IMMERSE yourself 🥢 in a world of authentic HOT POT🍝 flavours of Chengdu, China @dalongyi.aus - Dixon St Chinatown, Sydney. . . Much gratitude 🙏 to @westernsydneyfoodblog for tagging me along to experience 🥘 this phenomenal hot pot 🍜journey. I must say the complex, spicy and 🔝🔝🔝flavoursome mixed of ingredients were mind-blowing. Thank you 🙏 to @see.taste.do for looking after us so well alongside with the 🙏 lovely Ms Amy Le and the staff at Da Long Yi. . The hot pot menu included the following: entree plates, wagyu beef 🥩 slices, lamb 🥩 platter, meatball platter, fresh 🍜 noodles, seafood 🦞 dishes, vegetable 🌶 dishes and the luscious brown sugar ice jelly 🍮 as dessert.
