ough i was pruning most of the day with my secateurs and now my hand and wrist are so sore :(
#dont ask me to hold anything with my right hand because i litch cannot#if i make a fist it feels very weird#also i suck at using my secateurs with my left hand so it was mainly left to my right hand#also i think i need to find wrist exercises because my wrists are so weak </3#i thought they'd be better after doing gardening work for so long
