Y/n walked into the morgue’s office, causing Don E to trail off. Blaine waited impatiently for Don to finish but gave up when he saw who had caught his attention. The bright eyed zombie fidgeted nervously, earning a curious glare from Blaine. He had teasing material now. “Did you get my note?”

“Of course I got it.” She clicked her tongue and sighs heavily. “You taped it to my forehead while I was sleeping.”

Blaine’s eyes doubled in size, a chuckle rising to his lips but not yet escaping. Don E could practically feel Blaine’s teasing eyes on the back of his head. “I- I wanted to make sure you read it!”

“...Who says I read it?”

“You d-”

“I said I saw it...” She held a tight lipped smile. “Anyways, Blaine, you got any brains?”

“As in, you’re calling me stupid or you’re hungry?”

“Why not both?” Don E laughed a little at her joke but walked back downstairs with a little less energy than before. He knew he shouldn’t take it seriously, but a part of him ached in disappointment.

The two had been on dates, as encouraged by Blaine, and were now a couple. Y/n’s wall was put up to everyone- Don E of no exception, and because of that, he felt she was only dating him because Blaine suggested it. Perhaps she was afraid she’d lose her job? It didn’t make sense though. Y/n could care less about losing the job.

She hardly had to do anything really. Blaine just like having his two best friends around. Setting them up was Don E’s idea, but Blaine was more than happy to help and pretend like it was his. He often told Don not to worry.

Blaine was the person who explained Y/n’s trust issues. She just needed time before her barrier allowed anyone in. But they’d been dating for some time now. How much was enough? How long until she’d let him in? It bugged at him for nights in a row, depriving him of the little sleep he regularly got.

New to the life of a zombie, Y/n was in shock. A knife poking out of her gut, tip sharp and doused in her blood, the handle a literal pain in her back. She coughed and wheezed. However, her last moments would not be spent bleeding out from a stupid knife. 

Blaine and Don walked into the kitchen, Y/n slumped on the floor with the knife still in her abdomen as she dug into Blaine’s last plate of cake. “What the hell are you doing?”

“If I’m dying, let me eat cake.”

“You’re not dying.” Blaine pointed it out to her. The knife was still covered in blood but the wound had healed up. If she were to pull the knife out, it would bleed for a few seconds before healing like it did now.

Even so, Y/n shrugged and shoved another forkful into her mouth. “Let me eat cake anyway.”

“So... who stabbed you?”

“Dunno, but they fit the description. Like your note said, some rando is on a supposed killing spree in zombie areas...Shame they don’t know how to actually kill a zombie.”

“Yeah, honestly I- ...Wait...you actually read the note?”

“Did I say I read it?” She looked to Don E with a puzzled expression. He nodded in response. “Suppose I did. Thanks for the warning, by the way.”

A soft moment, rare between the two- rare for Y/n at all. If Don E was alive, he’d be so over the moon, he’d look like a tomato. Instead, he was dead, but his smile and the kiss he pressed to her lips showed his excitement.

“I love you.” Don E smiled. His voice is genuine, the softness of the moment had caught up to him and gave him enough courage to say the one thing he’d wanted for the longest time.

She snorted, rolling her eyes playfully and setting down the plate before she rose from her uncomfortable floor seating. “That’s pretty stupid of you.” She denies it. But the truth is, she’s falling in love with him.

Y/n punches Don’s shoulder lightly with a chuckle. He frowns when she walks away but puts on a smile when she returns with Blaine’s ice cream tubs.

watched the last episode of izombie and I can't help but feel like Don e and blaine's "deaths" were pretty anticlimactic. Blaine has been a major antagonist since the first episode and him just getting shoved down a well and left there is... eh.

Don E too, he's been one of my favourite characters but the reveal that Blaine killed Darcy was very rushed and Don had literally 1 minute of mourning before he was back to his old ways and then decides to push Blaine. Liv just throwing a heavy rock at him and knocking him in the well too was pretty quick. An unfitting end for two hilariously evil characters. Part of me wishes that Don E got a redemption arc but he was probably too far gone for it.

Not upset at how it all ended but a little peeved at the "click bang dead" end for the two biggest antagonists who I actually loved the whole way through.

Jim Henson on the set of Die Fraggles with Gobo and Uncle Traveling Matt. Die Fraggles is the German co-production of Fraggle Rock.

The segments within the Muppet world of Fraggle Rock were the same as the North American version, but dubbed with German voice actors. The segments from outer space (i.e. the Doc and Sprocket and Traveling Matt segments) were changed to fit the German audience and filmed at FSM-Studios in Munich.

The German wraparounds copied the North American Doc’s set and script word-for-word (except in German), whereas the UK and French co-productions were generally different. 85 of the 96 episodes were co-produced.

Steve Whitmire talked about his experiences on the set with Hans-Helmut Dickow to Duncan Kenworthy in the Fraggle Rock Season Two DVD Interviews segment titled “Docs And Sprockets”.

All of the Fraggles’ voice actors reprised their roles for the German dub of the animated version of Die Fraggles.

VIDEO RELEASES For a detailed list, see Die Fraggles Videography. After a slow start during which the first half of the first season was released on DVD four times between 2008 and 2010 (slightly repackaged), the entire 85 episode run of the show was finally made commercially available for the first time on December 10, 2010, and issued in a complete box set in 2011.

Conservatives and Liberals – The Difference Today

Today you have a very basic simplicity in the difference between conservatives and liberals.

Conservatism as it currently exists in America is based on a very Anglo-Saxon way of thinking, which is looking at a political or public theory or policy or program and judging it by its results. Did it have a good result or a bad result?

The liberal or socialist or communist way of thinking today is based largely on a Germanic way of thinking, which is to overly complicate things and be theoretical and divorced from any kind of results orientation. It was created after all by Karl Marx who had zero practical experience in anything related to economics. He never worked at a job his entire life, but was supported his entire life by his mother and then by a friend after she died.

So you look at liberals/socialists/communists today and they want to implement socialism/communism. Why? Do they ever explain why really? It’s always because it is supposed to be more fair or more just or something. But they never really give any concrete evidence about how it’s better than capitalism and a free market system. And even a cursory look at every single instance on planet earth of the implementation of socialism/communism shows that it doesn’t work in practice. It is disastrous in fact.

We could talk a lot about how or why socialism/communism never works in practice, but for simplicity’s sake I’ll just state that it doesn’t work because in the field of public or political policies and programs, incentives work and they matter. And capitalism and free markets provide incentive for the individual to be productive and innovative, and socialism/communism removes that incentive. And when people stop being productive and innovative, the society crashes.

So conservatives, by their nature focused on results, see that America has become the most productive and prosperous nation in the history of the world. It is in its best aspects, a meritocracy, meaning it validates and rewards production and innovation.

So conservatives want to conserve America as a system that rewards production and innovation. They want to conserve it because it has led to such widespread prosperity and offered the opportunity for anyone to work hard and produce things that are valuable to others, and thus get ahead. They value the system that America’s founders created, including the Constitution and other founding documents. And they resent or fight against efforts to tear that down or dramatically change it, such as representative Ilhan Omar’s recent calls for dismantling America’s systems of oppression.

So what do liberals/socialists/communists want? I think they fall into several categories:

Those who truly believe that socialism/communism would provide a fairer and more equitable system than capitalism and the free market.

Those who simply want to have severe control over the entire population.

Those in category #1 have been mis-educated over decades, especially the last 50-60 years, that America is a bad place, western civilization and the patriarchy have oppressed people forever, white privilege, etc., etc., etc. Pure Marxism didn’t work in America because of the widespread economic prosperity, so they had to switch to “cultural Marxism” (also called “critical theory”) which is based on the idea of creating resentment amongst various groups and telling them they have been oppressed. Incidentally, another German invention, coming from the Frankfurt School.

And those in category #1 have been mis-educated by those in category #2. Category #2 is made up of people who want to be the elites running the world, and who think they know better than the great unwashed, people in “flyover country.”

Category #2 people, over the last 40 years, have taken over the Democratic Party, all colleges and universities, even K-12 education, all the mainstream media, Hollywood, and now amazingly, all the big tech companies like Facebook, Google, and so on.

Since these people in category #2 basically want to completely control your life, they can’t exactly say that to you or publicize their real intentions. It has become necessary for them to lie to you. It has also become necessary for them to mount terrible personal attacks on anyone who won’t agree with them. Witness what they have done to Donald Trump over the last four years, and what they did to Brett Kavanaugh last year. A recent analysis showed that the mainstream media’s coverage of Donald Trump has been 94% negative. Lying and personal attacks are necessary because that’s all they’ve got.

Two Huge Lies

We are seeing two huge lies being foisted upon the US population right now by the category #2’s.

One is that the COVID-19 virus is so far worse than any other virus we’ve seen in our lifetimes that it is necessary to shut down the economy, put out of work and bankrupt millions of Americans, and ruin thousands of businesses that will have to close forever. Here in California we still have to wear masks outside, can’t get a haircut, and just recently we can only go to restaurants if they set up tables outside under tents.

All restrictions have just been lified by the Republican governor of Florida, but it’s no coincidence that in California, Oregon, Washington and other states with Democrat governors, restrictions are still in place seven months in, with no signs of being lifted.

I keep seeing news items several times a week for the last month of instances where it is now coming out that COVID cases in this place or that were overcounted. Funny that. Never cases where they were undercounted.

When this all blows over, and it will, I believe we will find that the entire COVID situation was blown out of proportion and this COVID-19 is no worse than any other virus we have seen.

So basically, we were lied to about COVID, for 1) to harm Donald Trump in the coming election, and 2) as a monumental power grab by the category #2’s. And by now, believe me, they are completely drunk on that power.

The second huge lie is the whole narrative that cops are unfairly targeting black people, and that there is an epidemic of black people being shot by white cops.

This false narrative has led to two months worth of riots around the country, innocent lives being lost, and billions in damages. And this narrative has been shoved down our throats by the media, by Democratic governors and mayors who have been sympathetic to the rioters and told their police to stand down, and lately by all the pro sports teams who have posted the Black Lives Matter name and message all over their fields, uniforms and helmets.

And the public, by and large is rejecting the BLM narrative in the sports arena, as viewership ratings are way down for all the pro sports that are shoving this down our throats. And it’s not just because people “don’t want to hear about politics” when they are watching sports. It’s because the narrative itself is false and people by this time are tired of being lectured to by millionaire athletes.

The Upshot

I think the correct and proper upshot of all this is:

Realize that just about every message you hear from the mainstream news media, teachers and professors from K-12 through college, Hollywood types, Democratic officials at every level, most pro athletes, and big tech companies like Facebook and Google is going to completely parrot the socialist/communist propaganda line.

Realize that the liberals/socialists/communists have to lie and mislead you because if you knew their true intentions you’d never vote for them or support them.

You have to seek out multiple sources of news and you have to be very selective of the news you read and hear.

When you seek to evaluate a public or political policy or program, evaluate it in terms of results and statistics, not its intentions, which may be good but will likely have zero relation to its real results.

Vote for politicians in the coming elections who have a demonstrated record of positive results.

Elon Musk and faults in our "Hero" He's a hero, he's real-life Ironman. This guy is a genius. He's gonna save the planet. All these attributions for Elon are going on for over years. Trust me I was a fanboy of Elon just like others. I have changed my slant toward him. He's just another great salesman who knows how to sell his product. Media has created this hype around him for past years. This arrogant, self-centred CEO has a brilliant marketing brain that is all. Nothing else is great about him. The company he created SpaceX, yet to make any real revenue (I'm hopeful it will make some soon). Now, these are fragile points to denounce a well established, successful CEO. He's making a killing for his companies which made him the second richest person in the world (as I am writing). He's substantial as a CEO but doesn't make him a humanitarian, environmentalist. Elon was a special advisor to Mr Trump's advisory council. This isn't emanating at all. He potentially can be anyone's advisor but if you continue to be the advisor of a guy(DT) who made derogatory remarks about women, disabled, a travel ban for a specific religious community and promoted xenophobia then do you think we should celebrate Elon Musk?. He left the White House only after when Trump withdrew from Paris Climate Accord. Now before reaching any conclusion let me tell you why he left. Elon's company makes EVs and Trump cutting ties with the Paris agreement mean he would lean towards oil and gas companies which he did eventually. That is not a piece of good news for Tesla's PR team. Elon's relation to Donald Trump was pure business. He desired easy supply access for his lithium and other rare earth ores. Which reminds me of another incident.
