Summary: Rose Weasley's story has been lain out for her even before birth. expected to stay on the path of good, the path that her parents helped carve years earlier. But that is the story of Rose's parents. Little did Ron and Hermione expect their daughter to take part in a separate journey, one that began similar to theirs... With the enrollment to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, Rose Weasley is immediately divided away from the Malfoys with the understanding that they were not to interact. Now currently attending the boarding school for her final year, a unanticipated change sends her in a tail spin. Perhaps it was the trouble they always got wrapped up in. Perhaps the silently mutual, rebellious message to change tradition. Or perhaps she simply succumbed to her emotions. Despite the reason, Rose discovers to her own surprise--and her family's disgust--that she has slowly but surely fallen for her enemy.

Confessions Chapter 1 - A Fine Line
There is no more complicated point in a young adult’s life than the teenage years, but what’s even more complicated is adding a X chromosome, and what’s nearly impossible -without going literally insane- is also being a witch. So, this is me, Rose Weasley at your service.
My life has never been as cake walk, but it got a lot more complicated the moment I stepped into Hogwarts. No, it wasn’t making new friends, or the insane amount of pressure from the crazy classes we were taking. It wasn’t even the fame of my family that followed me wherever I went.
Let me give you a hint why my life became exceeding complicated the moment I stepped onto the Hogwarts Express; a tall blond twat, with a striking resemblance to a ferret. My first time at Kings Cross station was catastrophic; first off Mum kept herding me closer to my older cousins and asking if I had remembered to pack certain…personal items.
Dad barely said a word the entire time except when it was time for me to go. He held me by the shoulders, bent down, and kissed my forehead.
Then he said, "Rosie, there is one thing I need to warn you about. Do you see that little blond boy over there?" He pointed to a small boy around my age who was a mini clone of the man standing next to him. "That is little Scorpius Malfoy, I don’t want you anywhere near him." I had heard so many stories about the Malfoy family that their name alone just about made me nauseated. "I want you to beat him on every test, outsmart him at any challenge, and if he comes anywhere near you I want you to hex his pants off." He winked at me and went to stand by Mum who was tapping her foot and glaring at Dad.
You know if there wasn’t enough pressure from school already, Dad just gave me an opponent.
"Ronald," she growled, playfully smiling, "Rose, please be careful, sit by your cousins they know where to go." With that she pushed me gently towards the steaming train.
I glanced back and noticed Mum had tears running down her cheeks and I swore I saw Dads eyes watering. They all waved at me as I stepped onto the train. I closed my eyes, took a deep breath, and stepped into my new life.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work as planned. As I stepped into the narrow corridor of the train some stupid bloke crashed into me. "Watch it," the boy hissed.
"Watch yourself," I hissed back.
One tends to get very good at fighting verbally and physically when you’re born into the Weasley/Potter family. I looked up after dusting myself off and was so startled by the bloke in front of me I took an involuntary step back.
"You," we said at the same time.
"Next time watch where you’re going, Malfoy" I spat out the words like poison.
"I don’t plan on running into you again, Weasley, there won’t be a next time."
I pushed past him into the compartment that held my family. I have a lot of them! My cousins James, Albus, and Lily are my Aunt Ginny and Uncle Harry’s kids. James is 12 and very proud of it, Albus is my best friend and in my year, and little Lily is nine.
Then there’s Victoire, Dominique, and Louis whose parents are Aunt Fleur and Uncle Bill. Victoire and her boyfriend Teddy Lupin are both 7th years. Dominique is in our year, and Louis is 10.
Molly and Lucy are Uncle Percy and Aunt Audrey’s kids. Molly is in James' year, and Lucy is nine like Lily.
Uncle George and Aunt Angelina’s children are Fred and Roxanne. Roxanne is 10 and Fred like Molly and James is 12.
And of course, my very own brother, Hugo who is 3 years younger than me. I’m pretty sure that’s everyone…
"Hey, Red!" James said enthusiastically. "Whats wrong with your face?" He laughed, gesturing my sour expression. he is the only one who doesn’t call me Rose or Rosie.
"Not funny, Potter," I mumbled and self-consciously stroked my Weasley trademark crimson hair.
"So, what’s wrong?" Albus asked me from his seat next to James.
I glared at the wall. "Malfoy," I grumbled.
"did that tosser make a pass at you, Red?" James teased, but his voice sounded threatening. He didn’t like the Malfoy’s any more than my Dad did.
"Don’t worry, he’s just a good for nothing git," Dom jumped in, my best female cousin and fellow first year.
"And he’s a Malfoy," Roxy said, pretending to gag herself, her blue-green eyes rolled back into her head. I rolled my eyes at her. She was also in James’s year.
I didn’t want to speak of Malfoy anymore, I leaned against the glass pane, feeing the vibrations of the train on my forehead. The countryside raced by the window, the beautiful fall colors blended into a mosaic of flaming reds, oranges, and yellows. I slumped in the red velvet seats, messing up my curly, auburn hair.
I sat this way for a while, listening to my cousins’ chatter. Soon my stomach growled, fed up with my cousins’ persistent teasing I decide to go find the sweets trolley.
"I’m going to get some chocolate frogs," I declared and squeezed out into the hall.
Afterwards I headed back to our compartment when someone from behind me called my name, my last name.
"Oi, Weasley! You took the last of the chocolate frogs, give them here," the voice demanded.
"Not a chance!" I whirled around and find myself nose to nose with Malfoy…again.
"Hiya Weasley." He smirked.
"Go stalk someone else, you fucking toad," I glared at him.
"Where did you learn to talk like that, Weasley? Your blood-traitor father or you mudblood mum?" he taunted.
That crossed the line. I went blind with rage and somehow my fist found his nose. It didn’t go well for either of us.
"fucking hell!" I cried in pain. I looked over and saw Malfoy on his knees, holding his nose to keep from bleeding, his silvery eyes flashed towards me. My knuckles throbbed, and I held my hand protectively to my chest.
"Holy Hippogriff Shit" I heard James exclaim from behind me. "Red, what happened? If he fucking hurt you, I’ll kill him."
"He called Mum a mudblood," I said through gritted teeth. James took my good arm and helped me up.  Soon the tiny corridor of the train had become clogged with gawking people who wanted to see what all the yelling was about. Malfoy was still on the ground holding his nose and groaning.
"Nice Rosie," I heard Al say from behind me. He sounded pleased.
"Coming through, excuse me students back to your compartments! Move, out of the way…now!"
We all knew what was coming or more like who was coming: The Perfects. I backed up against James when Victoire and another boy stepped through the throng of students.
"What in Merlin’s name is going on here?" Great. I was going to get detention before even stepping onto grounds of Hogwarts.
I hope you enjoyed the first chapter, I plan on releasing one every week or so. Please comment and reblog if you enjoyed this story.
Thank you!
