Definitely fucked up today... Tried doing calf raises with four 45s lol. It actually wasn't that it was heavy, my footing was all wrong. I was ready, but my body wasn't. I actually fell forward on my knee and still hit the back of my head on the bar :/ I'm feeling 💯 tbh but my head and knee hurt lol. I didn't get to the cardio, only the lifting. Hopefully I feel up to it later! But here's the gym fail of the day lol. HAVE A BLESSED DAY.
