tbhhhh it varies? if im in a good mental state/not lazy its every 2 days but if im lazy or depressed i can go like. a week before i feel too awful and guilt myself into it

I’m deleting the whole account, yes - this blog included.  Although I’ve heard of some people nuking the content off their blogs and keeping them up, just to make sure pornbots don’t get the name or whatever.  I’m possibly considering doing that.

thats most deff a thing. I used to do the same thing as well. My solution to that was to stop posting on FB, and use it as a glorified chat program. But yeah, a social media purge feels good to do.
