Had another weird-ass dream a few whiles ago that I made art of cause fuck you

It was another “me younger in school” dream, but it took place a lot earlier in my life than other school dreams. Usually that genre of dream takes place either in high school or 6th grade middle school, but this one seemed to be way back in either 2nd or 3rd grade (it was 2008 apparently, the latter half of my elementary school days). Despite this dream taking place a literal DECADE before Deltarune was even a concept in the public eye, my Spamton and Jevil plushies were there with me as sorta “emotional support” buddies of sort. (To be fair though, I was holding them when I fell asleep, which is the standard method for my “sentient” plushies to enter the dream realm with me)

I remember that the teacher in this dream-version of my school was a different one from the actual teacher I had in that year of school irl, both in appearance and the fact that she was MUCH meaner than any teacher I’ve ever had. (Like, even my 1st grade teacher would think she’s insane, and she’s why I’m suicidal now) This dream teacher was always insistent on targeting me exclusively, always finding excuses to yell at or punish me despite being perfectly normal with the other students. Didn’t help that in this particular version of my school, kids that “got in trouble” a lot were forced to stay in the basement of the school overnight, said basement contained a literal Cerberus-like hellhound that would stalk/hunt down the students all night and basically maul them if they got caught.

So yeah, as you can imagine, having that kinda toxicity in my life was awful for my mental health. Young me, of course, was too anxiety to speak up about it at all, so I ended up turning to the only “people” who I knew for certain would have my back.

My fucking sentient Deltarune plushies.

Specifically my Jevil plushie, who came with a rather odd (and probably illegal now that I think about it) solution to all this. Turns out, the little guy was actually a master programmer (I guess that makes sense, I mean, he CAN do anything after all if he’s to be believed) and made this weird… Microchip? Thingy? That he would basically sneak into my teacher’s ear while she was distracted. Said chip was supposed to kinda-sorta feed her subliminal messages of sorts that would make her like me more and thus stop borderline abusing me.

Seems simple enough, right? Well…

It ended up working fine in my favor, the teacher ended up not being mean to me anymore, even eventually considering me her “favorite”.

But after a few weeks of chill, then came some…

Admittedly predictable…

…Side effects…

My thought’s exactly, little me.

So, yeah, I accidentally ended up causing my teacher to start slowly transforming into Jevil. Fuck me.

And what makes it worse (at least lore-wise) is that she has appeared in later dreams that took place in the present day, having become a full demon because of that stupid chip, implying I (or at least that particular version of me) never was able to stop the tfmc going on and turn her back to normal.

But yeah, that’s all I gotta say for this one. Can’t believe I procrastinated on this one for so long lmao

Forever will think about how Spamton's traumatizing of Kris will forever link them in a twisted kind of way.

Spamton stared into the face of God during his prime. It traumatised him and started to impact him mentally, even when his life was going well and while he was bathing in money; his dream.

Then, Spamton essentially becomes some sort of God himself after obtaining the NEO body. Kris has to take in the spectacle of him, obviously. Spamton is constantly telling Kris about what they don't know, that they're a puppet, that they're both just pawns in this game. Kris is a child with their own struggles. They weren't ready for Spamton's bluntness about it all.

Here's some pics based on a dream I had. Also I experimented with colouring them on my phone's picture editor.

The dream was about Bigshot Spamton feeding an eldritch horror (implied to be Gaster) these sacrifices, since Spam has been corrupted and now thinks this is his purpose.

Pin was teleported to Spam. She somehow knows what’s happening with him, and is reluctantly helping him in exchange for Valentine’s safety.

Videon doesn’t know of Pin’s existence. But after he was attacked by Spam is when he decided to investigate him.

Its set during Spam’s bigshot days, after Val left him so Spam’s very corrupted at this point.

It starts with Vid, who is investigating Spam's strange behaviour. Coincidentally people have been disappearing off the streets and Vid figured out the only thing they all have in common is that Spam was seen in the area of their disappearances.

Then cuts to 4yr old Pin, I remember her wearing a cute puffy white dress with black bow on the back, gold necklace, and black ribbons in her hair.

She’s at the amusement park, talking to a friendly tall Werewire, she’s sitting on his shoulders so she can reach the top shelves full of chocolate, I also remember her grabbing a pretty blanket as well. While she acts like a normal child, the Werewire notices something is strange, like she’s smarter then she appears.

Which is correct, the whole time she’s at the amusement park she has a feeling of she doesn’t have much time before she’s called away. And she’s right as the next thing that happens is she’s teleported and knows where she’s going, to her dad, Spam.

It cuts to a dumpster in an alleyway, a criminal runs past with 1 of 2 security chasing after him. The other stays behind, standing across from the dumpster. Suddenly there is banging coming from inside the dumpster, with enough force to leave punch marks sticking out of the dumpster. The security guard actually ignores this for quiet some time before finally walking over and opens the lid.

Inside sitting on the left is Spam, he’s in his bigshot outfit but missing his red jacket and yellow tie, he wears a white button up and red pants. He looks pretty chill and relaxed sitting in the dumpster, he’s also smoking.

On the other side of the dumpster is a dark swirling portal with black tendrils thrashing about. Before the guard could react the tendrils latch on to him and pull him through the portal, with him kicking and screaming the whole time.

Then the portal dissipates, leaving Spam alone. He jumps out the dumpster and casually walks off like nothing happened.

My spamton and jevil plushies arrived yesterday, i had a dream that when i cut a hole into Spamton for the pipis i instead found a tiny keychain size plush of this fucking thing

And it was like the canonical secret spamvil child, i was the first person to find out about it and all i could do was accept the fact my Spamton had arrived pregnant.

anyways here is a quick description of everyone here from my chapter 3 take.

toriel: due to dark worlds only allowing people at a certain age to enter, she is now a teenager like Kris, and is unable to remember anything past her teenage years (including how Kris is her child, so ya that sucks)

napstablook: also became a teenager when entering the dark world, he is basically the leader of static seas police and shows up near the end of the chapter. Not much else to mention, lol. Also when them and toriel leave the dark world, they will think of the entire thing as some dream they had in the past. So ya that’s also very fun.

mike smarts: okay we are getting into the new guys now, Mike is a cat phone darkener who kinda loves to go on a revolution against how people who are more popular are the wealthiest. His light world form is toriels cell phone she used at the end of chapter 2. Also he is spamtons 2nd ex, damn poor spammy, Mike took the kids. Also he is the person ya gotta manipulate to do the weird route, aka the screen burn route.

tenna: they are totally a shadowman! Why would you think not? They are the leader of the midnight crew, consisting of a type of mafia that was run by a bunch of shadow men. His light world form is a tv ad (cuz he is a Addison, lol)

rook: the big bad of chapter 3, they stay away from Kris and their team, but still interacts with them by using a bunch of tv like robots so he can make them do a bunch of acting shit. You meet him at last near the final boss, when you sneak inside his penthouse and try to seal the fountain. His light world form is the tv in Kris’s house

filmso: a old film camera guy who hates his job as a janitor, he used to be a big time director, till the eventual downfall of a certain series involving a cowboy. Now he spends his time at the dump and green room, where he sweeps the floors and questions his very life existence. He also goes insane in the screen burn route and fights you like Spamton did. His light world object is a old black and white movie airing on tv.

cat burn: a funny cat chef who wants you to cook with him, his light world form is that cool show with the cat y’all saw in chapter 2.

Bobby and hoppy: a tired children’s tv show host who doesn’t want to preform, their light world form is some children’s tv show on the television.

cathode: a detective in static seas who wants to take down the midnight crew’s mafia business, his light world form is a detective film.

creslint and cloudia: 2 weather men who tells people in static seas the weather, their light world form is a news channel.

RAILY D. ROUNDUP: YEEHAW LASSY! YA KNOW ME WELL AND YOU DONT NEED ME TO INTRODUCE MYSELF!!! HAHAHOHO!!

What if Deltarune was really just about change?

The seven chapters could represent the stages of change, with each chapter's boss being Kris's change. Jevil could represents Kris's inner child, while Spamton could represent someone being told to change- basically trying to make themselves better. This would also make sense considering that both Jevil and Spamton and 'trapped' and they are also both somewhat skippable. You don't HAVE to visit Jevil, but you CAN, and you don't HAVE to go to Spamton's shop, but you CAN. If we're playing as Kris, this can be interpreted as Kris trying to, in a way, get rid of them.

And what about the Knight? You can't have a good theory without the Knight. I think that the Knight is us, the players. Queen talks about how the Dark Fountains need determination to be opened, and this is a fact that gets glossed over in most of the game. Who in the game has the most determination? It's not Asriel, it's not Ralsei, it's not even Sans- it's us.

This doesn't have to be a bad thing either, because most- if not all- Darkners are just Kris's imagination, and Kris's imagination is based on things that occur in their everyday life. If Kris is changing, so does the Dark World. This could be why we get to see more characters as chapters pass, they're all reflections of Kris's experiences.

And now for the last part, the endings. Kris ripping out their soul is just them seperating themselves from their fake personality (a.k.a us) and trying to be themselves. By sealing Dark Fountains, they're preventing us from hurting their creations, and their friends. This would make even more sense considering the Snowgrave route, and Undertale's obsession of "the human didn't kill them, you did". This would correlate to the Knight theory too, their trying to stop the Knight from affecting their perfect dream world.

And, if they were trying to wait for Asriel or if this was a world that they and Asriel made, it would make sense. Asriel might've gone away, but the precious memories and the world they made haven't. By changing it and killing Darkners, we're getting rid of their memories. Which in turn cause Kris to change.

BUT HEY, THAT'S JUST A THEORY, A GAME THEORYYYYY!

Alrighty then, I have some oc lore ready to dump about Glitch.

• Glitch is formerly a noble class daughter of a warlord named Volos. Being under the strict and limited options for her family were mostly masculine dominated to carry the tradition of men being capable as Fighters. Only for the male Vanguards to have classes of Defense and Offense. Females however only have Support only as the only class for them to fulfill.

• She does have an older brother named Cypher. They actually get along with during childhood even if he does help her train in secret to make sure Glitch doesn't get punished by Volos. Yet she did return to favor to Cypher by taking care of his child, Umber. Having the junior stayed in Glitch's apartment until they're old enough to have their own apartment living close by to Glitch.

• Glitch original name was Volteria Staticroar before changing it into the name she called herself. Not wanted to be reminded of the painful expectations of being a damsel of support. Calling herself Glitch as unpredictable and unbounded by commands from any people apart from her love ones who she see them as family.

• She does have history with Spamton before he became a Big Shot. They met at the Cyber Bar where he usually goes with the Addisons to grab drinks, but he met her when being tipsy. Yet the two talked to each other on what goals they had in mind and what dreams they wanted to reach. Which they exchange emails including phone numbers to keep contact as friends. However, Spamton over his Big Shot Era made her concerned about him. Not just to think about how his success grew too rapid out of the blue, but seeing him shun her out even if he was able to receive Volos' blessing in marriage. Only to think that Spamton had made a loan shark deal which was only a theory to her, but she didn't know the full grim details about it.

• Glitch left her luxury life to be independent of having her own freedom. The freedom of being her own person, not willing to continue on being a damsel on the sidelines. To carry the weight of expectations on her shoulders. Instead, she chose to leave with taking the family Warhammer heirloom that once belonged from her grandfather. Training much with the heirloom as she went from Support to Defense class. However, she does use her support abilities to only boost stats if necessary or debuff enemies to get an advantage in battle.

• Glitch actually has Codi as her biological child after she and Spamton gotten a little too rowdy with drinking. But she did kept Codi since he was born. Hiding her son in secret until leaving her family clan. Working hard as a single mother to give her son a better future and potential opportunities for him to grow. She call Codi "Little Spark" knowing he does possess a few of his father's traits not just physical appearance wise.

• The armor she wears is forged by a close childhood friend who goes by the name Gizmo. She recognize him as the family armor smith, yet they grew up with Cypher knowing Gizmo's family served the Staticroars for years. She only equipped the armor by summoning it virtually before leaving her apartment to start bounty hunting.

• Glitch's body does produce electricity from her horns and hair. She only receives electricity from having her USB tail connected to a USB connection port or power outlet to recharge up knowing that battles actually does require so much energy coming from her. She doesn't have pupils yet the static does express her. When flustered, her horns sparked up along with her hair increasing fluff volumes. If angered, her horns charges up violently without her hair rising in static.

last night, a little homestuck before bed and :

-i dont think i can maintain the facade of composure or coherence anymore. this is five seconds before john find several people brutally slaughtered, including his own dad, and he himself get stabbed to death. look at him! look at how silly this child is. my zillyhoo son, its unfair theyre piling up all this shit to you.

-i get why rose went grimdark tbh. things are pretty bad out there. it fucks me up that she's like, taking over the suicide mission. and how awful it is that she'd gone off the deep end that she looked at her parents dead body and only think of killing. something i noticed between the two light players is that theyre always burdening themselves with the hard, difficult tasks alone even though the team wanted it to be done as a group effort. its commendable but not always a good thing.

-its pretty funny that the kids with shitty guardians' have a wildly contrasting reactions to their dead parents like

dave, at the beginning of story : my bro is the coolest guy ever

dave now : huh. he's dead. okay. time to use the sword lodged in his chest as a trampoline! sweet loot. i love not getting knifed in my apartment

rose, at the beginning of the story : my loathsome mother and her penchant for the devil's drink!!!!!

rose, now : i should've looked out for her *activates rage mode*

i mean, i suppose thats appropriate but. you know how it is. poor kids, they've been through a lot. did they even have a warm meal lately? also i think bro is kinda handsome and i understand his fascination with puppets. i too, read a tentacle dick spamton fic as a lark and becomes genuinely intrigued with it.

-i am in love, in love! with the format of clicking to a collage of pictures. There was just so much Shit going on and the banner have doc scratch home being burned down and snowman making out after smoking a bloodied pipe. and then jade hunting frogs with dave. it would have been adorable to see these kids finally meeting each other for the first time if the world wasnt going to do a hard reset.

-fuck it. an AU. kids being kids. no sburb no tragedy. theyre just online friends. jade's grandpa is alive, he took jade into civilization often so she's not undersocialized and knows how to function if she wants to live a normal life. and as a birthday gift he took all of her friends to the island as a surprise for her 13th birthday. they spend the day catching frogs and playing paintball. and then at night, rose and jade urge everyone to try lucid dreaming. none of them made it because theyre all too busy making fun of john's movie selection. dave is beatboxing over squiddles music. and then right in the middle of their playing, a ship crash landed to the island. it was the trolls.

-uhhghgghghhh i need to see. an animatic. of jade and dave's fight. with bec noir. look at all the moves theyre making it would have been one hell of a fight and we were robbed of a proper flash with boisterous music! space time vs omnipotence lets fucking go!

-speaking of vriska, wow she really is giving her all in these pages. her last stand with jack. the enemy she took part in creating. she knew she was going to die and done her best asking out literally everyone alive. and the best/worst thing is, everyone accepts. terezi literally came to her with all the rp outfit they used to do. and, i know i should be shocked but im just laughing at karkat showing up late with the sloppy makeout note. And she gave the cutest most adorable date proposal to john like, ugh its cute teenage puppy love! yes, i think they'd go well together. I dunno, maybe its my kimharry enjoyer heart speaking, but i think characters who'd done terrible violence should be with someone who only met them after they strived to be someone better, or at least a blank slate. that way, they get a fresh start and can focus on improving instead of getting distracted with hurt feelings and old wounds. also i am not burdening terezi, aradia, tavros, and all of the kids she personally maimed with All of That tbh. unless they want to ofc.

Every once in a while i remember this one time back when i was still in the cookie run fandom, i was watching a shitpost video on youtube where it was basically the dream song scene from sharkboy and lavagirl but with wind archer and fire spirit as the titular characters and lemon as max and there was this one person in the comments who was VERY OBVIOUSLY a young child (6 years old if i had to guess) that said something like "fire spirit can use his armpit to wake lemon up" along with a reply under their own comment saying "his armpit is very hot"
