Black Hat X Reader fandom: Villainous/Villainos words: 1132 cw: none!! enjoy! a/n: Hi hi!! ive really been wanting to do headcanons for Black Hat for a while, I'm open to asks and requests so dont be afraid to drop a suggestion in!!

(Platonic):

Black hat is by no means an easy boss. He’s ruthless, unmerciful and bitter, and you are no exception in the Eldrich’s case.

At first.

When you were first hired to be an employee at Black Hat Organization, Black Hat treats you as he would any of his other employees.

With zero respect.

He has very little tolerance for inefficiency

But you were absolutely determined to live up to his impossible expectations.

Maybe you spent a little extra time organizing his paperwork, or added a smidge more arsenic to his tea than usual (he had a sweet tooth for poison occasionally) and maybe you even bothered to dust some of his prized artifacts and tomes from his glory days as villain, making them look as new as the day he got them, and so many other things you did that seemed to make his life a little bit more stress-free.

At first, he thought nothing of it, it wasn't uncommon that his henchmen would grovel at his feet and suck up to him, it amused him really. 

But overtime the eldritch realizes that you wanted to do these little tasks. 

But why?? He was the most feared being in existence, and you went out of your way to do the smallest task to appease him. You seemed to worm your way into his thoughts, even as he sat perched at his desk in the wee hours of the night. Why were you just so…sweet! You should be cowering in fear!!

Speaking of fear, he loooooooves to scare the shit out of you, popping up when you least expect, out of the shadows, morphing into some unspeakable abomination of eyes and mouths (possibly) scarring you, always got a kick out of him.

After working for him for some time you were the only one, he seemed to tolerate, you managed to do your job with little to no flaw or mistake, unlike his scientist.

Dr. Flug admittedly was slightly envious.

He’d never admit it but, Black Hat enjoys holding conversation with you from time to time. He allows you to ask questions, most of them being about all the things he had witnessed and accomplished in the eons he’s been alive. He almost admired the way your eyes lit up in wonder as he explained. Almost.

You enjoyed these little private conversations too, occasionally the demon would ask a question or two about yourself, which you would happily answer. He may show no interest on the outside, but on the inside he's curious. Something he rarely feels.

He does have a reputation to uphold however, and still threatens, yells and demeans you just as he would any of his other employees.

Gotta keep you on your toes, ya know? 

But deep down you know. You know that he secretly enjoys your company and is too stubborn to actually admit it.

You even dare to go as far and say that he was a friend. Don't let him hear you say that though.

When I say this man is conflicted

The mere thought of love made Black Hat’s face morph into an ugly scowl, something he thought was near impossible for him to ever experience. The man had no heart for goodness's sake!

Oh, but then you had to weasel yourself into his life, his home, with your sweetness, didn't you?

Let me be clear when I say that this old man has never experienced these kinds of feelings before in his lifetime, and when he does, he thinks he’s possibly dying.

Did I also mention dramatic??

When realization dawns on him, he is absolutely floored, and the first thing he does is avoid you like the plague, which confuses you and raises a bit of concern. He rarely calls you to his office, and when he does, he avoids eye contact or just faces away from you entirely, barely acknowledging your presence.

Definitely becomes moodier, and more irritable as his feelings fester.

It’s not until you confront him one evening, when the manor is still and quiet, everyone having retreated to their respective rooms hours ago. That he finally confesses.

And being the extremely old fashioned eldritch he is, he formally asks to court you, how could you deny such a tempting proposition from the lord himself??

Of course, you say yes, why wouldn't you?? It’s an honor to be courted by Lord Black Hat!

Surprisingly, nothing changes much at first, he’s still very new to these feelings.

You both come to the agreement to keep your courtship strictly private and away from prying eyes, as I’ve said the man has a reputation to uphold.

God forbid Demencia finds out either. 

With all that being said, you both take things very slowly, which thankfully you were patient and understanding about, he's experiencing all these things for the first time.

It’s a good thing you're there to help guide him, right?

He may not have ever been in a relationship, but he isn't stupid. This demon is a straight up gentleman, and extremely chivalrous. Call it old-fashioned if you must, But the man is a charmer.

Despite his villainous persona, Black Hat shows rare moments of unexpected softness when he's alone with you.

He might not admit it, but he secretly enjoys quiet evenings, perhaps reading or just spending time together in one of his private studies. He personally enjoys reading the Necronomicon to you.

Black hat also has an uncanny ability to find and present unique, often mysterious gifts. They might be rare artifacts, darkly enchanted trinkets, or even personalized items that reflect his understanding of your tastes. You keep every single one of them.

He’s surprisingly a good listener and remembers just about anything you tell him.

Which by the way, this man spoils you.

When it comes to dates, Black Hat goes all out. He arranges extravagant, exclusive events, whether it's a candlelit dinner on a rooftop or a private screening at the manor. 

He once brought you to another dimension to view the downfall of an alien civilization, how romantic!

Black Hat, in his own twisted way, is fiercely protective over you. He might not show it overtly, but anyone who dares to even look at you with disdain will face the Eldrich’s fiery wrath.

Overall, Black Hat is surprisingly a good lover and partner. Your life never seems to be dull with him around, and you're incredulously grateful and honored to be able to see this side of him, even if it's behind closed doors. He has a hard time conveying his feelings and being vulnerable, but you're patient and understanding and eager to help guide him.

He never would have thought love was possible for him until you came along.

BLACKHAT:

I think BlackHat relies on gift giving, but not out of genuine love and adoration. He uses it to keep you interested and persuade you into staying until he can fully trap you in his web.

FLUG:

Words of Affirmation because I feel like (this is a theory) he didn’t get a lot of attention nor affection as a kid. He definitely doesn’t get it in the workplace so hearing praise and genuine admiration definitely hits him in the heart.

DEMENCIA:

Physical touch, she’s constantly all over you. It could range from cuddling to a very aggressive spar session. She just loves to have her hands on you. I think Demencia is pretty touch starved with the person she loves.

DR FLUG 🧪:

He is really curious about your life and how the hell have you managed to enter in so many jobs.

He has a lot of doctorates and has studied several science oriented careers so he's also happy that someone else has some extent qualifications.

Is honestly surprised about your stories. You once told him about working in a morgue as a mortuary assistant and how some paranormal activities happened around you.

You're his first option when he needs someone to substitute him in the lab or in any of his tasks because he knows that there's a high chance of you having already done it before.

Does not understand how you're still alive since most of your jobs have been either live threatening or just high risk.

He will never know the total of how many jobs you have done in the past. Whenever he thinks he already knows everything and that nothing can surprise him you come up with some new anecdotes about another one of your former jobs.

He once asked you if you really had all the qualifications needed for your jobs. You told him that in some jobs you had the qualifications but in others don't so you just lied and pretended (it went well because of your stupid good luck and you golden tongue 😛)

Sometimes you appear with new certificates of several different universities. Hes starting to suspect that you forged them.

You have many forged documents, he once checked your several passports and ID and in each one of them you have a different name and nationality. He's not sure why you haven't been caught yet.

But actually you have, it's just that you make new ones in another location so every police attempt to catch you after your obvious job negligences or some cases you have been accused of scamming are in vain because you keep fading.

He asks himself if you even are called what he calls you. And your answer always will be: we'll never know 🙂

Your experience gives him some calm because you have to have some experience in what you do so he trusts you to not make a havoc of everything you touch (unlike dementia).

Sometimes you two hang out studying something new or trying to teach each other something the other doesn't know. You exchange knowledge while sipping coffe and eating waffles 🥞🧇

Genuinely afraid that someday the justice system would be able to catch you.

Will always have an eye on you. He knows your a menace to his perfec organasation system.

Not gonna lie, the first time he was aware of your falsifying documet activities he was a little afraid you where going to try and use any kind of information against him.

Flug: why? So you can look up my natal chart? So you can figure out my personal data?

DEMENCIA 🦎:

You and her together are a really chaotic combination. Not recommended if you value your peace ✌️

Whenever she wants to mess with Flug or with BH she calls for you because you will know what to do in 99% of the time.

For example, she wants to play a prank on Flug but doesn't want him noticing her in the cameras. Then there you are to help her, you disconnect the camera system and somehow convince Flug it has happened out of the blue.

Basically you're the perfect accomplice for any crime she may want to commit.

Remember how I said Flug is starting to suspect that you forged your certificates. Well she bets on her life each one of them are fake, but since your strategy to play pretend always works shes not complaining. 🤗

LOVES to see (and try sometimes) your former uniforms. You have them all put away in your closet and each one of them is different from the last. Heck somehow you manage to get yourself a police uniform. 👮

You are the one making her false identities and forging her documents in case she needs them.

Her and Flug made a bet the she would never get a university degree and that the day she got one he would dress as a sheep (like the sheep jumpsuit Dipper form gravity falls got).

Well she came to you and you did not only forged her a degree you decided that it would be funny AF to have her have a neurology degree.🧑‍🔬

Save to say that Flug passed out once she showed him the document. (You had a pretty good laugh with that)

I mean you're a pretty good team. A chaos agent and a great falsificator that's knows about everything. 💪

She will always have your back in any lie you have.

Like your telling Flug an obviously fake story about your mission with dementia in which you exagerate everything and while he looks at you doubting every word you say dementia comes in and agrees with you adding more shit to the lie.

You have so much fun with her and she's always in for whatever you have in mind. Save to say he's your favourite.🥰

She wants you to break in with her in some bank or prison and do the whole act of pretending to be there working only to then cause havoc and shouting down the security systems.

You joke around a lot, but sometimes the jokes get out of hand:

The vast experience is always welcome, the problem is that he has some doubts about the veracity of dome of your capacities but as long as you can work well and not fuck up he's not going to scold you for forging documents or lying in the interview. 👍

Since you clearly have experience in falsifying documents he uses that to make false reports or false contracts to make future clients sign something shady.

Considering that you have worked in lots of fields he can use you for a lot of tasks. Need to restore a old paiting? There you are to do it. His snake pet is suddenly ill or with stomach issues? Worry not, you have worked at a zoo before.

And the list goes on a on. You never get bored there

Really appreciates the wit and the quick thinking you have because it's very useful in a lot of situations. Your just start talking with all of the confidence in the world even though you're probably telling the biggest lie human kind has ever witnessed. 🤫🫢

And the worst of all? It. fucking. works. Even though you seem to have no idea about something you manage to uphold a conversation pretending you know everything about it, and you can keep it up quite a while!!

You also always try to investigate about what you are trying to pretend to know about, just to stay safe.

He's probably the only one that know your real name. But the rest of the crew are always doubting which of your several identities you really are. 🥷

Also the fact that you can change your narrative and pretend to be a whole different person with a whole different life. He adores that, it's very useful for a villain to be able to know how to put an act and get away with it. 😶‍🌫️🫥

Thinks you're valuable to the organisation.

As well as dementia, hes also fully convinced that all of your certificates are false but he doesn't doubt that you have knowledge in those fields. He just thinks you forged the documents and thats it.

Will not believe your obvious exaggerated stories. You're not a reliable narrator since he knows your habit of twisting a little bit the reality or as you put it "selecting the truth".

He doesn't think your completely useless and since you have had lots of experiences in life you are somehow interesting. He feels pity for all of your former bosses, mostly because you confided him that the reason you had so many jobs is because in most of them you got fired. 😐😑

You're the nightmare of employers. 😚✌️

Somehow gets used to your shenanigans and already expects you to generate some kind of problematic situation.

One of his favourites stories you told him was when you were working for an illegal organization that bringed back prehistoric animals to life with the purpose of the tourism of the rich folk.

You were fired because you shot down the security system because in your own words " I always wanted to see a diplodocus close" so since lots of life's were put in danger and some lost in that incident you were fired and sued for that.🦕

Of course you changed identities again and flew away from the place where this was taking place.

You never presented yourself at court. You're not only banned from entering that country but also you have an arrest notice. If you put a foot there you will face life sentence 🫠🙃

Kinda respects your ability to just go away and start a new whenever you go. But will not let you unsupervised.

Storytelling with him is a MUST.

you have told him so many stories about your past jobs and each one of them has a changed narrative by you but since he loves hearing stories he doesn't think much about it.

When Flug is busy he always asks you to help him with whatever he's doing.

He once catched restoring one of BH's paintings and also wanted to draw so he just brought a notebook next to where you were and stayed there with you.

He makes lots of drawing for you and you either hang them in your bedroom wall or put away in your drawer.

From time to time you gift him little things you have stolen from your former jobs. You worked at an acuarium? You give him a plushie of a whale you kept.

He's confused when you present yourlsef with other names, you have tried to explain it to him but it doesn't really stuck.

Really good listener, if you need to vent to someone it will sure be either him or Flug if you catch him relaxed enough.

Both of you have fun hanging out. You always tell random data about absolutely everything and he just sits there and listens to you.

🎩Black Hat:🎩

In a romantic setting, Black Hat would certainly feel at least a shred of pride in your work, however, how you act about it would influence how he shows his 'appreciation'. If you are too cocky about your profession, he would definitely find a way to break your pride, so maybe you should behave in front of him. Don't expect compliments that resemble genuine admiration, but he would use your work as a kind of flirtation. (Alan has already confirmed that he's a sly dog, what did you expect?/j).

He would make a few faces at the language, depending on which musicals you participated in (he's a classical man, so he prefers things with less 'vulgar' language). In general, he would take some time to watch some of your movies with a glass of wine in hand. It's your choice to decide whether you want to stay by his side while this happens. (Friendly advice: don't do that.)

✈️Dr Flug✈️:

It's difficult to tell how Flug would react to that, keeping in mind that he doesn't like music. Well, that's because he still hasn't found any melody that makes him feel. In a positive scenario, we could say that he would learn to like any song that features your vocals, but realistically, that would hardly happen. Please, don't misunderstand him! He wouldn't be rude about it. Knowing the doctor, he would try to pretend to like it in front of you. It's not like he hates it. Your action and voice are impeccable, maybe it's just not his thing...?

Nevertheless, he would definitely enjoy watching your movies when there isn't incessant singing! If you recommend a movie to him, firmly assuring him that he would like it, he’d save up his monthly five seconds of free time to watch your entire movie! (You would have to wait 5 years for him to manage to watch the entire movie, so patience would be required for that🤷).

🦎Demencia🦎:

Keeping in mind that Demencia would be equally crazy if she was in love with anyone other than Black Hat, she would watch ALL of your movies. Literally all of them. Even the ones you no longer remember acting in. The lizard girl would ask (or force) you to do personal shows for her, where she would be rocking the guitar and you would be performing vocals.

Any time movies are involved, she would be the first to suggest that everyone watch a movie in which you were cast. You'd have a little trouble telling whether she likes these movies/series so much just because you're involved in the acting or if it's simply because the more “maturely fun” genres are her thing. Probably both. You'd catch her humming the song from a movie you starred in, or even imitating the lines and movements of her favorite character (we already know the kind of character she'd like, right?)

Overall, our girl would be your number one fan!

Bonus: 5.0.5 would be curious to watch a movie you were in, but Flug would hide all the tapes to prevent him from coming across something not appropriate for his age.

The evil boss's new employee

It seemed like over a fucking hour since you arrived at Hat Manor, sitting on a red velvet baroque armchair across from the desk, in the company of the great and infamous Villain: Lord Black Hat.

Indeed, after several unsuccessful attempts to find a job, you had found a card on your door with the phone number and emblem of the Black Hat Organization. At first, you were hesitant. You had already heard about this organization and what it consisted of. You had even watched several of their videos on YouTube to learn more. You are an ordinary human being, you have never committed a criminal act and the idea of ​​working for the most feared and dangerous being in the Universe makes you shiver with fear. However, you had no other options. It was an unexpected chance. You had grabbed your cell phone with a trembling hand and dialed the number that was written on the card. It had only taken 5 seconds to pick up. To your relief, it was not Black Hat on the other end of the line but his faithful right-hand man and scientist Dr. Flug. You had explained your situation to the doctor and he had granted you a job interview with the boss of the Organization in a few days. You were both relieved and anxious. If you make a good impression on Black Hat, maybe he will accept that you work for him. But one wrong step and it will be over for you. Forever.

In the end, the job interview went pretty well, to your surprise. You were nervous when you entered the office and stood in front of Lord Black Hat. Even though he was intimidating at first, he was strangely patient and professional with you. He asked you questions about yourself, your motivations, your knowledge of his company, and you had to explain to him why he should hire you. This last question destabilized you a little but you had managed to find the right words to convince him.

A mischievous smile appears on the evil being's face and makes a contract and a fountain pen appear in front of you in a cloud of black smoke.

You slowly reach out to the pen and carefully read the contract on the desk. Your heartbeat accelerates and you don't know if it's because of excitement or anxiety. You knew that once you signed that contract you would literally lose your soul and there would be no turning back but on the other hand you would finally be free from that fucking unemployed status.

Black Hat taps his gloved fingers impatiently on the wood of his desk, his eyes fixed on you, disturbing you in the process. You grab the pen without wasting another second and sign your name at the bottom of the contract.

The entity displays a satisfied smile and begins to chuckle. He makes the pen and the signed contract disappear in a green flame.

"Perfect! Welcome to the Black Hat Organization, Miss (Y/n)! You will start your work tomorrow! On your first day, Dr. Flug will guide you and explain your tasks to be performed!"

"T-Thank you, sir! I will not disappoint you, I promise!"

As you were about to get up from your chair and leave the room, your boss calls out to you.

"One more thing!"

"Yes, sir?"

Silence…

Black Hat stares at you again. His gaze is neutral this time. An uneasy feeling invades you. You have always hated when someone looks at you like that. It makes you feel like a frightened prey that risks being eaten by a hungry predator every time when someone looks at you like that.

To break the awkward silence that reigns, a little too long for your liking, in this room, you ask him why he wants to keep you after the interview. Could it be that he has changed his mind?

Black Hat smiles at the worry on your face and stands up from his throne to walk over to you.

You lean back in your chair when he is only a few inches away from you.

"Tell me, my dear? Has anyone ever told you that you have beautiful eyes?"

That left you speechless. You didn't expect that kind of question at all, especially coming from him! Since he kind of complimented you.

"I… I beg your pardon?"

He leans over and reaches his gloved hand towards your head to slowly caress your cheek. His touch sends a small shiver down your spine and you feel the red burning in your face.

"They say that the eyes are the windows to the soul, right? In yours, I see that you had gone through many difficult trials to achieve your goal. You were determined despite the many failures that upset you. No one encouraged you and supported you, not even your family… You could always do it on your own. Oh, poor little thing…”

The being mocks. The image of you curled up on yourself, desperate to be stuck in a vicious circle forever, alone, without having someone to support you and help you get through this overwhelming ordeal makes him tear a smirk. What an asshole.

You were speechless. Everything he said was true. How could he have guessed all this just by looking at your eyes? You were about to ask him when Black Hat brought his face closer to yours. His cold breath made you shiver again. Your heart was pounding in your chest that you were convinced would burst any second. You gasped involuntarily when you felt the evil entity's hand slide from your face to your neck. He ran a clawed finger over the curve of your neck to trace a thin, scarlet line. A hiss of pain came out of your mouth. You felt a drop of warm, wet pearl slide from your neck to your collarbone. Alarmed, you mechanically grabbed Black Hat's wrist to push his clawed hand away from your now bloodied neck, but his superhuman strength didn't allow it.

"What are… what are you doing?! Stop…!"

“Calm down, my dear.” He orders in a confident but firm voice. “I promise you that if you stay still, it will hurt less. Unless you would prefer to start your work day with your neck shredded?” The bastard laughs like crazy as if it were the best joke he has ever told. He grabs your hand that is still clinging to his wrist and squeezes it tightly in warning. If you rebel, you can be sure that he will break your bones with a single grip.

“No…! NOOO!” You answer in a voice mixed with panic and frustration, reluctantly accepting your defeat.

“Good!” He smiles as he releases your hand and you abruptly place it back on the armrest to hold yourself as if your life truly depended on it.

“Now…” He continues in a soft, husky voice. Relax and look closely at my eye, miss (Y/N). Focus on my voice and my eye."

You do exactly as he ordered. You notice that his visible yellowish eye changes color: rings of varying colors moved around his thin pupil. Your gaze remains fixed, captivated by his eye and you begin to enter a trance. You could only see colors dancing around you and only Black Hat's voice can be heard in your ears.

"Surrender to me, mi quérida. Surrender to your Lord and master!"

"Yes, my Lord." You answer in a whisper, now completely under Black Hat's spell.

"Very well. Now tilt your head back."

You obey.

He then brings his large mouth towards your abused neck and slides his reptilian and rough tongue on the bloody line he drew on you earlier.

A moan escapes your mouth at the contact of his tongue.

The villain smiles at your reaction. Without delay he sinks his sharp mint green fangs into your skin, making you tear out a cry of surprise. Tears flow from your cheeks as Black Hat sucks your blood. He lets out a muffled and animalistic moan when he feels the sweet taste of your life essence slip into his throat. Fuck! It had been an eternity since he drank human blood. Of course he doesn't need it to survive but he must admit its taste and smell are so intoxicating.

He unclenches his teeth from your neck and licks the drops of blood from your bite before straightening up. With a snap of his fingers, he releases you from your trance.

You whistle painfully and immediately bring your hand to your neck which is causing you martyrdom.

"What is it…? What did you do to me?" You ask disconcerted.

"Don't worry, my dear. My mark will disappear from you in a few hours…" He says reluctantly.

He would have preferred to keep his mark on you forever to make you understand that you belong to him. "It would be a shame to get into trouble on your first day." He adds mischievously.

You immediately understand who he is referring to: A certain green-haired lizard woman who will not hesitate to kill you if you approach her dear beloved boss.

"Now go! You have to get ready and go to sleep because tomorrow your first day will be intensive!"

"Yes, sir!"

This writing idea came to me this morning at work during a discussion with one of my clients and inspired me for this story without knowing it! I thank her for that! 😊

Dr. Flug was the one initially responsible for hiring a new employee for the organization after he had groveled at Black Hat’s feet, begging for an assistant to help lighten his workload.

Reluctantly, Black Hat agreed, but not without scaring the daylights out of the poor doctor first.

And thus began the search for a new assistant, he sent out multiple ads and flyers, and in little to no time, there was a flood of applicants. Having to sift through each applicant only added even more stress to his ever-growing mountain of work. Most of them didn't really seem to stick out.

That was until he got to yours.

He wasn't quite sure what drew him to your application, maybe it was your astounding track record, accomplishments, and references, or maybe it was because he thought your appearance was pleasing to the eye, something about the gleam in your eyes told him that you were a reasonable, logical and pleasant person to be around.

Which is exactly how you ended up at the front gates of the manor, ready for an interview.

Of course, the first person you met was the doctor himself, he had to disable the alarm system to the manor before letting you in. It’s there that he gives a very brief, albeit awkward introduction.

He unfortunately doesn’t socialize much. 

Everything about his energy, to his stature just screamed nervous wreck. It's from there that he leads you to the Lord’s Office. Surprisingly the interview went well!! If getting demeaned and thrown insults was a norm. But! You got the job!

Now you’re in Flug’s hands, you follow alongside him as he leads you to his lab, listing off all the responsibilities he wanted you to be in charge of some of them being: Organizing files and client paperwork, taking calls from new clients and scheduling appointments, also taking customer reviews, and some minor tidying and organization.

And based on the state of his lab you had a LOT of work to do…

I know some people think Flug is an anxious mess 24/7 but that could not be further from the truth. He’s actually quite egotistical and snarky from time to time, and of course a know-it-all.

He's like the “erm actually ☝️ 🤓” guy in physical form.

IS NOT afraid to correct you over minor errors. He’s very particular about how his things are organized in his lab. He likes to call it his organized chaos. So, if anything gets misplaced, he will get snippy or irritable. 

SO..as long as you inform him of how you do things and WHERE you put them, then all is good!

Overtime as you work alongside him though, he genuinely does start to appreciate the work that you do, he's pleasantly surprised when he finds that all his files and blue prints have been organized alphabetically and by color, or that his tools had been rearranged neatly on his workbench by size and shape, and overall his lab was so much cleaner and tidy than he ever could imagine it to be.

No surprise here but, the doctor is AWFUL at taking care of himself.

Which is why you step in to do small little gestures to help him out.

Whether it be bringing him another cup of coffee or making up a small snack for him to eat throughout the day, he even noticed you had draped his lab coat over him when he fell asleep at his desk one night.

He had to admit he wasn't quite used such small acts of kindness; it was a foreign feeling to him.

Did I also mention he’s tired like 24/7. Let this poor man sleep!! 😭

Believe it or not, he’s grown to quite enjoy your company, maybe it was your relaxed nature, but he felt somewhat at ease whenever you were around.

You’ve both actually held some decent conversations from time to time, both sharing your interests that lead into a ramble about his favorite airplane models.

(Romantic):

His confession was actually quite a funny story, and he wasn't even the one to do it! It was 5.0.5 surprisingly. The sweet blue bear wasn't blind, he began to notice that his papa would longingly stare at you, that he would mumble to himself in his sleep, secret confessions he would never dare say consciously. So, the bear came up with a little plan.

5.0.5 loves to draw, Flug practically keeps every drawing he’s ever given him. He decided that he’d make a love note, from Flug to You. He spends a generous amount of time on it, putting such care into the cute little card, and when he’s deemed it perfect enough, he drops it off to you, happily growling.

You're taken by surprise at first, but then you open up the heart shaped card covered in glitter and are pleased to find an adorable childlike drawing of you and Flug, surrounded by a bunch of pink and red hearts. How sweet!

When you confront the doctor in his lab, showing him the card, he flushes, and at first denies such feelings, slightly embarrassed that his fuzzy son was the one to do it instead of him. It’s then that he decides there's no going back and spills out everything to you.

Which is why he’s shocked when you tell him you reciprocate his feelings. What?? Him?? Really????

Things start if really awkward btw, the doctor has been without physical contact for so long that WASNT being beaten down by his boss, that he honestly forgot what it was like to experience affection, aside from the crushing hugs that 5.0.5 would give him.

He’s very fidgety, doesn't quite know what to do with his hands, where to put them or how you’ll respond to his touch.

Please give him a hug :(

He’s also very respectful of your boundaries, as you are with him, he’s not quite comfortable taking the bag off his head, which you don't mind in the slightest.

Things seem to continue almost as normally, but the two of you spend more and more time with each other, taking your breaks together, having lunch and spending your evening time hanging out when neither one of you are slammed with work. He quite enjoyed having movie nights with you, the sci-fi films are always his favorite btw. He heavily critiques the machines and inventions.

You both try to keep your relationship on the down low, Black Hat would blow a gasket if he found out. Demencia on the other hand was a huge tease. She frequently mocked the two of you, mostly Flug, however. You’d stick up for him of course and tease her right back, much to the doctor's surprise.

Queue the heart eyes.

Dr. Flug expresses his affection through small, thoughtful gestures, like leaving little notes of encouragement or surprising you with inventions tailored to your interests.

Speaking of gift giving, he prefers to hand make your gifts. His ideology is that there's no point in getting you a meaningless gift that you’ll throw out in a couple of weeks, so why not make you a meaningful one that you can make your life easier???

Which btw he's VERY observant, it's actually quite endearing from time to time, and he takes note of all your special interests, favorite foods, etc.

Mans is touch-starved. Sorry I don't make the rules. 

PLEASE HOLD HIM. 

He’s pretty hesitant to touch at first, but the second he gets a feel for physical affection he's latching onto you like a koala-bear. He likes holding your hand, his hands are surprisingly soft underneath his gloves. 

When you’re both hidden away in the evening from prying eyes, is when you can finally cuddle and be more affectionate with each other. SPOIL HIM PLEASE.

You become one of his biggest supporters, encouraging him and giving him the long-deserved praise, he aches for. When he’s with you, he’ll admit that you have substantially helped boost his ego and confidence which really pays off in his work. Not that Black Hat would ever give him the satisfaction.

Overall, Dr. Flug really is a sweetheart on the inside, especially with those he's grown to love and care about and getting him to open up to you about his insecurities is one of your best accomplishments, he feels like he can be vulnerable with you and that really says a lot. The man has a lot of inner demons and has willingly put his life down the path of villainy, but he feels with you by his side, that things will be a little bit better...

BLACKHAT:

If you were to do it in public, he’d call you an idiot and walk away. Though if it were in private…

He’d be sitting down, reading his newspaper, as usual. He senses your presence without even looking up.

“What do you want?”

You gulp and gently ask him to stand up, he quirks an eyebrow at you, but he does so anyway. When you get on one knee he demands “What do you think you’re doing?”

You pull out the ring and ask the lord himself if he will marry you, he gives you a very stern look that makes you wonder if you messed up, if you should put the ring away and apologize— he snatches the ring and mumbles about stupid human traditions, but puts the ring on his finger.

(This is the scenario if he accepts it. If he rejects you he’d mock you and humiliate you LMAO)

FLUG:

Flug is very reserved, if it were to happen in public he’d freeze up and whisper “Can..can we talk about this later..?”

Once you two have a moment alone he sits you down and asks you for your reasoning as to why you’d want to get married. Even after explaining your reasons, unfortunately, Flug would reject your proposal. Not because he doesn’t appreciate it, but because dating is one thing and hiding that from BlackHat is already a chore, but marriage?? Oh jeez. He’d only reject you for your (and his) safety. Thank you for your effort though.

DEMENCIA:

Demencia literally daydreams about getting married. So when you get on one knee she’s already squealing with excitement. She immediately says yes before you can even pull out the ring. She is very excited! You two can rob a bank, kick a hero’s ass, and in general cause chaos.

The wedding will be chaotic asf, so good luck with that.
