Luca: I love my gay fish as much as the next one, and considering that they became canonically gay like 3 days ago I wanted to rewatch my babes fall in love again <3

Little Witch Academia: And I freaking fucking love it!!!! The old lesbian vibes from Chariot and Croix were amazing, and in general, I love a good soft anime that fills me with joy and happiness

Last Book: Tampoco pido tanto de Megan Maxwell: And honestly I like it a lot, less than “A que estas esperando?” another book that is related to this one (by the way I read it in the wrong order, but it is what it is). Anyway it was a good read, nothing life-changing but very entreating, spicy, and fun, but be aware that this woman writes the best stories in the worst style possible (and I mean it, it's so frustrating, but the stories are worth it - most of the time at least - DON’T READ “BIENVENIDA AL CLUB CABRONAS SIN FRONTERAS”, the main protagonist is the worst and is really not worth it)

Sweet/spicy/savoury? I like all of them

Relationship status: Dating my beloved BF

Last thing I googled: Lucas OT, because my friend showed me Gala 5 from OT 2023 (if you don’t what it is, it’s a singing contest very famous in Spain that now is being held on Amazon Prime. There are like 16 people, most of the time similar in age, and they are isolated from the world for the duration of the contest or when they are being eliminated. The thing is that they are being watched by cameras all the time and every day they practice or do a masterclass and every Monday they perform and someone is sent home until there is one left. For me, the most international thing somewhat similar is RuPaul's Drag Race, but most of the time it's have been very heteronormative). I never had any interest in it BUT this year has turned out to be the lesbians and gays year and what can I say? It’s juicy to not get into it (I have the feeling that I will get it over soon but not sure) and I'm rooting for the relationship between Jaunjo and Martin because they are too cute together.

Current obsession: ��I have to main obsession which I burn too fast - you know ADHD live - but at the date of today I have regained my obsession for my beloved babe fish, aka Luca I have my new obsession with OT and I’m still somewhat invested in Little Witch Academia, but I’m losing interest every day. Also, these last few days I have regained my obsession for Han and Gisele from Fast and Furious (it’s a long story that I will get into another day) and Damianya because my babies. BUT I have been thinking a lot about Jess Mariano (Gilmore Girls) and writing an essay about why he is the best and I am going to dive deep into my Kamijirou (Denki Kaminari and Kyoka Jirou from Boku No Hero Academia - yes the Tumblr name comes from there) rabbit hole as every January since 2021 (it may have been instigated by my mom’s boyfriend gifting me the figures of both of them)

The Other Autobot, Season 1 [Prologue]

Hi!

I love Transformers: Prime and have been rewatching it, so prepare for a new journey lol.

Also, I'm also putting Mayfly and Robyn into Bumblebee/Rise of the Beasts, potentially, so be on the lookout for that fic if you're interested (please let me know if you're interested cus I have a few chapters ready to go).

Now, here's the prologue and my theory about how the Autobots came to Earth, factoring in my OC.

It stands to reason that the military/Agent Fowler would be among the first responders when the Autobots crashed to Earth, so that's why I wrote it the way I did.

If there is a canon version of their meeting, I am not aware of it, so have taken liberties.

Anyway, without further ado, here y'all go! If you have questions don't hesitate to ask!

"Uncle Will, when you said I should serve my country, this isn't exactly what I had in mind." I muse as we drive to yet another base.

"I know, but I promised."

I sigh.

Ah yes, the infamous promise. When I was born, Mom and Dad named Dad's best friend, William Fowler, as my godfather (and my mom's best friend as godmother, but she's…no longer around. KiA…), so when Dad was killed overseas and Mom succumbed to grief and cancer, 'Uncle' Will became my only legal guardian and even now I'm nearly 23, we're still very close.

He never let me enlist as an active-duty soldier despite my many protests, but he did get me various army contract jobs as an inspector, weapons tester, etc.

Now, he'd gotten me a job as basically an archivist digitizing and organizing reports out of a base near Jasper, Nevada.

Joy.

"I know, hun, but you know how I feel about any other service."

I roll my eyes. "Too well. I'm too young and innocent for politics, too inexperienced to be a soldier-"

"That's not why, and you know it."

I sigh. "I know. I'm sorry. I know you're just looking out for me."

"Always."

Soon, I'm shaking hands with my orientation officer. Then it's setting up accounts and employee files, learning how to enter information, getting my clearance badge to be able to handle the confidential material in the reports, on and on, all while Uncle Will got to go home.

Ugh. At least we can be under the same roof when Uncle Will isn't out on assignments.

Finally, I shake the officer's hand once more and am dismissed.

I head outside to where Uncle Will is waiting to pick me up.

"Thanks, Uncle Will." I murmur. "I realize I haven't been as grateful as I should to you for all you've done. It's not fair of me to complain about the one thing you won't let me do. I'm sorry."

"I appreciate that, sweetheart." He replies, patting my leg without taking his eyes off the road. "Apology accepted."

Unsure what else to say, I fall into silence.

We get home soon enough and I cook us up kielbasa and potatoes for dinner. Uncle Will likes it, and I figure I owe him dinner after he got me this job.

The first day at my new job both dragged on and was over quickly, somehow.

Regardless, I find myself yawning as I grab my keys from my purse.

The rest of the week went by in a blur of boredom and repeating files (most of which I cleared to be deleted or compartmentalized).

Ugh! I want to do something that will actually matter! Like Uncle Will!

But until he says otherwise, I'm stuck on library duty.

So I race myself to see how fast I can get a stack done, but even that doesn't do much for me.

Finally, my first week is done and I sign out to go home and see what Uncle Will is up to.

On the way home, however, I notice a star in the sky, a really bright one.

The sun wasn't set enough to see stars, so I pull over, curious.

That's when the star grew brighter and bigger…and closer!

I hastily drive perpendicular to the meteor (or whatever was coming down to Earth in a hurry) and see a large unmistakable smoke trail as whatever it is continues a crash course for the desert.

On instinct, I drive after it, surprised at the distance it goes before finally crashing.

I pull my car behind some trees and turn it off, trying to think of what to do.

I automatically grab my phone to call Uncle Will, but for some reason, I decide to investigate first.

I mean, I shouldn't report til I have all the facts, right?

So I take a deep breath and grab my taser, just in case.

The meteor is huge! Easily the biggest I've seen. Only…why does it look like metal?

And why is part of it opening?!

I scramble behind a tree and have to stifle a scream as…something comes out of what I now realize is a spaceship! An actual spaceship!

More things come out and I have to make myself take a peek. They look like robots, each of them taller than me.

I'm trembling as I snap a picture on my phone and get a better look.

They seem to be communicating, but it's not in any language I can understand.

I try to get closer, but end up kicking a rock and alerting the robots to my presence.

Before I can get behind any cover, I'm grabbed by the waist and hoisted up.

That weird language sounds from the being holding me (a small-ish female-looking robot compared to the other taller male-looking robots) as I'm hauled into the middle of the group.

"Let me go!" I scream, panicked, beating at the metal hands, but I don't accomplish anything but probably some minor bruising against the metal. "Put me down!" The grip is strong, nearly bruising my ribs, which does not help my current panic at all.

The robot's head tilts as if curious, her glowing blue eyes (something I note in every face) flickering for a moment, as do the others, I note with a glance.

The one holding me smiles. "Hey there. I'm guessing you're a local?"

I go still. "You speak English?"

"Now we do." She replies coyly.

"Easy, human." The tallest robot, painted red and blue with some metal left unpainted, intones in a deep, serious, but ultimately trustworthy voice. "We mean you and your planet no harm."

I squirm. "Then put me down!"

The one holding me does at a nod from the tall one.

"What is your designation, human?" He asks, kneeling to get closer to my level.

"Uh…my name is Robyn. Robyn Burns."

"Robyn Burns, we are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron, or Autobots."

I swallow, trying to wrap my brain around being the first human to encounter aliens.

"So, uh, you're…not gonna have to kill me cus I saw you, right?" I whimper, the thought occurring to me.

"Wouldn't be that hard." A second male, this one not as tall as the first who'd spoken, painted white and red, grumbles. "No protective shell."

I back up nervously, but the tall one puts a hand on the other's shoulder.

"Easy, Ratchet."

I swallow, still incredibly nervous as yet another male, with a black and yellow paintjob, looks at me, excited beeps and whirring the only sounds he makes.

"They're hardly that interesting or exciting." 'Ratchet' snorts. "They can't even transform!"

"Regardless, they are a species we have not encountered before, old friend. We must be open to the possibilities on this new planet."

"Um…" I hold up a hand, unsure how to go about talking to these massive robots. "How do you guys speak English so well so quick? You were speaking a different language a second ago! And what do I call you guys, anyway?"

"Autobots, obviously." Ratchet snaps.

"There is no need to make her more uneasy than she already is." The tall one replies patiently and then turns to me. "Robyn Burns, my name is Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobots. You know Ratchet's name, and this is Mayfly, Bumblebee, and Bulkhead."

I nod, feeling at least a little better now I know they're not gonna hurt me. "H-hi."

"You asked how we speak Earth's languages, Robyn Burns." Optimus continues.

"Yeah, and, uh, just Robyn is, er, is fine."

"Very well." He nods. "We learned Earth's languages through what you call the Worldwide Web or the Internet."

"That fast?" I ask automatically, slightly taken aback.

"They're hardly complicated. Mere data." Ratchet puffs irritably.

"Ratch, c'mon. Ease up, would you?" The one called Bulkhead (a rather, uh, rotund robot with green paint that makes him look almost like an Army soldier) chuckles. "I gotta admit, she's got spunk. I figured she'd freak out." He starts walking around, taking in the scenery. "If we're done with introductions, I figure we should start recon."

"A wise idea, Bulkhead." Optimus notes.

Almost before I know what I'm saying, I'm jogging up to Bulkhead. "Hey, uh, I can help you with that, if you want."

"How could-we hardly need a guide!" Ratchet splutters, but Optimus and Mayfly come to my defense.

"Oh, c'mon! Cut the human some slack!"

"We are strangers on this planet, and have yet to acclimate. I believe it is in our best interest to take Robyn at her word."

I smile, feeling oddly steady the longer I talk to these robots. "Great! So, um, this state is Nevada, on the North American continent in the country of the United States of America. We're outside a town called Jasper, near a military base, in fact." I start rambling.

"Military?" Bulkhead asks. "They won't cause any fuss, will they?"

"Frankly, I dunno. The base is more of an archive, really." I shrug. "As a matter of fact, I work there."

Ratchet starts to speak, but at a stern glance from Optimus says nothing as Optimus addresses me. "Perhaps, then, you can help us assure this military that we mean no harm."

"Maybe! My uncle is a Special Agent who could probably help, too, but, uh, he might not take to the idea of aliens super well." I shrug. "He's a bit old-fashioned."

I lead the way toward my car (unsure what I am going to do when I get there) when Mayfly catches my eye. Her iridescent green paint is beautiful!

"Mayfly, right?" I ask.

"Yep."

"I like your, uh, paint job." Is that weird to say?

"Um…thanks." Yeah, that was the wrong thing to say.

"Sorry. It's just that I like that color is all."

She smiles. "It's alright. I like it, too."

Finally, we reach my car and I pull out my phone. "I should maybe call-"

The sound of a helicopter reaches my ears.

"What is that? 'Cons?!" Mayfly snaps, and her hands change into some kind of gun! In fact, all their hands form guns!

"Wait, hold on!" I cry. "Don't shoot! I think I who it-" As if on cue, my phone rings. I instantly pick up. "Hello, Robyn-"

"Are you out of your Star Spangled mind?!" Yup. Uncle Will saw the Meteor and is probably inbound. Maybe on the chopper…or in the trucks I can see coming in. Either way, it's clear he sees the robots and me.

"Uncle Will, please! I need you to listen! They're not dangerous!"

"I'll believe it when I see it!"

"Trust me! They could've easily killed me, but they didn't! Trust me, please! I can explain!"

The few military trucks pull up, and Uncle Will gets out, hanging up his phone.

"There had better be a darn good explanation, young lady!" He snaps, coming right up to me.

Optimus motions for calm as the Autobots tense.

I lick my lips. "There is, I promise. I was going home when I saw what I thought was a meteor, so I went to investigate, wanting to be able to report all the facts before we jumped the gun. I found these guys. They're friendly, Uncle Will."

"What she says is true." Optimus speaks up preemptively, causing Uncle Will to flinch as he slowly crouches closer to Uncle Will's level.

"It can talk?" He whispers.

"Yup. In English, thanks to the Internet, apparently."

"My name is Optimus Prime, and we are autonomous robotic organisms from the planet Cybertron, or Autobots for short. We mean this planet and it's people no harm. Our ship was damaged and we crashed here. We have no hostile intent."

"...Robyn, I don't think the Pentagon is gonna like this." Uncle Will sighs, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"I know, but we're gonna have to tell at least someone so the military know not to attack them. We can say they're prototype weapons or whatever, just let them stay. I mean, it's not every day we get visitors from space."

"No…no it is not." Uncle Will sighs, orders the troops to back off, and turns to the gathered robots-er, Autobots.

"Uh…welcome to Earth, I guess."

1. Best Book You’ve Read So Far in 2023? The wee free men, by Terry Pratchett: witches, scottish fairies and a coming of age story set in the discworld universe. what's not to like? officially my new favourite discworld series

2. Best Sequel You’ve Read So Far in 2023? A hat full of sky, by Terry Pratchett: these are just excuses to talk about the tiffany aching series tbh. also granny weatherwax is back, so that's easy money

3. New Release You Haven’t Read Yet, But Want To? Deadly ever after (Rivers of London graphic novels), by Ben Aaronovitch: the rivers of london novels, novellas and short stories are not enough. i need to inhale these graphic novels too. i can't wait for chaotic river goddess twins shanenigans!

4. Most Anticipated Release For Second Half of 2023? The deep sky, by Yume Kitasei: not many anticipated releases for that time, but it was reccomanded to me and the synopsis sounds right up my alley

5. Biggest Disappointment? Leave the world behind, by Rumaan Alam: a cool premise but incredibly boring execution and not my preferred writing style. a disappointment mostly because it was so amped up

6. Biggest Surprise? No exit, by Taylor Adams: i'm not usually into thrillers, so i didn't have particularly high expectations. but it was really good at building tension, delivered a satisfying ending and had a badass final girl that was easy to root for

7. Favorite New Author? Alison Bechdel: read "Fun home" because a friend of mine wanted to show me the musical and fell in love with it. i can already tell why her works are considered queer classics and i plan to read everything i can find by her

8. Newest Favorite Character? Tiffany Aching: see point 2. most children protagonists fall a bit flat for me or they have at least a couple of moments where their actions or internal monologue feel just unauthentic. and then an adult british cis man writes a smart, lonely, strange little girl and he makes me feel like he knew my child-self better than most family members. and that's why i love terry pratchett (among many things) and why i would die and kill for tiffany aching. she is the one true heir of esme weatherwax and i can't wait to read more of her

9. Newest Fictional Crush? Jordan Baker (from The chosen and the beautiful by Nghi Vo): what can i say, i could never resist a bisexual brunette who was too smart for anyone's good and falls a bit in love with everyone <3

💕Best Ship💕 Blue/Hamal (from Taproot by Keezy Young): just some cute friends-to-lovers fluff with plants and ghosts. honourable mentions are: the extremely toxic polycule from tcatb. that's for new ships, but i have to mention peter/beverly: they're still the best power couple in the greater metropolitan london area (i know i cheated and said three but i can't choose)

10. Book That Made You Cry? I'm glad my mom died, by Jeanette McCurdy: a very tough read, especially with the audiobook narrated by the author herself with all the emotion she puts into the reading. not for the faint of heart, but the pain is absolutely worth it

11. Book That Made You Happy? The fey and the furious (Rivers of London graphic novels) by Ben Aaronovitch: it's a comic version of a series i love, about fairies and drag racing. the pun in the title! i was smiling ear to ear the whole time

12. Favorite Book Adaptation You Saw This Year? Nimona (2023): i just finsihed rewatching it and i will do it again. i was obsessed with the gn at 18 and i'm obsessed with the movie now. between this and she-ra nd stevenson just owns my ass at this point. even with all the changes from the original, it still captures the spirit of it beautifully, with all the added layers of how the author changed and grew since then. i love it with my whole queer heart <3

13. Favorite Review You’ve Written This Year? i don't write reviews anymore, but maybe i should start again just for myself

14. Most Beautiful Cover? The priory of the orange tree, by Samantha Shannon: colour scheme? on point. lettering? beautiful. a dragon? fuck yeah

15. What Books Do You Need To Read By The End of The Year? ideally i'll complete my reading challenge, but for now i just hope i finish the ones i already started, so "One hundred years of solitude" by Gabriel Garcia Marquez "Cemetery boys" by Aiden Thomas and "Circe" by Madeline Miller

favourite colour(s): purples and pinks, really any shade; it took me how long to really admit how much i love pink, but it is my truth and i am happy to be living it!

favourite flavour(s): anything spicy; i usually keep a bottle of valentina (black label) in my purse just so i have it on the go. sweet things i sometimes get a craving for. not too big on overly salty or sour foods.

favourite genre(s): horror, sci-fi, and romance (ofc ofc ofc). also anything really existential/thought-provoking will always keep me enthralled. the more batshit and confusing it is, the more i will like it.

favourite music: anything electronic! electropop, edm, electronica, dubstep, synthpop... really, anything with synths in general. i love a shit ton of old music as well, psychedelic rock, new jack swing, older hip hop. rap i listen to daily, and some more “straight-forward” pop music. nothing entirely mainstream tbh, a lot of my favorite acts don’t really get radio play unfortunately. i love r&b, some country (its true its true, but they have to be female vocalists lmao), and classical music as well. there isn’t a genre i don’t like tbh, i can find gold anywhere i dig when it comes to music. my biggest passion for sure.

favourite movie: tough!! i’ll go with kiki’s delivery service, as i’m a ghibli fanatic and that movie never fails to make me cry and smile in equal measures.

favourite series: sailor moon, easily, especially for comfort. for non-comfort/Pain, i love utena and evangelion. outside of anime, i watch a lot of true crime which isn’t... really confined to one series? dysfunctional dating shows, wife swap, and hoarders are go-tos when my brain is fried lmao. also jersey shore! love them!

last song: one of my own in the car otw home! it’s called “moonshine” and gives me all the princess vibes, love that one (super proud of it, my fave demo i've ever created)

last series: made rabid watch sailor moon s! highly recommended for anyone wanting to get into the series, its the pinnacle of everything i love about sailor moon.

last movie: gorgo! and the first ju-on!

currently reading: "let’s pretend this never happened (a mostly true memoir)” by jenny lawson; “kageki shojo!! volume 1” by kumiko saiki.

currently watching: drag race s15, and rewatching the sitcom “mom” (i love allison janney i stan her so hard)

1ST EVER SHIP - ships are not really my primary connection to fandom, so this is a thinker. when i was a tiny child in the 1980s, my mom used to watch General Hospital, and i'm told i used to tell elaborate stories about luke and laura at bathtime. i probably had feelings about the '90s dramas i watched with my mom, too, like ER. i guess technically it'd have to be, like, Luke/Lorelai on Gilmore Girls. i am (was) cringe but i am free etc.

LAST SONG - Massive Attack "(Exchange)" (while doing the dishes)

LAST FILM - John Wick (yes really?? i hadn't seen it and like, okay, now i've seen it)

CURRENTLY WATCHING - new eps: Abbott Elementary, Leverage: Redemption, Bob's Burgers, The Great North, and (sigh) Drag Race and some other reality shit i'm disinclined to admit to because it's worse and don't encourage it; rewatching lots of other things constantly.

CURRENTLY READING - god i cannot focus on an actual book to save my life lately, so the answer here is simply hundreds of thousands of words of OFMD fic on AO3.

CURRENTLY CONSUMING - dinner, which is quinoa with kale, red cabbage, chickpeas, and a tahini-garlic sauce.

CURRENTLY CRAVING - companionship etc.

2022 was a year where I focused on improving and starting to like myself. To some degree I succeeded, in others I failed. I've taken the steps to improve my anxiety and I'm doing pretty well since starting taking meds. The anxiety is still there, but it's becoming a lot more manageable. As far as liking myself... let's just say that some days are better than others. It's still super easy to fall into that void and be so hard on myself, but I have better awareness as to why I do and how to manage it. Overall I'm in a better space than I was back in 2020 when my anxiety/mental health really went downhill.

This has however affected my online life and Tumblr. I accomplished pretty much nothing. TBH I think it was necessary to both begin focusing on my actual life and to just enjoy being online again instead of imposing these expectations on myself. I hope in 2023 I can begin doing more again, but no promises. I'm taking it day by day. It doesn't help that a lot of my fandoms either had their shows end (Amphibia), I've stepped away from for multiple reasons and plan to remain stepped back when things resume (RWBY, The Owl House), or I've just lost interest in.

Really I'm gonna be honest... I'm in a terrible rut concerning animation. There's barely anything I want to see. Recent decisions like with HBO Max severely impacted my enthusiasm. Some stuff like Bob Iger coming back to Disney helped, but overall... I'm at a low point. I've always been so passionate about animation... but right now it's dead. The last time I got like this when I was 13-14 I got into classical animation to reignite it. But I feel like I've explored every single avenue over and over. IDK, there's just nothing left to excite me and IDK how to reignite the passion this time around. Most stuff I indulge in nowadays are cooking shows, some documentaries, and RuPaul's Drag Race which I doubt anyone's interested in me posting about. I have been rewatching Ed, Edd, n' Eddy which has been fun so maybe 2023 will be better, but yeah... I just hate feeling like this.

As far as RL goes, we lost our dog Lovebug after sixteen years and that was hard. There's some other stuff with some relatives that has stressed me out, but for the sake of privacy I won't discuss it on here. There's also the multiple celebrity deaths/deaths of childhood icons that REALLY hurt. Gilbert Gottfried, Angela Lansbury, Mom McGrath, Emilio Delgado, Pat Carroll, Kevin Conroy, Jason David Frank, and those are just the ones off the top of my head. Otherwise, 2022 wasn't my worst year. There's been a lot of changes, both good and bad, but I've certainly had worst. 2022 was a rough but overall okay year. At least I made it to the end in one piece.

What's in store for 2023? IDK yet. I have some ideas, but I don't want to open up about it quite yet. I'm hoping to get blog stuff running more, but ultimately this is what I do for fun. I need to focus on my actual life. That was probably my biggest takeaway from this year. I also turn 30 in February, so... that'll be fun. I have something big hopefully happening that I won't talk about until closer to the time, but I am SOOOOO excited for it~!

OMG ISNT IT!?! i love Rocketman so much!!! i love musicals too, and I love how perfectly they made it movie musical and made it super fun and flashy, but it was never cheesy or silly and the serious moments really hit home. It was like the perfect balance of everything! and the costume!!! ahhh the costumes were fantastic!! and the acting too…i could go on and on about that movie hahaha and you mentioned liking musicals! do you have any other musicals (movie or stage) that you like?

i get that! sometimes it can be kinda the same for me, but swapped tv shows with movies…i can work my way through a series chunk by chunk, but sometimes it’s hard to take 2hrs to sit down and watch something. but i like doing movie nights so that i can be like yeah i’m gonna plan to watch a movie tonight haha growing up we used to do this thing called “Dad’s 80s Movie Night” where my Dad would pick an 80s movie for my brother and I to watch, which is where a lot of my favorite movies come from!

no shame here, they’re so good! i’m familiar with quite a few of those too, and my favorite old TV show to watch is The Andy Griffith Show—ultimate comfort TV show for me right there! I also really love Seinfeld, Schitts Creek, and NCIS (my mom thinks that show is so cheesy, but i love it, I get attached to the characters and sometimes all you need is a whodunit!). i also have shows that I like for background noise, mostly stuff that doesn’t have a “storyline” like Rupaul’s Drag Race!

hello!!! just a few more days until christmas omg, i am so excited for my secret santa reveal honestly!!!! i’m outing myself as a former high school theater kid with this but i love musicals/movie musicals honestly 😭 they’re so much fun to me!!!! i love little shop of horrors but that’s also just one of my favorite movies in general, i love the 2007 hairspray film, chicago is so much fun, i LOVE the 1992 newsies film and i love moulin rouge!!! those are ones i find myself going back to most of the time :-)

that is so cute omg!!!! 80s movies are so much fun, my mom was a teen in the 80s so as a kid i loved a bunch of the movies she loved when she was younger too :’) my favorite movies as a kid were back to the future and raiders of the lost ark and i would rewatch them CONSTANTLY lmao

i also love kinda mindless shows with no/minimal plot honestly, it’s so nice to be able to shut my brain off and not have to focus on something too hard!!! i’m a sucker for those cooking competition shows too, although as someone who loves to cook if i’ve had an especially rough day i catch myself getting mad at the choices they’re making on tv which is so silly tbh 😭

She wanted Rebecca to win S1 but figured it was going to be between Nina and Bebe

S2 She wanted Tyra to win but thought it was going to be Raven

S3 She didn't want Raja to win and wanted it to be either Manila or Alexis, she didn't really like Raja but liked Stacey, Shangela, Alexis, Yara and Manila

S4 She really liked Jiggly, Latrice, Chad and Kenya. Wanted Chad to win and didn't want Sharon to win. She wanted either Jiggly, Kenya, Madame LaQueer or Latrice to return when they announced returning queens

And for S5 she currently likes Alaska and Alyssa(I told her we were gonna get Shangie's momma in S5) won't know who she wants to win until we get past halfway currently at the ballet episode

I'm trying to not be vocal about the queens I like until she mentions the ones she likes so far we agree on a lot

For me (If I forget a queen it's because it's late and I'm doing this off the top of my head)

The only queens from S1 I didn't like from both watches were Akashia and Rebecca

S2 I'm neutral on a few like Mystique and Raven but I loved Sonique, Shangie, Sahara and Pandora on my first watch. Still love them (RIP Sahara). Still like Morgan and Tatianna and Tyra (because I enjoyed her growth on the show after the wedding episode) I'm forgetting some but it's not because I don't like them I probably do but it's a lot of names. Sorry I forgot about Jujubee I love her.

S3 Carmen I never liked. Raja I grew to like then rewatching got meh with. Alexis, Yara and Shangie I loved right off the bat and Manila. (I love comedy and just funny queens in general) Alexis upon rewatching was kinda in meh territory for me, I still like her but that season was rough. Mariah and India were in meh/like territory both times. Mimi was in no like territory both times. I liked Stacey and Delta both times

S4 I think I was meh with Sharon on my first watch 2nd time around still wasn't my favourite. I liked Phi Phi and Chad more than Sharon. Loved Latrice both times. Loved Kenya. Liked Willam. Liked Madam LaQueer. Completely forgot about Alisa but rewatching Alisa's outfit actually wasn't that bad no one's was actually awful that first ep. Loved Jiggly. Dita and Milan were in the like/meh territory. I liked Lasha(w/u)n.

S5 Loved Jinx(x) right off the bat both times. Loved Alaska(still heavy disagree with the judges on Alaskas male drag/also managed to misremember who won the 1st challenge I thought it was Alaska but it's Roxxy who wins it)immediately both times. Detox I like. Roxxy I don't really like. Ivy, Alyssa, Coco and Jade I love/like. I liked Monica but the cast for this season is stacked. Vivienne Pinay I don't really like(it's the attitude) I like Honey Mahogany. Just remembered I liked Serena and Lynesha on my first watch and I still like them. Penny was in meh territory

First off I love your Miraculous Ladybug fics. Also I don't know if you are a Black Butler fan or not. But if you are could you please do a fic where Lila causes a that destroys Marinette's home/bakery, which kills Marinette's parents and severely injures Marinette. While in the hospital recovering Roland finds out what Lila did and talks with Gina, both recently have been diagnosed with cancer and want to make sure Marinette is taken care of when they die. Gina or Roland remember a story told to them by a descendant of the Phantomhive servants (In this fic it follows season 2 with Sebastian being able to get Ciel's memories back before Claude tried to brainwash him and was able to eat Ciel's soul) (either from when Gina was in traveling in England or someone who Roland's father knew during WWII) about a demon who acted like a caretaker for a child in the late 1800's. They both decide to sacrifice themselves so Marinette can be cared for. One summons Sebastian the other summons Claude. The terms of the contract are simple, in exchange for eating the soul of the person who summoned their specific demon the summoned demon would care for Marinette, act as her guardian, help her achieve her dreams, and care for her, her husband and their children until Marinette passes away from old age. The contract is accepted with both demons. While caring for Marinette it becomes sort of a contest between the two demons of them trying to out do each other in different ways (if Claude gets her multiple roles of different color spider silk fabric, Sebastian "accidentally" gets Marinette introduced to several high ranking nobles ["Hello, my ancestor worked for your ancestor's peer. What a small world. Might I introduce you to my ward?"] that become her clients. Due to the two demons' shenanigans Lila gets exposed, the Butterfly and Peacock are recovered, Adrien's mother is awakened, Marinette gets some real friends (Will, Ronald, Grell, and the Undertaker got reincarnated and regain their memories after a while) and falls in love with her future husband (either Will, Ronald, or the Undertaker. The only reason I don't do this fic myself is I can't write Black Butler characters even though it's one of my favorite animes.

Sorry this took so long, I wanted to try my best to make the characters accurate, so I had to rewatch some of the show. I hope I did good, but I am pretty rusty, writing these characters. But I tried my best! Hope you like it!

Lila was getting more and more dangerous. She didn't just want to ruin Marinette's social life anymore. Now she wanted to ruin her entire life, or even end it. One night, when everyone was asleep, Lila broke into the bakery and started a fire. She made sure that it would spread to the upper floors and then she raced from the building before she was spotted.

The fire spread quickly and soon the entire building, bakery and the apartment were completely engulfed. Marinette woke up to the smell of smoke and Tikki yelling in her ear. Despite the kwami screaming at her to leave the apartment, Marinette raced down to her parents room, to see if they had gotten out, but the door was blocked by debris falling from the ceiling. The thick black smoke was choking Marinette as she tried in vain to get to her parents. By the time Tikki managed to convince Marinette that they had to leave, Marinette was severely burned on her arms, legs, and back. As she blindly felt her way to the exit, a now exposed wooden beam in the ceiling, came crashing down, landing on Marinette's legs. With her legs pinned and unable to move, Marinette passed out. Thankfully firefighters had already been called and pulled Marinette from the flames before it was too late. On lookers from the neighborhood watched in horror as the bakery went up in flames. Once the fire was put out and Marinette was sent to the closest hospital, the firefighters went into the apartment and found Tom and Sabine. They had died in their room, unable to get out because of the debris blocking their door.

The next morning, the whole city seemed to be grieving. Tom and Sabine were well loved people in the city and everyone was distraught over the loss. But no one was more distraught than Marinette and her grandparents. Roland and Gina heard about the fire early that morning and were horrified to learn that Tom and Sabine were gone. But their one piece of solace was that Marinette had survived. They both raced to the hospital and comforted their granddaughter. But they had a bigger problem. Both Gina and Roland were getting older, now both in their late 80's. Both of them also had several severe health conditions and likely wouldn't be around for much longer as it is. And then who would take care of Marinette? That is when Gina remembered a story she had heard when she was in England. A story of two boys in the Victorian era who had made deals with demons, and those demons took care of the boys. Soon after, both boys' souls were eaten by their respective demons. As much as Gina and Roland didn't want to leave Marinette, they thought that this was the best thing for her. The only way to know that she would truly be cared for.

That night, after they left the hospital, they summoned the demons the same way as in the story Gina heard. The room became dark with shadow and two voices spoke from the darkness, asking the two elderly people why they had been summoned. "We summoned you to make a deal. Our granddaughter has recently lost her parents and we likely will not be around much longer as it is. We heard stories about how you two cared for two boys in the Victorian era in exchange for their respective souls. In exchange for our souls, we want you to take care of our Marinette. To help her achieve her goals, protect her, and care for her until she dies. Both demons agreed to the deal. After all, they had already cared for children before, so they had the skills to do it, and the souls of these two people who would willingly do this for their granddaughter would be nice to have. With the contract sealed, Gina and Roland wrote in their wills that Marinette was to be cared for by Sebastian and Claude, claiming they were old family friends. They also took the two demons to meet Marinette, so that Marinette would at least meet the two before they began caring for her. Once the legalities were taken care of and Marinette had met the two, Sebastian and Claude took their payment and Gina and Roland died.

Marinette was overcome with the grief of not just losing her parents, but now her grandparents as well. Sebastian and Claude, who her grandparents had recently introduced her to, were declared her guardians and began watching over her. Roland had left Marinette his house, so she had somewhere to live. While Marinette began to settle into the new normal of her life, Sebastian and Claude got to work on the first order of business. They were going to get justice for Marinette's parents. They knew that the fire was not an accident and that someone had set it on purpose. The evidence was obvious, but the police were stuck. They didn't know who did it. But Sebastian and Claude quickly learned that it was a girl named Lila who had been tormenting their charge for years now. All they had to do was phone in an anonymous tip to the police about the girl, and the police searched Lila's apartment. Mrs. Rossi kept sayin this was a mistake and her daughter couldn't have done this, but the police soon found evidence of her involvement, including the accelerant used at the bakery. Lila was confused, sure that she had gotten rid of it all. But Lila was arrested quickly, as a crowd had now grown outside of her apartment building. Several members of Mrs. Bustier's class were there and saw Lila being dragged out in cuffs. As Paris looked on in horror at the arsonist that had killed the Dupain-Chengs, no one noticed the shadow like figures standing to the side, smiling coldly at the scene.

They also quickly figured out that Marinette was Ladybug and even figured out that Adrien was Chat Noir when he came over to check on Marinette. They learned this by sensing the souls of the kwami. Since the kwami's souls are obviously not human, and Marinette kept disappearing during the akuma attacks, it didn't take long for the demons to be sure of their suspicion that Marinette was Ladybug. After confirming this, they felt that defeating Hawkmoth fell under their duty of caring for Marinette so they set out to find out who Hawkmoth was. They were able to sense the souls of other kwami in the city. They sensed two other kwami in Adrien's house. With only two kwami present in the house, they were certain that this was the location of Hawkmoth. To confirm this, Claude used a smaller version of his demon form to enter the manor and watch the residents of the house. Claude soon saw Gabriel and Natalie transform with the missing miraculous. Now that they had confirmation, it was time to end Hawkmoth.

The two demons began to plague Gabriel and Natalie with nightmares and torment them constantly. In each nightmare, they made it abundantly clear that this was because of their actions as Hawkmoth and Mayura. Soon, Gabriel and Natalie could hardly sleep and were almost driven completely mad. They surrendered to Ladybug and the miraculous were recovered. Gabriel and Natalie were sent to prison for their crimes. When Marinette learned why Gabriel had done everything and what happened to Emilie, she used everything she had learned about magic to help revive her. Sebastian and Claude lent some of their power to this endeavor as well, not wanting their charge to exhaust herself in the attempt. Adrien had his mom back, and the two moved to England to get away from all the trouble Gabriel had caused as Hawkmoth.

With all the major problems in Marinette's life taken care of, Marinette could relax a bit and focus on her fashion. While she thought it was odd that her grandparents had left her in Sebastian and Claude's care, she did think they were doing a wonderful job. They helped to support all her dreams, any way they could. Claude once brought her several different rolls of fabric made from spider silk. This of course, renewed the rivalry between the two demons. Sebastian brought Marinette to England, making the excuse that it was to see her friend. While there, Sebastian made sure to 'run into' the descendants of some old friends. Several nobles and aristocrats found a charming man and young girl in front of them at many parties. The man seemed familiar to them all, especially the older guests at these parties. They were sure they had encountered this man before. When asked if they knew him, the Sebastian always responded with "My ancestor worked as a butler for one of your ancestor's peers. He worked in the Phantomhive manor as the butler to Ciel Phantomhive. It truly is a small world for us to meet. May I introduce my charge, Ms. Marinette Dupain-Cheng." Sebastian spent the whole night talking up Marinette's fashion business and Marinette would leave these parties with several more clients than when she arrived.

Claude and Sebastian kept trying to out do each other in their attempts to care for Marinette. Helping her with her designs, getting her fancy fabrics and equipment, even convincing several major fashion magazines to feature her work. As odd as the arrangement was, it did work. Marinette met several new friends, thanks to Sebastian and Claude's interference. She even met the man that she would marry. A man who looked suspiciously like Will, from all those decades ago. As the years went by, even after Marinette was an adult and didn't need caretakers anymore, Sebastian and Claude continued to watch over and protect her, as per their contract. And they would watch over her, for the rest of her life.

tarantula is a spanish gay holiday (pride and halloween) bop but sadly i do agree presentation really was a bit weak in comparison, i do think it was on a similar level as onyx's but picking a second person for the bottom would have been hard (she did go online and say it was a bit last minute because her original choreography couldn't be done)

marina's number brings me to my favorite spanish drag tradition of making parody songs with witty lyrics and i love it to death bc it reminds me of the Madrid gay neighborhood unofficial anthem

estrella is growing on me so quickly, that being said, inti's face watching her perform like :/ was v funny next to arantxa who was literally living her best life

i saw sharonne perform for the first time a couple weeks ago and i was already impressed but i'm even more in love now bc jazz
