STOP OVERWHELM IN ITS TRACKS If you're feeling overwhelmed or unsure of what to do next... Can I please remind you that you have the option to do LESS? 🙂 WHAT??? I here you scream lol!😂 Yes it’s so true stop the overwhelm right now!!! In fact, when you do less...you will likely start to get MORE results. It is no joke when it comes to potential distractions and things you COULD be doing. It is designed to overwhelm you, So ...... step back slow down...because “Those who work SMARTER will always prevail”. If you're not sure what to do next, here is what I recommend: * Write a list of ALL the things you think you .... *should* be doing. * Prioritize those items as "must dos", "good idea to dos" and "maybes". * Put the "maybes" away for now. * Look at the "must dos" and figure out what you can outsource...delegate as much of it as you can. * Pick a "good idea to do" and do it 100%. Learn from the process and see what worked and what didn't. Throw out what didn't and keep doing more of what did. Overwhelmed again?
