so this is Dr. Dinky Robonerd, or Bootlegger.
He got sick of the whole toon and cog war, understood the weakness of his flesh, and through some means, turned himself into a cog. Now he manufactures and sells offbrand gags. All in all, he's a pretty chill guy. Just…. avoid being prejudiced against him or his customers. Because that's how you end up being slapped onto a conveyor in a gag making factory.
