I know it's hard to come to terms with your emotions. There could be some reason! Has anything happened recently? Anything that could be overwhelming? An influx of texts? Too many people talking at once? Too much noise.? If that's the case, would you like to sit in my office for awhile? It should be quiet. You can always play your music!
