i was thinking of who would be good at redstone and like, yeah, dottore is one of those people who does most of the intricate redstone programming for the server, but refuses to share with anyone how it works. he guards his knowledge fiercely.

Sandrone, however, is more than happy to walk anybody through the processes she goes through - she's actually the only person who can rival Dottore's skill. She's like one of those super smart computer engineers who plays minecraft just for the redstone and since she's nice everyone donates resources to her! If Dottore is getting a little too full of himself, Sandrone will absolutely build something that knocks him down a few notches.
