autism/adhd is fighting yourself so you don't listen to a song on loop until anything that even vaguely reminds you of said song makes you want to puke and or rip your hair out.

#and you're attempting (and failing) to do so because you've done it far too many times in your life #you've *learned* the lesson you just fail to *apply* the lesson to your life. you're knowingly making the same mistake over and over again.#I know putting this song on loop for hours every day is a bad decision. I'm gonna regret it.
