfayrr
So Sage will JOIN the cult eh?
Look the way he is atm there will be inevitable drama. Legend is a hoarder so there's like a hc of him taking everything he can to keep it to himself cuz he also loses stuff and he'll stop at NOTHING to gain his darling's affection and attention too (even when he's tsuntsun. There's no way he's letting all those walls he built be a reason he can't even have a moment w his darling). Mans lost so many loved ones and got betrayed and all that that he's become the way he is to keep himself safe, but his lil inner bunny still longs for that companion, for family, for love.
Sage lost EVERYTHING. absolutely EVERYTHING :')) He's on his THIRD adventure, the princess DITCHED him and he's like at the inch of his life facing Ganon. Man has also gotten all spiky and hard shelled bcs of it. He's tired of people and the princess (smth Legend can relate) he's tired and DESPISES Hylia (smth the chain ALL relates). He can't let anyone get close cuz he'll just get hurt again (Legend absolutely relates)
In a way, they're like, sides of the same coin? Reflected mirrors? Legend has went through so many adventures himself, and while it wasn't quite like Sage's it did leave him as hardshelled and everything as he is now. Personally I think Legend would understand him the most. So he tried, he rlly did, to tolerate Sage. Tried warning him not to do the same mistakes the chain and he HIMSELF once did, that he could push darling away. He knew how he felt the most after all. But he didn't LISTEN. And now they're darling is hurt, AGAIN. And now Legend's patience is on a thin THREAD.
Sage has ONE. LAST. CHANCE. to make things up. And this time Legend is WILLING to cut things off w him and the chain FR if he doesn't own up to his mistakes and the fix the mess he made. He's willing to keep darling AWAY from Sage, bcs the only thing Sage has been good for this whole time is making DARLING OF ALL PEOPLE question their worth, disrupting the chain and their bonds. He's not one of em? He's gonna keep being that way? Fine. They'll take darling WITH THEM and they'll leave him in his Hyrule. But not before Legend chews him out and makes him SEE his mistake. See the DAMAGE it caused not just the chain but to DARLING. that it was HIS FAULT. ALL OF IT. THAT EVERYTHING HAPPENED.
Trust me when I say Sage is one wrong move away from getting maimed by Legend. Man is so ready to kill and the others are too. Especially Cal and Wild. Legend will let Sage decide what he'll do next. And he better not be thinking of kidnapping their own darling cuz they're all gonna fight tooth and nail to keep him away from her and he'll be BANNED from seeing her even if he didn't do that. He needs to see his mistake, just like they all did. And once he ACTUALLY tries to somehow show his sorry and all that? While things are rusty and all, and forgiveness ain't easily given, they'd still accept some... Some..
He's a Link after all. No one here can blame him for anything (even if no matter what, the mistakes he did are inexcusable).

Ok but the potential for Silent Prince Link. In that roleswap or so AU in BOTW
Listen, imagine him, the descendant of Hylia, trying to achieve his sealing powers but his prayers keep falling on deaf ears. The suffering he has to endure with a strict parent who doesnt give him much freedom, failing expectations so exceptionally well he beats himself up silently and secretly resents Hylia. We all know that but imagine inserting darling for a sec: he meets this person, who's been nothing but kind to him. They don't berate him or scold him, they don't expect much from him and wants nothing more but for him to be happy and given relief from his duties. His heart has never been touched and caressed so gently like soul, so he just, follows darling around, maybe roping them in strolls somewhere outside the kingdom. He takes every excuse to spend time with you, including skipping his training, or, maybe he has you with him instead of Zelda guarding him.
Now, his relationship with Zelda, isn't the greatest. One of the people who speaks their minds aloud to him (AKA near outright berating). I imagine this Zelda thinks he has it easy, or that maybe he's so privileged that he can do whatever he wants. Whatever it is she just got the wrong idea abt him. She doesn't like the fact she has to babysit him or smth guarding him; the guy avoids her like a plague anyway! (Asides from escorting him to the shrines and all. But on Link's side, he just didn't want to handle Zelda's criticism on him on top of his own parent's disappointment) she was living her best life being herself bonding with her mom, but she had to be taken away bcs she had the whole knight lineage thing under her name.
Anyway meeting darling was a breath of fresh air to him. I imagine he thinks of them as an escape: similar to how people escape reality. He spends nearly every waking moment with them, or at least as much as time and duties can allow. He never met someone who saw him for himself: as Link. Not the prince, not the descendant of Hylia. Just... Link. And she loved and cared for him like a real person.
Zelda, didn't exactly like this. Mostly bcs asides from already getting in trouble for not having Link in her vision as part of her job, if she lets you go on you might as well steal the prince away from Hyrule the more he skips duties and she might even be replaced. And while that would be awesome she'll be in even more trouble with the king or queen, AKA: Link's parent. She couldnt go back to the life she once had, not when it was taken from her and robbed of her childhood and all...
Yes, you and Link have to avoid Zelda a lot. He's actually pretty good at hiding. While he gets heavily lectured by his own personal guard its all worth it spending time with you.
But then... Hylia happened.
Why now, of all times, did his powers awaken and why of all people, did it have to be you? You were the real light of his life, in a world of darkness and oppression. The only one who gave him hope and more to live for than just his duties. Why now, when he was about to confess and run away with you, and he had you in his arms, did suddenly his own voice betray him? He wasn't himself— no, it wasn't him speaking AT ALL. THIS IS A DIFFERENT PERSON TALKING THROUGH HIM PLEASE STOP.
But he was helpless, helpless as his words were twisted to hurt you: no you weren't useless to him, you weren't in the way! You were everything he needed in life— no you were his life! He needed you! He truly loved you please! But your tears fell from his eyes, and just as he thought it was over, his hands glowed gold, he panicked, not understanding what's going on, but his hands were raised towards you, and his voice chanted; and in a bright flash, you were gone.
No. No... NO!
He fell to the ground. His life just came crashing down. Any light and joy and hope, all the good things he had in life, were taken with you as you were sealed— no, vanquished by his own hands. (he couldn't bear the thought he truly did seal you away from Hyrule forever)
It... It wasn't him. No it wasn't...
That light. That golden light. The one that his hands were forcibly used against you. There's only one person who he knows could do that to you: Hylia.
If he only disliked Hylia for putting him all through this not answering his call before, then he certainly hates her with every fibre of his being for making him lose you.
(Under the cut if yall are interested in how my OC Ava handles this! And it has some more details on how things happened—)
When she met silent prince link, he was out hiding from Zelda again and escaping from his well, life, while Ava stumbled into his world separated from the chain.
I imagine, she started off being all nice and everything to him. While Link is confused cuz this gal thinks he's the hero? Anyway, they started off a bit smooth at least and this first meeting alone had him enjoy her company, and wishes to see her more.
So they meet up more and more. Link clarified he wasn't the hero, or heroine in this matter, but didn't reveal he was the prince either. All he said to her was that, he was just Link, a nobody. And he wants to know more about her. Ava respected that, and they talked and all, but at some point Zelda found out abt her and shooed her off. (Link has never disliked Zelda more than he has now, astonishing really, currently nearly up with his resentment for Hylia)
Thank goodness he found her in some of the usual spots she visited. It was a good thing she told him about it too (if she hadn't he'd scour the entirety of Hyrule just to find her—) he tells her not to be discouraged to continue meeting up with him. He truly did enjoy his time together with her, and he doesnt like Zelda or pretty much all of Hyrule kingdom in general, sometimes including his own parent, and especially Hylia. He then spills his past to her, leaving his whole heart bare to her being.
Ava, in processing this, is then a little conflicted: His story is just like Wild's except... he's in flora's position? Wherever she is, she's somewhere very, very far. History can't be turned upside its head and forget everything and have... This. But how did it happen? Asides her thoughts, Ava understood, and would be more than happy to be there for him. Link couldn't be any more happier.
...There's just one problem: Hylia. She isn't sure how... They could continue on for long. She tells his she wants to stay a bit and help him out but, Hylia, as far as shes known that goddess, meddled a lot with her life. Often using Zelda to seal her away every time (sometimes she beats the Zeldas to it, by going back home on her own. Either the Zeldas sealed her away willingly, or forcibly, as there are some who didn't actually mean to do anything. Regardless, she was often in all sorts of troubles of messes because of her. All of this lore bit abt her can be explained for another day jsufbfhhb). She tells him Hylia doesn't like her, and if he's a descendant as he actually says he is, then she might.. use him against her.
Hearing all this, Link was furious. His resentment for that white goddess just increased a ton. He told her he won't let it happen. No matter what. He promises. Ava could only hope that promise can still hold true even with Hylia looming...
So they spent more time together, and they bonded a lot. But the King/Queen heard Link hasn't been doing his duty, (as if he hasn't already been slacking off in their eyes) so Ava didn't see Link for a few days and worried about him. The next time Ava saw a glimpse of him, he was out with Zelda, who seemed more of a hawk than she was before, heading out for training and everything.
It was quite horrid for Link :'(( so when he got back to her, he was latching onto her like a koala, wanting her attention on him and only him. If anyone tried to take her eyes away from him he glares and it's the most chilliest thing anyone has ever seen, nor did they even know Link was capable with that kind of expression! (Considering his lack thereof, in the public eye). Ava had to distract him and tell him to stop or at least, lessen that just a bit, as she takes him away somewhere more isolated where nobody will, hopefully get hurt. (He looks like he's just one breath away from hurling a book at someone's face—)
Anyway, Link wanted to catch back on lost time spent being away from her. And they did that! But again... Hylia happened.
After coming back to train once again or so, Link felt different. A bad different. He feels like he wanted to wash himself off from this feeling all over his body. He probs bathed like 3 times but, it didn't get rid of it. Probably bcs he despises Hylia a lot now and being around her mere statues or stuff just sickens him. He hopes all of that will be forgotten or washed away around Ava's presence but haha it couldn't be any more worse :'))) just like time and time again, Hylia used Link, awakening his powers and sealed her away.
...In the end, she didn't learn her lesson did she? Try as she might, leaving before she was sealed off from any of Hylia's vessels but, here she is. She stayed too long. She got attached again. She got both of them attached again and now, they're both going to be hurt, wounded from this. It's her fault she let this happen. She could only hug him in tears, trying to be there for him and comfort even though he spoke piercing words and trying to get her off from him. But deep down, this wasn't him. It was Hylia. Link always told her he loved her company and wanted nothing more but for her to stay. But just like before, with every link she met, no matter what she gets separated every. Single. Time.
So before she completely vanishes into the light and she burns in pain from its power, she could only tell Link, through her tears, she'll come back again. Just like before, as well. Because even though despite the fact she will always end up leaving or not staying for as long as she wanted, even though both her world and his wanted them apart, they'll just meet each other, again and again. In another time, or a different era, maybe a whole other world even. It cannot be helped, they were both connected. Maybe in his case, the hero's spirit didnt call her like it did with the others, simply because he doesn't have it, being Hylia's descendant. But somehow, even without it, she was here, met Link again, and similar scenarios were played. It's almost like... They truly were soulmates weren't they?
Because of that, she assures him: she'll come back, as a goddess. She'll train more, work harder, learn, just so she can stand against the selfish divine who kept meddling with their lives. She'll be there for him, and he won't have to suffer for so long in silence, but for now... It's farewell, until they meet again.
It was the one hope Link clung onto for dear life, as everything else in his world faded from mind.

I continued watching BOTW playthrough (no commentary), and upon crossing a great fairy in the desert, I can't help but blink at what was suggested to me: apparently great fairies, or perhaps only Tera, the oldest of the sisters, can watch the activities of Wild and everything, and she even managed to predict his thoughts!
I can only imagine the... Concern in her eyes— her and her sisters' even: when Wild sets out of the shrine of resurrection in TTAU and collapses at the sight of calamity, with the fresh open wound on his forehead from repeatedly knocking himself "awake" and his dried trails of tears on his face. He looked awful, pitiful even. The horror on his face seemed like he's seen a ghost, or something so unbelievable of the sorts. He also seems familiar going around Hyrule and dealing with monsters, but somehow he seems to be struggling in the sense of.. keeping up, you could say. He seems cold. If Zelda perhaps squinted, perhaps he was even colder than 100 years ago even. But it's not just his silence, it's... This anger, or annoyance. To Zelda mayhaps she wouldn't have figured how much of it was buried in him, only suspecting that the hero is in distress and cannot even bother with anything. But if the great fairies looked closer, it's a volcanic storm on it's own; but brewing, or mayhaps contained. I'm not sure how much the great fairies can sense and watch as they observe Wild, but if they see nearly everything, it is a great concern. Perhaps they're even wary and hesitant of enhancing his items. But they can't dare to refuse mayhaps, as their powers have weakened and Wild was the only one who helped them in their predicament and letting them live longer.
They watch as he speaks to a wolf of the sorts, it's the only time perhaps they've ever seen of him being as open as he can, and a little vulnerable even. Can they hear him talk? Perhaps only Zelda, well if she communicates with him and he merely ignores her or interrupts her with whatever he'd excuse to respond in. The great fairies, I'm not sure, but perhaps they feel the comfort in him when he speaks to this wolf, whom the hero considers as friend, family even. The great fairies can't comprehend what happened to this man, but all they know is to be wary of him, and not be in his way. They wouldn't want to know what he'd do if they, or anyone, anything even, dares to do something so foolish.

Hi im breaking out of LOZ fandom just to brainrot and gush abt Sonic X's Sonic just a bit pardon me as I squeal AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA—
You know what I love and adore and fangirl sm abt this Sonic in particular? He's so silently, quietly, thoughtful.
I rewatched the show, currently at ep 15-ish?? And I already got a favorite ep and 2 most fav moments regarding Sonic's silent thoughtfulness JAUDDUSBDYVN
In the episode Techno Teacher? Smth like that, Cream misses her mother :(( Sonic only knew abt this when Amy and Tails talked abt it and were sad for Cream, wanting to cheer her up. Then he saw this poster that had these beautiful flowers. He knows Cream loves to make flower crowns, and he already has an idea. Whats interesting is that he doesnt join the conversation with his friends like other Sonics ive seen? Like they usually discuss ideas with them in finding solutions. But this Sonic went straight into the action: he took the poster, and ran off without a word. He got a whole bouquet, and when he saw Cream by the window, he motioned with his hand of bouquet and a thumb that hes got smth to give Cream later complete with a wink and I squealed CUZ HES SO THOUGHTFUL LIKE THAT IN HIS QUIET WAY MSGDJVSNSNS
Sonic X's Sonic strikes me as someone who's so very cool and chill, considerate and introverted, very mysterious too! Hes not the most expressive or verbal with his thoughts and feelings, hes more so an observer than he suddenly comes and joins the party. He doesnt comment every single thought he has like a chatterbox (unlike Prime Sonic. But Prime Sonic is still very cute and I adore his hyper self) he keeps them to himself unless you engage with him in conversation or battle, or if you kinda push for his thoughts and opinions to be voiced out. Hes introverted more so because he likes enjoying his leisure time than being with others. The others are fun and cool of course, but he likes his naps, exploration, and all that stuff. He doesnt come to you unless you make trouble, or are in trouble. Youre usually the one who'd go to him if you wanna see or hang out with him. Its very rare for Sonic to go to you or anyone unless he has smth important or smth he wants from you, or with you? Any reason really but its important enough that he took initiative!
Pardon me quiet introvert Sonic is underrated and I love him a lot

YALLLLLLL THE MEAL I JUST HADDDDDDD
This was DELICIOUS MUAH CHEF'S KISS U EXPLAINED BETTER THAN MY FOGGY BRAIN COULD THANK U FOR HUMORING ME THIS IS SUCH A GOOD READDD
YES YES They mostly tolerate each other at this point after the big blow, and while everyone is still kinda rocky w Sage and vice versa, they at least acknowledge he's another member of the sorts (no matter how awful and nearly unbearable and insufferable he is).
Still, I do imagine even w the tolerance he's getting some stink eyes at times (like Time, and probs Wind, Twilight and especially Cal and Wild or smth idk who else would). Time gives him that look whenever he warns him subtly or directly about not straying far from whatever. Like general instructions or the group, etc. Twilight would bare his teeth or smth a bit at him if Sage goes on to try and take darling with him (he's being extra sure by having a hold on Y/N in some way or is ALWAYS near her; as Wolfie or human). Wind... I see Wind as a person who actually sees people for who they really are and not the type to judge (but admittedly his judgement can be clouded by his yandereness at times). Witnessing Sage as who he really is, Wind really doesn't like him but he also doesn't blame him of the sort. They all kinda want the same thing after all (even if they're all somewhat semi-united and a cult, asides Sage or not). Makes silly angy faces and keeps an eye on Sage (I imagine Sage laughs or smth tho cuz it's like an angey Chihuahua XDD). Wild and Cal. Boi. I don't think Wild bothers cooking for Sage but he probs do tell him abt dinner happening and all that. Gets the nasty guard look for both rivalry moments and also if he even SEEMS like he's attempting to keep Reader away from them. Cal even more so, his glare is ICY silent but it says a lot of the rage boiling underneath. Mostly shoots the look on occasional warning not to steal darling away.
Oh yeah I nearly forgot Four! Another dog 🧍‍♀️The colors don't like him AT ALL:
RED: Why does he gotta be so difficult? VIO: He's always been like that. Must be constantly thinking up all sorts of strategies in his head all the while spouting in his mind how much he despises us BLUE: I'm gonna bash his skull in RED: What is he doing to Reader? He's not stealing her away already is he? GREEN: We can't let that happen!!
Anyway I'm spitballing yes but basically Four is always a thread away from having a fight with Sage everyday. Doesn't want Reader near him but since amendments were made Four is also another who stubbornly glues himself to Reader's side in case he does anything.
Meanwhile amidst all this Legend is the one pulling away Sage and some of the others reminding them not to fight and all that. That they shouldn't constantly be THIS high on guard (he gives a probable glare at Sage not to give them a reason to anyway). I imagine Reader does smth similar; not to fight and everything and giving everyone a wee share of affection.
I currently dunno for the rest (Sky, Hyrule, First, Fierce Deity, etc.) Maybe later.
Wooo a doozy all this brainrot is X"DDD
Ok but brainrot time 🧍‍♀️@neverchecking @wayfayrr
So Sage will JOIN the cult eh?
Look the way he is atm there will be inevitable drama. So much that the guy in the beginning is disrupting the (secretly cult) group bcs of him smothering and hogging darling to himself— especially when you released that hcs of how manipulative and stuff he was? That was BEGGING for some inevitable drama down the line!
Picture this: Sage is always on the lookout for your attention to be solely placed on him and him only, and he'll use whatever grubby or dirty methods and CREATE MORE himself if he has to! Just look at him and give him affection pllllsssssss?? But in the bg he's like destroyed the chain's chances of having her and it's FRUSTRATING them to a point they'd naturally try and sabotage Sage's chances in return. Heck even as a whole group.
This just further keeps Sage excluded from the group, and it's even more felt when he makes Reader choose between him or the chain. It's always that.
And Reader? Idk abt u guys but my reader will cry out in frustration: she loves all of them! How can you make her choose? But Sage, stubborn, hurt and battered heart Sage, doesn't listen and doesn't himself do the same problems the chain once did before they formed. In his eyes he's ABOVE them from doing the things they used to do, or maybe, he is NOT them and therefore won't be able to do those mistakes. BUT HE IS. HE INEVITABLY WILL. And if Sage goes on this way Reader not only just cry, she'll get HURT, AGAIN.
And when it happens that's practically the eye of the storm. And until she got stuck in bed recovering with no certain date? It's a whole train wreck of explosive emotions between him and the chain.
Sage is in DENIAL. NO. NO NO NO HE DID NOT HURT THEIR DARLING NO IT WAS THOSE LINKS FAULTS IF THEY WEREN'T IN THE PICTURE SHE WOULDN'T HAVE GOTTEN HURT! To which the chain will flip over at him WT* NO IT WAS U THE WHOLE TIME U MANIPULATIVE ATTENTION HOG!! U MADE HER CRY ETC. ETC. It's a battle of words and there's a point they're all screaming at each other—
