It started out as a little joke i told the kids when i worked at Family Video. They would be hyper little shits that wreak havoc on the store so everytime id tell them that if they didnt stop, i would use my magic on them. That i was an immortal who was stronger than Goku. At one point i had to 'prove' myself to one kid and i used the tv's around the store, and made the language change, my hands still on the counter. Then made them all shut off at the same time. The kid looked at me spooked as fuck.

This kid came back, multiple times since his granmother was a regular.

He would ask me stories about my life, and i would tell him short stories of when i was homeless in france in the 1800's.

I got so use to telling kids i was an immortal who was 772 years old but my body would regenerate like a Phoenix. Thats why i looked so young i got so use to saying this that i say little things flippently now.

My coworker, who is an older lady, about 61 or 62, has some WILD ass beleifs. And the other day i said so casually, "imma be 773 in a month!"

She and my oter cowrker looked at m like i was crazy. I didnt even elaberate on it. Just went back to reading my fanfic on my phone.

At this point, im not even sure if i was truely making it up or if it was my mind finally opening to my orginal form. Like, did this happen last time too? I forget until i dont?
