A/N: Thank you!! And I love this prompt, I had a lot of fun writing this and thought it was really cute and funny on some parts so I hope you enjoy it as well!! And as usual spelling errors

Plot: Reacting to their S/O being jealous then them being jealous as well

Characters being used: Byakuya, Nagito, Kokichi, Rantaro, Hajime

Byakuya

When you're jealous:

Thinks you're being ridiculous, calls you ridiculous

He thinks there is no reason for you to be jealous, when you're the only person he actually doesn't mind being around Plus isn't it kind of impressive how he can separate the world from Byakuya and not Byakuya

He's does love you but that doesn't mean he won't keep his mouth shut, like start insulting you lightly tho bc he don't wanna hurt your feeling that much and questioning if you trust him when it comes to others and this relationship so have to explain to him that it wasn't him you didn't trust, it was the person he was around

Asks who your jealous of so he can distant himself from that person so you don't have to be jealous anymore but won't tell you that part

IF you're jealous of Toko, he'll be bewildered like HOW and WHY!? He thought it was pretty clear he disliked being around her so why are you feeling that way!? You better have a good reasoning, Since Toko/Jack does follow him wherever he goes. To keep you from feeling that way again, He'll bring you with him every time Toko comes around

Tells you never to be jealous of that imbecile or anyone of that matter as if you can control it like 😭

When he's jealous:

I don't think he'll understand it at first but give him a few minutes, then he'll understand it then hate it and blames it all on you.

Like he wouldn't straight tell you he's jealous of some lowlife you hang around, but would make up a surprising reasonable excuse of why you shouldn't hang around them like

If you ignore his excuse and continue hanging around the person he'll join as well despite whether it's a private conversation or not and would gladly argue if one of you have an issue with it

I feel like when Byakuya is jealous, he would obviously not tell you that he's jealous but try to give you reason on why you should stop seeing that person and will constantly be around you more than usual and if you question it he'll question you back asking if he can't be around his lover

You'll have to found out on your on that he's jealous and when you confront him about it, he'll at first try to deny it then try to explain it in a way so he doesn't sound jealous but instead it makes him sound like he's needy so then he'll just agree and tell you he's jealous but would be arrogant about it and tell you it's your fault for not being considerate about his feelings but he's just being a bit petty

You'll have to distant yourself from that person so he doesn't have to feel that way anymore

Nagito

When you're jealous:

He thinks it’s his fault why you feel this way.

Would apologize and tell you that he’s the worst for making you feel such a thing and would continuously insult himself while saying he’s even unworthy of being in your presence

You have to tell him he’s not the problem and it’s just you, yourself feeling this way against the person he’s hanging around

I feel like he wouldn’t really know what to do with your jealousy because despite what you said he still feels like it’s his fault for making you feel such a thing. So he would would ask if you want him to stop hanging around the person all together and he’ll do it gladly

He’ll literally start bashing you with compliments. He doesn’t want you to feel as if he’ll ever leave you since you’re genuinely one of the only people who would put up with him and the only single person who would actually surprisingly to him feels a romantic way about him

You would have to tell him that you don’t want him to lose a friend just because you’re feeling this way so since he doesn’t really not what to do other than comfort you and tell you you’re the only one for him and that you're his main hope in the world, he’ll distant himself from the person just for you

When he's jealous:

Wouldn’t tell you, feels as if he’s bothering you if he did tell you and thinks he should be grateful for the fact someone like you even looked his way

So basically in other words, you gotta find out on your own man. I feel like he’s the type to watch you and that other person talking from afar and if both of you look his way he’ll just smile casually and wave as if he wasn’t just debating whether to speak with you or leave the room

Despite all this I feel like he’s the type to distant himself from you rather than having to ask you to distant yourself from the person and wouldn’t actually discuss his feelings with you since he would feel like he’s bothering you.

So you had to pull him away in private and discuss with him about it, he’ll start apologizing and would feel bad for making you even waste your time discussing this topic with a “worthless trash” his words like himself.

You had to remind him that his feelings mattered as much as yours when it came to the relationship and you would grateful distant yourself from that person if it made him feel him better and would comfort and reassure him that your eyes only land and are only interest in him

he’ll try to started bashing you with compliments but you kept on shushing him and remind that you’re thinking about him right now not yourself

Kokichi

When you're jealous:

Thinks it’s the most funniest shit in the world and would make fun of you/tease you for feeling that way

I feel like he might be little toxic and just wants to see your reaction at times so he would purposely ignore you at time and give more attention to the person your jealous of just to see your reaction and would feel smug about it. But he swore he only done that only ONE Five TIMES

He does secretly thinks you being jealous is really cute and funny but would only mention the funny part. Would straight up make you confess why you’re jealous then he ends up fake pouting and asking if you don’t trust him with other people

Even if you do try to explain how you do trust him and it’s just the person, he already knows that and just wants to mess with you a bit

Exaggerated over the whole thing and tries to make you look like your in the wrong but you both know it’s just an act Would fake cry if you called him out on his act too early and would say you’re being mean to him

After once he’s finally done having his fun, he’ll try to comfort you while teasing you at the same time and would just tell you he won’t leave you unless you leave first or would tell he’s the most loyalist and truthful person to ever exist in your life Obviously a lie

He wouldn’t tell you but he would distance himself from the person your jealous of and would insult them/give backhand compliments so you can understand he’ll never feel a single thing for the person and only wants you obviously wouldn’t tell you none of the things he did, but you would notice it on your own

When he's jealous:

Wouldn’t tell you, wouldn’t even let you know. And if you do find out, he’ll continuously deny it and starts throwing random subjects just to change the topic

I feel like he’s the type to want more of your attention when he’s jealous, like he’ll be more teasing and bothering you more especially if you’re with the specific person he’s jealous of.

He’ll quite literally pop out of nowhere and bother you guys regardless whether he’s annoying you or not

He would fake cry and fake pout more than usual if you’re barely giving him any attention so he’ll do that just to get your attention

He’ll probably be more insulting/making fun of the person he’s jealous of even in front of you at times so you can realize how much of a annoying loser the person is and hang out with him instead

If you do defend the person at times from his insults, he’ll be secretly annoyed and gets more jealous but just acts it off and fake pouts at you

Once you do find out about his jealousy at this point he won’t even deny anymore and purposely over exaggerate with fake tears and fake pouts and say that you been knew about his feelings and was “purposely” trying to make him feel even worse

Even if you deny it, he knows you wouldn’t do that and just wants a reaction so for his sake every-time you hang around the person, you take him with you and slightly distant yourself from the person a bit

Rantaro

When you're jealous:

Once you tell him, he would specifically like to know what he’s doing with the person that is making you jealous so when he hangs out with other people he doesn’t do it again so you won’t jealous anymore

He thinks that you being jealous is really cute and lightly tease you about it but he does take your feelings seriously and would actually do something so you won’t feel that way again

He wouldn’t really distant himself from the person but would spend more time with you just to reassure you that he wants you and only you and not that person

He take you out on dates or bring you out to one of his travels or just you and him hanging you in general.

He’s not really the one to start PDA but doesn’t really mind it but if it’s for making you feel better and reassuring you and if you don’t mind as well then he’ll try to hold your hand or put hand arm around you a couple of times

But if you do want him to distant himself from the person regardless of the fact he’s spending more time with you. He wouldn’t really understand at first and questions you a bit but if it makes you feel better he’ll do it, but he won’t distant himself from the person for that long since he considers them as a friend

He’ll probably tell the person about your jealousy so they won’t think he’s purposely wanting to get away from them

When he's jealous:

He wouldn’t even notice that he’s was jealous, he’ll probably assume that he’s upset with the person for no reason and look past it since he isn’t the type to jump to conclusions

I think it’ll take like 2 days or less for him to realize that he’s jealous, like how to took him to bit to realize when he was gaining feelings for you.

So once he finally gets that he’s jealous, he wouldn’t really know what to do and would assume that the feelings would go away on its own. But at first He’ll try to be in most not every conversations you and that person and would feel slightly annoyed if you and that person hug at times.

He won’t beat around the bush about his feelings or keep it hidden away. So once his feelings goes a bit too high for his liking, he went and talked to you about it

He was glad that you were understanding and he didn’t want you to distant yourself from the person but you did it anyways just for him. He can’t help but wonder how lucky he is for you at times

Hajime

When you're jealous:

When you told him that you were jealous, he thought it was really cute at first but was also worried because he didn’t want you to feel that way

At first he wanted to make sure that he wasn’t the problem so he asked you if you trusted him with hanging out with others and you had to reassure him you did trust him and it was just the person he was hanging around

He would feel somewhat responsible if you been feeling this way for a while now and hasn’t said anything till now, so he’ll try to make it up to you by spending more time with you than with the other person

He even apologized once for not noticing your feelings sooner but you told him he didn’t need to apologize and it was just you feeling that way with that person

Would distance himself from that person. But if it’s Chiaki that you’re jealous of, he can kind of understand why since him and her spend quite a lot of time together and she usually tags along with the both of you during hangouts so he would talk to Chiaki first about it and she’ll obviously be understanding about it

She even went over to you and decided to let you know that she has no romantic feelings for Hajime and it’s only platonic. She thinks you and Hajime are a great couple and doesn’t want to get in between of that

He would reassure you and plan hangouts with you more than you guys often do just to make sure you know that he only loves you and only wants you

When he's jealous:

He realized his feelings right away and was so embarrassed about it and didn’t want you to know or find out. It’s not that he doesn’t like communicating with you it’s just he finds it a bit embarrassing being vulnerable in front of you at times so he’ll keep his mouth shut about his jealousy.

I think Hajime is the type to be a bit insecure when he’s jealous and wants to show you off more and impress you. Because unlike you, Hajime isn’t a ultimate and is just a reserve course and if it’s an ultimate he’s jealous of he would feel even more insecure because he would think they are quite obviously better than him and doesn’t want you leaving him for them.

First he would try to show you off a bit, and do more PDA if you’re fine with it ofc like holding your hand in public more or putting his arm around you more and hugging you Maybe kissing if you’re at that stage in the relationship would def do more PDA If the person he is jealous of happens to be in the same room

He doesn’t want to be that insecure of himself so he’ll talk with Chiaki and she should tell him to discuss his feelings with you but he told her how he didn’t want to result to that yet and instead she gave him a different kind of advice and that’s to win you over like a video game, despite the fact you’re already his

He’ll tried to impress you with his video game skills, like when all three of you are hanging out Chiaki would purposely like Hajime beat her in the video game just to impress you but you had a feeling something was up because Hajime never beat Chiaki in a video game before so why is suddenly beating her now?

You asked for some privacy with him and Chiaki left the room so you can talk with him alone, you started questioning him and he didn’t want to lie to you so he confessed about his jealousy and you went straight away and reassured him

You had to let him know that wouldn’t leave him even if he’s a reserve course and you’re not, you’re not going to leave him over something as silly as that. And told him he doesn’t need to impress you or win you over or anything because you’re already his

He was slightly flustered and embarrassed about your words but nonetheless he would feel grateful for you and your words as you hugged him. Maybe a small cuddle session but it was cut short because Chiaki came back in and he got embarrassed and moved away from you.

You guys went back to playing video games and Chiaki went back to constantly beating Hajime and you in the video games but we ain’t gonna talk about that

He didn’t need to ask you and you already put a distance with the person he was jealous of. Bro never felt so happy and in love with you in one single day

His prosthetic hand finds its way into your hair, cold metal scratching over your scalp. It's a much needed relief from the heat of your fever.

He chuckles softly as you lean against his touch, working his fingers over your head before he presses the back of it to your forehead.

You finally open your bleary eyes, and instead of pain flooding your mind from the bright light, slight relief washing over you as you see Nagito's angelic face.

He seems to shrink at that, a small flash of guilt passing over his face. One that only someone as close you were would notice.

Great. Latch onto that and make him give in.

"Mmmh... it hurts..." You whimper again, head flopping onto your pillow as you clutch at your stomach. Not fully a lie... your stomach is churning, but it isn't intensely painful.

Kokichi catches onto your theatrics almost immediately, scoffing as he looks away. "Yeah, yeah. I can tell you're lying!" He winks, smiling cheekily as if he wasn't neglecting his very poor sickly partner.

Alright. That's it.

With as much strength as you can manage through your sick stupor, you leap forward, arms latching around his waist.

Kokichi yelps. Loud.

"Ghh-! Dammit, [name]! Let go!" He squirms with small grunts, wriggling like a rat caught in a trap.

Despite this, you easily notice he's not putting his full effort into it. Kokichi may be small, but he could pack a punch when he wanted, especially against a sick person.

He wasn't making a real effort to get away from you.

Content with your efforts, you simply keep yourself latched around him until he stops, pouting. "You're so mean..."

Even as he complains, he huffs while sliding down into the bed with you.

His arms wrap around you too, head resting against your tangled strands of hair.

"Fine, I'll stay. But you better take care of me if I get sick too."

- Immediate blushing mess as he eagerly nods , just thankful that he's helping

- Nausea. Makes his panic so much worse

- "O-Oh my gosh! Are you alright? Can I help at all!? Oh, that's a lot... oh my gosh..."

- Bro acts like you're dying.

- You ask him for water and he's back in a split second with it

- Once it's all out and you're just panting over the toilet bowl, he'll slowly pat your shoulder until you lean back against him.

- He just holds you until he realizes you fell asleep. He feels so bad abt waking you up to go to bed, but he 8snt strong enough to carry you

"I-Is that enough? Are you sure you don't need anything else?"

Your eyes scanned over the various items lined along your bedside table. Medicines, drinks, and tissues alike cover the flat surface, not a single spot untouched.

In all honesty, the cluttered area was a bit overwhelming with everything going on, but you don't have the heart to tell him that.

You just nod from your pile of blankets, (which Kiibo had also collected for you,) voice ragged from a sore throat. "Mhm. Thank you, Kiibo..."

Kiibo nods, and for a moment it seems like he gets the message.

But then, his brows furrow, and that anxious little frown finds its way onto his face again. "Are you sure? I've found plenty of other remedies that might work if these don't help enough! I--"

You cut him off, gently taking his hand. You press a chaste kiss to his cold knuckles, grinning with a soft gaze before you speak. "You're perfect. This is more than enough... Thank you."

You see that familiar blush creep up his face, and despite his lack of any real blood, his face feels warm. "Oh! I-I'm glad then! I'm happy I can be here...!"

You giggle and nod before you speak one last time. "Just one more thing. Could you stay...? Please?"

"Of course!" He sits on the edge of the bed, hand resting over your side.

hajime would be very confused at first, he'd ask if it's similar to nagito's ultimate and if it's a cycle of good and bad luck. when you told him it wasn't and shit was just constantly hitting the fan, he got a little worried.

it's usually small things like you falling face first on the ground because you forgot to tie your shoes, every animal known to man constantly attacking you or the coins falling out of your wallet whenever you tried to buy anything from a vending machine to be never seen again. yet sometimes, it would ruin dates the two of you wanted to have.

one time - when the two of you started dating - you decided to go to the beach to have a date. it was the middle summer and there weren't any clouds in the sky, yet the moment the two of you finished setting everything up it started raining. the worst part is as soon as both of you went home the sky cleared. hajime would be the type to awkwardly show up at your doorstep right after the failed date, soaking wet, asking if "you had room for two in your house".

overall, i don't think he'd take it too hard. even if some hangouts fail there's always room for more. he'd worry, of course, but not to the point where he'd restrict your movement and choices (only if you have the risk of getting ran over or something).

Makoto Naegi

he's definitely the type to be constantly worried. although he is the ultimate lucky student he can only hope that his ultimate is enough to balance yours out (which usually just ends up the two of you sharing lucky and unlucky experiences).

before going out he'd tie your shoes extra tight, make sure you have a jacket if it's cold out or an umbrella if it's raining - with a smaller, spare umbrella inside your backpack if the first one broke. bought by the man himself! he'd be the type to grab your hand before crossing the road but not let you cross unless everything was right. by this i mean, no cars in the street, shoes tied, hand held, nothing in the way.

at the start of your relationship makoto thought he was being a bit too much but when you almost got ran over as you crossed the seemingly empty road he decided he could never be too sure.

altogether, he's worrying a lot. not in an annoying way, more of a "you're my troublesome child and i'll never let you out of my sight" type of way.

Nagito Komaeda

oh no. the good luck? still there. not a lot though. the bad luck? double. the cycle is still there, it's just that now whenever something bad happens it's two times worse.

nagito would be very nonchalant over both your talents and not let it get in the way of your dates. for example, if it started raining heavily during a walk and he noticed it was starting to flood the streets he'd try to convince you to go buy floaties to float down the street together. hopefully his good luck comes around quickly! you don't feel like getting stuck somewhere or drowning.

if you did get hurt he'd degrade himself - even if why or how you got hurt had nothing to do with him - and pay for your hospital bills. i feel like nagito would be the type to pamper his partner a lot with little gifts and try to carry you up the stairs if you broke your leg(s). And fail miserably at doing so.

he'd get into shit with you to just go "haha, my bad. how could i let this happen?"

K1-B0

kiibo. my sweet baby. like hajime, he'd ask a lot of questions when first meeting you! throughout time he'd get used to it and do his best to help you out. your gloves got ripped up by unknown causes and it's snowing? he'll use his hairdryer function to "breathe" onto your hands to quickly warm them up and when the two of you get home he'll sew them back up.

if you get hurt he wouldn't be able to carry you or anything (he's not particularly the strongest and his back pain doesn't help) but he'd take care of you afterwards! be it cooking meals, or cleaning the house.

everytime you get home he'll stop you at the door while concentrating reallyyy hard to use his zooming function to see if you're alright. doesn't do much, but you let it slide if it helps calm his worry.

so even if he's not able to support you during your spikes of your bad luck, he'll gladly lend you a hand afterwards!

Let's get this out of the way first and foremost Makoto loves cuddling! Although I could see him being a little hesitant to ask he'll soon enough work up the nerve to ask to cuddle with you!

At first, I felt like Makoto would be pretty awkward with cuddling. He wasn't used to being held in such a romantic way before meeting you so this was all rather new to him. For the first few times, the both of you cuddled a blush could be seen on his face.

To put him more at ease you would play with his hair and it helped a lot! It was very relaxing for him to have you run your fingers through his hair. Careful though you might poke yourself on his ahoge!

When cuddling with you Makoto feels a sense of peace he's safe he's happy when he's cuddling with you. There's just no better comfort than being held by the one you love most.

You know Makoto gets flustered easily and you can't help but take advantage of it. By just laying his head on your chest you get to see his cute flustered face. It's almost as if he stops functioning no matter how many times you do it but you can't help yourself he's just so adorable!

Chihiro

Cuddling with Chihiro is something that happens a lot. Unlike Makoto, I don't think he would be afraid to ask for cuddles. He would mostly cuddle with you when he's finished programming.

Since he's tired he loves it when you play with his hair. It puts him at ease and makes him feel sleepy. Before you know he's fallen asleep right in your arms!

I can see Chihiro cuddling with you daily. He's tired from programming and you love cuddles. So both of you have worked it into your schedule.

While you cuddle he likes to ask you about your day and how it's been. In return, you ask the same if even a lot of that time is spent programming you don't mind.

When you lay his head on your chest he might be a little flustered but I don't think he would mind that much. He would find it too comfortable and he's just happy if it means being closer with you.

Hajime

Hajime has always had doubts about himself and you've known this. Regardless the undeniable fact is that you deeply care for and love Hajime. Cuddling is something Hajime has always wanted to try especially with you.

However, he doesn't want to rush anything he doesn't want to make you feel overwhelmed. He goes back and forth if he should ask or not. When he's having these doubts you offer for him to cuddle with you.

I feel like Hajime would prefer to be the big spoon just to hold you in his arms knowing you are safe with him. I feel like he's pretty warm all the time so it's easy to fall asleep while cuddling him.

As for when you decided to rest his head in your chest well I'm afraid our deer Hajime almost stopped functioning. His face was so red the first time you rested his head on your chest. He wouldn't admit but it was very comfortable.

Nagito

Even though this man is your boyfriend he feels like he doesn't deserve cuddles. Why? No idea but that's Nagito logic for you.

It's not that he doesn't want to Nagito is more than happy to cuddle with you! But he just feels like his luck could hurt you in some way.

Liar disease

He was so annoyed, because out of all the people why did it have to be you? And it’s the fact that you can’t even say the truth and constantly lie even to his face pissed him

Stays with you at all times Kind of he wants to stay with you and keep you and your health in check but at the same time he doesn’t want to catch the disease and just cause more trouble so basically he checks on you at least every once in two hours

Really wants to stay by your side, but your unnecessary lies just keeps annoying him and make him even more worried since you way the opposite of what you mean, one time you told him “I hate you, I don’t ever want to see you or your stupid ass face again” bro was literally taken aback and was about to ask you if he did something wrong but then remember it was the disease not actually you There were still times when he believed your words and Mikan or Fuyuhiko had to remind him that’s it’s the disease talking not you

But if you’re health gets really bad, he’ll try to be with you most of the day without catching the disease. Will constantly ask Mikan if you’re getting better or worse, he obviously hopes for the best and tries to help you even if he might be getting in the way at least he’s trying his best to be helpful and assist you

Doesn’t even want to think about you dying. He doesn’t believe it, he doesn’t want to believe it. He’s trying everything he can to be helpful and make sure you’re getting better but when Mikan tells him you’re pulse is getting weaker. he doesn’t want to believe but when Monokuma says the disease is deadly…..Why did it have to be you?

Now he can’t leave your side even if Mikan or Fuyuhiko tries to tell he’s risking himself to the disease, he can’t leave you alone when you’re about to face death

Seems like his prayers have been answered because when Mikan tells him that you’re doing better, he went inside your hospital room and saw you were able to stand and speak better he wanted to hug you but he knew better since you were just doing better but still have the despair disease

Was going to ask you if you were genuinely doing better both mentally and physically but you just responded calling him ugly and told him to get his stupid self out of your room bro was speechless but then remember it was just disease talking. He just can’t wait til this damn motive is over man

- Fuyuhiko

Gullible disease

If violence against Monokuma wasn’t a rule, he already would have kicked Monokuma across the island, he already lost Peko not so long ago but for you to now be used for a motive is the last thing he needs

Hates how you’re so different from your original personality and that you’ll do anything anyone tells to do without hesitation, he literally sticks by you the entire time even if it’s contagious he rather not like you be alone in the state you are in. He’s worried someone might take advantage of your gullibility

There’s time when he does something reckless and you usually scold him for it but right now all you did was not even comment on it and just wait for him to tell you to do something. He hated how you aren’t your regular self anymore even if you’re scolding could be annoying at least you weren’t gullible and polite all the damn time

Even though he knows it won’t work there was this one time he tried to tell you to stop listening to others and just stay in bed and not do everything you’re told, to see if it would work obviously it didn’t because Hajime came in and told you to lay in bed and you did it right away with no questions asked

He won’t will constantly as Mikan if you’re doing alright and if you’re getting worse of course he’ll worry about it but try to keep a cool head and will do everything he can to help you or assist Mikan with you.

He’s worried that you might die if you’re condition keeps getting worse and the fact that Monokuma said the disease was deadly wasn’t helping even more. He already lost Peko and if you’re gone too he doesn’t know what he’ll do with himself

Once Mikan tells him and Hajime that you’re doing better, despite his own wounds he never ran so fast to go check on someone. Despite you having the disease still at least you were not on the verge of death and is able to stand and speak better.

He can’t fucking wait for the despair disease motive to be over so he can’t get his original lover back

- Nagito

Coward disease

When he walked into the dining hall and saw how you were bailing your eyes out he was so confused and concerned but once Monokuma explained the entire despair disease thing he just got even more worried and slightly annoyed

He really wants to stay by your side in the hospital but the others made him stay in the motel, of course he finds his way leaving his motel room and going to the hospital to check on you. Mikan is worried that he might end up catching the disease but he just brushes her off and says it’s better off that you’re okay even if he’s not

The others noticed him going back and forth to the hospital and the motel and they scolded him since he can cause the disease to spread more and now some of them are keeping their eyes on him. Now that he’s unable to see or visit you, he’ll always ask Mikan or Hajime or Fuyuhiko whoever is on the dial about how you’re doing and tell them to make sure you don’t cry so much despite it can be helped

He feels so bad that he can’t help you in your case, he really wants to be by your side and keep your health in check but he doesn’t want to cause anymore problems for anyone else. Constantly says that it should have been him with the disease instead of you

If he finds out you’re getting worse, regardless of what the others say he’ll find a way to get to the hospital and see you and came to the hospital early in the morning when no one should be there. He tried that and then unfortunately for him, Fuyuhiko was in the hospital lobby then sent him back to motel

He’s worried for you, but he can’t do anything to help you so all he can do is wait and hope for the best, he thinks it’s his luck’s fault that you got that despair disease and he actually think you might actually die. He really upset about it if it happens and just keeps clinging onto the hope[Hope in general] that’s you’ll make through it and get better

Seems like the hope he been always hoping for came in and now Mikan told him over the dial that you were doing better and that you can stand and walk around in your hospital room ofc and that you can talk better but you were still crying and what not. He was really glad and wanted to see you but he didn’t want to just be a burden and cause more issues so he just told Hajime and Fuyuhiko and Mikan to keep you safe and keep your health in check

He is really glad that you’re doing better but he’s not satisfied, he wants you to be fully better. He wants you back in your original state and mind without the despair disease. All he can do is hope always hope that this motive will become boring to Monokuma and he’ll take it off and give the cure or just wait for someone to finally do the unforgivable. He doesn’t want it to happen of course but he is desperate to go back to you again and see that you’re okay.

(Reader) would offer to bring him food in the mornings, evenings, nights. And Nagito would say 'You really don't have to do so much for a useless person like me.'

They pretty much check up on him, and Keep him updated whenever Monokuma would announce something new.

“I couldn’t even put the damn swimsuit on…” you muttered in obvious frustration as your body flopped onto the soft mattress making your bed.

As you were just about to reach for a stylus pen sitting on your desk, you heard a knock on your door.

“I- IM OUTTA HERE!!” the pink haired mechanic screamed while running away from him.

“H- Hey!” Hajime called after him, “Where are you going!?”

You made your way over to the confused brunette, “What was that all about?” You asked with a slight laugh.

“I dunno…” He rubbed the nape off his neck, “Apparently, everyone is meeting in the restaurant. Pekoyama was just here to tell us that.”

“Well we better get going, then,” you replied with a smile and he nodded in response.

Once inside the restaurant, the first person to greet you was none other than…

“Ah, good morning, Y/n!”

…Nagito Komaeda

I promise this guy is everywhere… you thought while awkwardly waving at him.

“Hajime and Y/n, you’re late…” Byukaya said firmly, “And where is Kazuichi? I thought he and Hajime were together.”

You took a side-step away from Nagito as Hajime began to awkwardly reply, “He… ran off somewhere.”

“Huh? Where?” Akane butted in with her hands resting on her hips.

“Well… he pretty much said he was running away, but…” the green eyed male trailed off.

After many minutes of conversing about Kazuichi’s whereabouts, Mahiru finally spoke up.

“Aw, jeez! Fine! I’ll just bring him here myself, then!” She shouted with annoyance in her tone.

“I’ll find him and bring him here, even if I have to tie him up!”

After saying that, the freckled redhead stormed out of the restaurant and shut the door with a loud slam.

“Mmhmhm… I’m a little jealous now,” TeruTeru hummed, “Getting tied up by Miss Mahiru… Maybe I should run away too…

JUST KIDDING!”

“Disgusting moron…” Fuyuhiko scoffed with crossed arms.

Ignoring the odd things being said around him, Byukaya spoke up once more. “Now then… let’s have breakfast while we wait for everyone.”

The second after he finished his sentence, he began scarfing down the pile of food before him.

You and Hajime watched him with bewildered expressions on your face.

“Uhm, where did that pile of food come from, anyway?” Hajime asked curiously.

Moving a bit closer to your side, Nagito turned to him with a smile, “When I arrived this morning, it was already here.”

You were still a bit confused by his vague statement, “But how—“

“-Ah, they even have crab and shrimp!?” Mikan exclaimed happily.

“Crab and Shrimp are a pain to eat,” Hiyoko huffed.

“I hate them as much as I hate Mikan’s ugly, stuttering face.”

“M- My ugly st- stuttering face…?” The purple haired nurse repeated.

“That’s it!” The blonde laughed, “That’s the face right there!!”

Not too long after, Mahiru returned with a not-so-happy Mechanic.

“Okay, thanks for waiting! I brought him!”

She tugged at his jacket sleeve she was holding onto, “Hey, straighten up a little more! You are a man, aren’t you?”

“St- stop it… don’t pull… You’re gonna rip my sleeves…” Kazuichi muttered.

Hiyoko laughed at the pitiful “man” before them all, “Even though you look all cool-looking, you’re actually a big loser!!”

“Are you gonna be okayy?? People like you are usually the first victim, you know?”

“I- I just wanna go home already!!—“

That’s when loud crashing noises rang throughout all of the restaurant. You looked around in confusion before hearing a loud scream.

“Ohhh… no no no no!” Mikan cried.

Everyone looked over at the nurse to see her in a position that many would find highly suggestive.

“I- I- I tripped!!”

“Wha… What the hell!?” You screamed.

“C- can you even call that tripping?” Hajime questioned while trying his hardest to keep his eyes away from the… odd position she fell into.

“I- I’m so embarrassed! P- please help me!!” Mikan whined as Mahiru and some others hurried to help her up.

Nagito never left your side ever since you entered the room. Not even when he began to question to the Nurse, “M- Mikan… are you okay?”

“Ugh… My head still hurts a little, but I’m okay,” She frowned while resting her hands on top of her head.

“Anyway… everybody’s here now, right? Then let’s get going,” Chiaki paused, “Since… I’m getting sleepy.”

“You’re right… despite the fact I am not yet done eating breakfast, I should begin my talk.” Byukaya stood up from the restaurant tables and turned to all of us.

It took way too long to get to what we actually came here for… you thought.

“First, I have a question for you all.” Byakuya began, “Under these strange circumstances, what do you think we need right now?”

One at a time, a few people expressed their thoughts but not having the exact answer Byakuya desired.

That is, until Nagito spoke up, “Could it be…” he glanced at you and you returned his look, “a bond?”

“Bond?” You and Hajime repeated simultaneously. Both oblivious as to what exactly he means.

“This is what I believe,” Nagito explained, “As long as the Ultimates work together, you’ll all be able to create a hope that can overcome any despair.”

“That’s why… we need to promise each other that we’ll work together!” The white haired male finished.

Hiyoko snorted, “Wow, he said that with a straight face! How is he not embarrassed?”

“Ah… just as I figured. That was kinda lame, huh?” He nervously chuckled.

After deeming Nagito’s answer as “correct,” Byakuya then went on to proclaim himself as the leader.

Some didn’t like the idea of him leading them, some did.

It honestly didn’t matter to you either way.

“Now then, let’s move on to the topic at hand, for real this time… I have something to show you all,” The blonde stated firmly.

“It’s at Jabberwock Park at the central island… Come, follow me!”

Great, more walking… you complained in your head while following after Hajime who was one of the last to leave the restaurant.

But you failed to notice a certain green eyed male following close behind you.

Once we all arrived to Jabberwock Park, the first thing we all noticed was this huge spherical clock counting down.

A few people began wondering if it were a bomb or not but Byakuya quickly calmed down their panicked thoughts.

After the blonde gave us a speech about how we should not kill each other and rather get along, some people spent their free time in their respective cottages while others went to talk with others on the island.

On your way over to the Beach, someone stopped you by putting a hand on your shoulder.

“Hey Y/n, wha—?”

“-What do you want, Nagito?” You said with an annoyed sigh.

“Nagito?”

You quickly turned around to meet eyes with someone totally different, Hajime.

“Oh, it’s just you.”

“Why’d you think I was Nagito…?” He questioned.

“It’s just… it feels like he’s been following me around all the time. It’s weird.”

“What? Weird how—?”

“-Y/n! There you are!” A certain someone’s voice rang out from behind you both.

“I was looking all over the island for you!” He chuckled softly.

“I… see what you mean, now…” Hajime muttered under his breath.

When it got late, you departed from Hajime and Nagito and immediately returned to your cottage.

Nagito had followed you around all day.

You collapsed onto your bed.

“Why can’t he just understand that I don’t want to be bothered by him…” you grumbled as you began to doze off to sleep.
