After all these Long Distances drama, finally he came home to LA. But you didn’t immediately meet him because you were busy at studio, helping Justin again with his song called Forever. You know Calum didn’t really like it but you did it anyway, because it was your work and you like to help friend.

It’s 10 p.m. and you texted Calum.

You said goodbye to the people on the studio, and also Justin. You just waved at him and left the building. Second time you met him still awkward, at least for you.

You checked your schedule at your laptop and today was the day you had a video meeting with Andrew Watt. He invited you to help him and his friends to write a song. He didn’t mention who his friends was but you guessed one of them is Ali Tamposi.

You waited for him to call you and you also eat your breakfast. Not long enough he finally called you. You answered his calls and his face was on your screen alongside with Ali, your guessed was right, Ryan Tedder and also you saw someone very familiar. It was Luke.

“Aye Palvin.” Andrew greeted you. You smiled and waved to the camera. “I asked her to help us writing because… i didn’t know anyone else.” He laughed and we also laughed.

You furrowed your eyebrows. “Luke hi!? Why are you here?” You asked him. “Is Luke going solo?” Then you asked the rest of them hoping they would answer.

“No I’m not. It’s 5sos’ project.” Luke gave you a smile and you returned it.

“Cool!” you said. “So, thank you so much for letting me be the part of this project.”

They’re all happy seeing you joining this meeting.

“So i have wrote the lyric and i want to share with you all.” Ryan began to play chords on his guitar and sang the lyric. After he finished, he continued to explain. “The concept is where you hurt someone and you’re kind of making them a promise that although i’ve hurt you and there’s like this dark cloud over us right now, I’m gonna give you the best years of my life.”

You nodded.

“Wow i think it’s a beautiful romantic promise and statement to make.” Luke nodded also.

After hours and hours passed by, we finished the verses, the pre chorus. And then Andrew started played the guitar to match the lyrics. “This is so beautiful. Guys thank you so much for helping. I’ll take it from here.” Meeting is over and it was 6 P.M. right now. You called Calum right away.

“Hello?” Said Calum from the other side. He sounded different.

“Hello Cal,” you greeted him happily even though he didn’t respond the same. “Where are you? I just finished meeting with Andrew.”

“Oh. I’m outside. I’m meeting my friends.” He answered as short as he could.

You sighed slowly. His attitude became like this since he knew you’ve been working with Justin for his upcoming album. Almost a month since early august. On one side you glad you fixed the friendship you had with Justin. Because deep down you just want to live in peace and had no more hate feeling to him. And also you felt a strong connection with Justin when you wrote songs together. Not in a romantic way. But the other side, it tore Calum apart. You knew the consequences of having Justin again in your life and you still took it anyway. And now look what you have done. Slowly you and Calum distance to each other.

“Oh, okay. How’s the Teeth promo doing?” You asked him again try to reduce your ego.

“Great, it was great.”

You tried to hold your tears. “Alright, have fun Cali.” You decided to end the conversation because you couldn’t handle his bitterness.

“Bye.”

You ended up crying on your bed without him knowing your hearts hurt so bad.

Today is September 1st and you got an email from Justin. It was an invitation to his wedding day with Hailey on September 30. You sighed as you saw this digital invitation shown so beautifully on your laptop screen. Suddenly you mind did a flashback to the sick old memory. But it dispersed when you got a video call from Michael.

“Hey hey miss B,” Michael greeted. “What you doing girl.”

You grinned confusely. “Hey dude, just sit on my couch doing nothing. What’s up Mike?” When you asked him, out from nowhere, Calum joined the video call.

“Hey Cal.” Mike waved his hand to Calum.

Calum frowned. “What’s with this meeting, dude?” He sounded almost pissed with Michael because he had been avoided any video call or meeting with you directly.

“Stop it both of you.” Michael snapped. “I knew you two had been avoiding each other for over a month. I love you two and i don’t want anything bad happened to you guys. Cal you better make it up or i will be so mad at you. Alright, I’m out. Bye.” He left the call and it leave you only with Calum.

You gulped. You could see his faced were so pissed. You were so ready if he said he wanted to break up.

“Cal…,” you paused. “What happened to us? We haven’t seen each other for a month.”

“I’m busy with the promo. We’ve been doing this for years, Saara. I’m busy with my band and you’re busy at the studio, that’s it.” He avoided any eye contact with you.

You wiped your tears. “Don’t you Saara me, Cal.” Your heart shattered when he called you by name. “I knew we’ve been doing this for years, but we communicated through calls, video calls, we talked.” “If you have something to talk to me please tell me now.”

His face turned into sad. “Fine. I still can’t accept the fact you still involved with Justin. After all this years he hurted you, i waited for you to heal your feelings from him, just for you to go back with him?”

“I’m not going to back to him. I’m with you now, Cal. Please. It was just an album work i swear to God. I’m returning favors to Poo Bear. I owe him so much until i am today, that’s why i accepted his request to be part of Justin’s album. That’s it.” You explained to him hardly because you were crying.

“I’m outside.”

You left the laptop and opened the door immediately. You saw him stood there with his phone on his left hand and a bucket of roses on his right hand. You hugged him immediately and cried on his chest. “Please don’t leave me.” You said it while sobbing.

“If i leave you i wouldn’t give you this flowers.” You pulled the hug and you took the flowers. “I love you so much that i don’t want to lose you again. and I’m sorry this situation went too far.”

You nodded and kisses him.

horror story of a teenage 5sos blogger

let me set the scene - its the mid 2010s, I'm 17, in the height of my 5sos fan career, im watching keek compilations all day and scrolling tumblr all night. Life is good.

Fast forward a few months and I start talking to this cute boy at school. we start going on dates, having first kisses - and first everything elses. we're falling madly in love. it's intense (and so cringy to look back at as an adult) but again, life is good! not a worry in the world!!

eventually.. it somehow comes up that my boyfriend and i both have tumblrs (of VERY different nature's mind you). we wanted to show eachother things we'd found online but we were both adamant we didn't want to see eachothers blogs (FOR OBVIOUS REASONS). instead of following each other, we would send each other screenshots of funny textposts, pictures, etc. - blacking out our respective blog names and url's to protect our online anonymity. life is good!

now by day, I'm spending all hours messaging my totally hot boyfriend but by night... by night, I'm reblogging hot gifs of calum hood, smut fanfics, imagines, general gifs of hot couples making out (ifykyk). it's the HEIGHT of tumblr fanfiction and imagine culture and I could not get enough. i was exploring things in real life with my boyfriend while also exploring online through fics. reblogging every single thing along the way. i was having my cake and eating it too and it was a fucking good time to be alive. life is so good!

of course, like any normal person, I was using my tags as a stream of consciousness. a way to get out my feelings about cal, about my boyfriend, about being a teenager, about LITERALLY EVERYTHING. with the season break approaching, i am beginning to get worried for the oiar staff - especially alice.

magnus has the trend of the last few episodes of a season going to absolute shit and dropping some big reveals, and given tmagp is only 2 seasons with 30 rather than 40 episodes, i’m expecting it to really start ramping up with the drama pre/post “statement”, with a non statement episode (or multiple) in the last few episodes like we had for episode 10.

i’m stressed for sam and gwen with their obvious progression into obsession & avatar-hood. there is a lot of jon’s sorry mirrored in the two of them and they both seem to be getting drawn into something that they can’t control or escape. sam is obsessed with the institute despite trying to ignore it and is getting drawn into statements despite trying not to listen to them (eg, the typing in episode 14 slowing to a stop during the statement). plus chester is clearly pushing statements that mention the institute when sam is listening.

i’m worried about celia’s clear manipulation of others and investigation of the world around her - she is clearly tma!celia and has weird stuff going on (waking up on the side of the road, for example). i don’t trust there not to be something happening with jack, too. tma did not hold back on terrorising children - eg, calum brodie - so i am concerned for the little one, too.

having said all this - i’m especially scared for alice. she is being set up as jealous, jaded and somebody with strong, high emotional walls. she’s becoming more isolated as the season progresses, especially as sam gets closer to celia, widening the rift between him and alice that seemingly opened after episode 10. there’s also the obvious fact that she was being followed and that something crawled out of the trap door in the institute… she is in danger. i hope she survives the season :(

okay, rival co-TA’s, i wanted to go with English but i’m not going to cuz yall gonna be decimated by @glitterprincelu‘s upcoming english fic and i can’t even compete

so lets do.... bruh, inspired by @glitterprincelu but lets do Drama TA’s. so you and Calum are stars of your uni’s theatre program which has meant that the two of you have been around each other. your last play you had to do together you played lovers and there was definitely tensions because you and Calum have very different styles of getting into character and learning lines and he can generally be an ass and line snob. so you’ve clashed in the past and when you get assigned to be TA’s for the same drama class you walk in the first day and you’re both like oh NO. 

he comes up to you after class and is just like “dont get in my way when im giving advice to students.” and you meet his gaze straight on like “dont get in my way either.”

but of course the first time the teacher gives you and Calum a sit down read with students together when she’s away from class for a conference, you and Calum can’t agree on anything and there’s a lot of tension. you two really shouldn’t be TA’s. finally, Calum is just like “how about this, i’ll read the part of Danny and you be Sandy and we’ll see whose advice is better yeah?”

these poor fucking drama students watching their TA’s fight i swear to god. so you and Calum go up on the stage and Calum does his little dance shoulder shaking thing to prep and then suddenly he IS Danny Zuko and he’s looking at you like you’re the love of his life and his words are so sweet. but just the same way, you slip into Sandy and suddenly this guy means everything to you.

you’re both so lost in each other, everything else slips away and he’s holding your hand and being all soft and in love and suddenly the scene is over and all your students are clapping and Calum cracks his neck and goes back into douche mode but even he had to admit like, damn you were a good Sandy.

the students agree you were both great and Calum finally gives in and is like, “do my technique or Y/N’s, whatever works for you.” and you’re shocked he actually conceded. after class when the students are gone he approaches you and is juts like, “hey i’m practicing this scene for this audition i have, can you read it through with me for a sec?”

and you say yes because he’s cute even if he’s a dick and begin reading the girls part while he paces the stage and looks super angsty and is confessing his love in the character. you’re reading as you say the words and finally your eyes land on two words ‘They kiss.’ and suddenly Calum is grabbing you face, tilting you up so he can press his lips to yours, arm wrapping around your back to pull you tight against him. and you drop the script and kiss him back because duh. 

he finally stops kissing you and looks down at you and is like, “uh, thanks for reading.”

and you just sigh, “fuck you Hood.”

I don’t know if I can say that I don’t like it but he changed a lot. Some things about him really disappoint me.

He’s always like “I’m 26, I do what a want whenever I want” and that’s okay but a big part of his fans are under age so he has to be careful. It’s not about putting someone in a pedestal but I’m in my 20’s and I know how is it like to be a teenager. I was always the good girl or the “mom” inside my group. I never did drugs and never liked to go to parties, but I saw my friends literally fall apart because of drugs.
