listen to me. arfid breakfast of champions: one bagel, of your preferred flavor and topping, for carbs, sugar, and fats (presumably from the better or cream cheese). one protein shake/mixed protein drink. fruit if you have some. multivitamin to cover the rest of your bases, especially in absence of fruit. bagel can be swapped for oatmeal if you have the time and preference. drink a glass of cold water to activate your metabolism so you don’t get tummy sick. now you’ve covered all your major nutrient groups and you’re ready for a hard day at the dishtowel mines, or whatever it is you do all day.
