Ash...

Not art for once. I live in Southern California (Orange County area) and the sky has been smoky and nasty for the past week, sometimes to the point of orange and yellow skies. This is my car. Despite the closest fire being a good 75 miles from where I live, my car is just coated in a fine layer of ash. Second picture is of the sky right before I went to PT, no filter on the image. So nasty.

I didn't expect one bright side of 2020 to be "Well, cool, at least I have a mask to help filter the smoke & ash when I go outside..."  #gallowshumor ?

Just so sick and tired of these painful migraines. Made a migraine balm. Will see if it does anything or not. First I ground up some dried spearmint from the garden along with some magnesium flakes. Poured just a tad bit of boiling water over it to melt the magnesium. Then mixed in Oils: #Lavender, #peppermint,# orange #frankincense and since I accidentally made too much in another batch I added in #lemongrass separately. And coconut oil and shea butter. Mixed well put it in containers and letting set overnight. Side note. Tried ginger tea. Not for me. Disgusting. Can't do it. Won't ever again.
