hmmmm there's some dumb characters in db but the one that frustrates me the most is dr gero. he had a lot of potential to be this vengeful ghost from goku's past, trying to claim vengeance for his son, wanting to make the world suffer the same pain he suffered, etc. But he basically got "traded in" for 16,17,18 and eventually cell. I love 16-18 and cell might honestly be my alltime fav dragon ball villain but the point remains that toriyama's editor said "hey kill this boring old man off" and in the process killed what could have been a really great character.i always thought kid buu was fucken dumb. extra annoying when you consider that kid buu isnt even the strongest form of buu that goku and vegeta face. lbr the final fight in the buu saga shouldve been vegito vs super buu (with gotenks/gohan/piccolo absorbed) but i guess we had to...squeeze in one more spirit bomb and another buu form.....on a positive note, my favorite characters are gohan, future trunks, cell, beerus, frieza, bulma...hit is kind of cool too i guess.
