I feel like this song fits my post hisui Older Emmet Younger Ingo AU (ingo comes back only having been in hisui for 1-2 years. While 15 years have passed for Emmet)

They both have a hard time seeing how they can 'fit in' with each other - with Ingo having lost his memories, and becoming out of place in his own origin universe. And with Emmet, having grown and changed without Ingo - a bit bitter and closed off because of the loss of his brother.

The song is sexual in nature, and speaks of characters with their chaotic life, finding some kind of bringing back to the world, or seeking 'something else' from each other.

Surprisingly in this AU, I have found that their sexual relationship has become key to the story - Emmet is someone who has forgotten what vulnerability and tenderness was like. Ingo only wishes to make his brother laugh, less tied up in his own thoughts.

Initially they fall into (an old memory) of a Dom/sub dynamic, where there is a sense of 'rule following' and strict boundaries that allow them to safely explore intimacy. They also slowly have to relearn things about each other -- Emmet wanting to be more open with his self to Ingo. Ingo wanting to actually feel like he doesnt need to hide that he doesnt know much about their world anymore, that he's not the 'perfect older brother' he 'used to be'

I'd say it took until about... the Guiana Highlands, around when Domon is doing his training arc. The very first time they did it in unison was when Domon does that Shining Finger onto the Devil Gundam. Moon was beside herself with joy, that's how she knew Lillie *got it.*

Irida's brainworms with the Zeta Gundam stems from her enjoyment of MA modes in general. I imagined a young Irida watched the start of Gundam Wing, saw the bird form, and went ":O", which helped draw her into MA modes as a whole. Zeta stood out to her as a powerful option, especially with it's association with stars (because she was obviously interested in space), and just how it moves about.

I'd clock in the final fight Kamille has with Yazan, with the Biosensor, but even just general space fights got her interested because of how the Zeta moved around. She pondered about using such a mobile suit to explore deep space, and... well, the Choros was born a few years after that, with her finally getting the courage to do her own paint job, especially after being hired at a hobby store. (Emmet and Ingo were very willing to offer their advice - they may not build Gunpla, but they know how to fucking paint.)

As for Dawn? A combination of seeing her mom kick ass in the Garura as well as the big fight the Sazabi has with the Nu Gundam solidified it in her mind. Her mom showed a very excited kid Dawn a lot of her previous matches, and seeing the Sazabi move around so freely, dealing devastating, heavy blows, really stood out in her mind, and it looked cool. Combine that with seeing all of the strong options available at the Sazabi's disposal, Dawn was hooked. (Especially after a CCA watch. She really enjoyed seeing it do that cool upwards kick.)

Of course, she still started with the Dom Empert at first - her mom had suggested it as a simpler start and helped her customize it to her own playstyle. She would use a Sazabi in casual matches, but it was definitely a bit too far out of her reach at first... but as she got better, so too did her prowess in that suit. And, while she loved the Dom Empert, noticing a need for a power boost (and also wanting to move to one of the suits she really liked), the Sazabi Empert was born.

Barry's team is, I imagined, pretty similar to the one he's got in-game. His final team would probably look like this, really:

Barry's Torterra is absolutely on his wavelength. That's his starter -- despite Torterra being a slower Pokemon, he absolutely understands Barry's battling style and everything along those lines. You wouldn't think Torterra is so slow with how they fight. He's kind of like a big puppydog, showering his trainer with affection and very excitable.

Rapidash and Staraptor are also on his wavelength, similar to Torterra. They're both quick and nimble Pokemon, fitting his more impatient attitude and generally being able to get in and do heavy damage fast. They know how to play fast, keep up with his speed, all of that. They're in-sync with him. Staraptor and Rapidash share this oddly intense bond of friendship, seemingly having more respect for one another than anyone else on Barry's team. Maybe even Barry himself... (but they don't hate the others or anything, they simply have this unspoken eternal bond to one another. Nobody knows why, really.)

Heracross and Floatzel are a bit more reserved, but they still love and respect their trainer. They find a mutual bond in one another in perhaps how over the top Barry can be. It's not uncommon for them to just give the "hey, you seeing this shit too?" look to one another while Barry goes on and on about something. It's all out of love, though, and they still can fight and keep up with that faster pace.

Snorlax doesn't pay much mind to anything. As long as he's fed, he's happy. If Barry needs to pull out a trump card, he loudly promises Snorlax a giant feast of a meal if they can clutch this out, which immediately wakes it up and seemingly makes it even more powerful. (Of course, he does follow up on it, even if they lose. Maybe that's why he keeps fining Dawn...)

SBS Dawn hasn't seen anything Gundam related yet, she was always more into shoujo/magical girl stuff. Your Cardcaptor Sakuras, your Symphogears, and the like. (It's a smaller love for her, but one she still enjoys dearly.)

That being said, I'd imagine during their trip to Alola, Dawn passed by a store and went "...Woah, that thing looks cool," when looking at the RG Sazabi in the window. Didn't pay it much mind, though.

Tag 1: Der historische Stadtkern

Start am Morgen auf dem Rossio oder offiziell Praça Dom Pedro IV. Am Hauptpunkt des Zentrums treffen sich Einheimische und Touristen. Er ist ein beliebter Treffpunkt, auch weil viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, wie das Teatro Nacional D. Maria II oder der Praça dos Restauradores, in unmittelbarer Nähe sind. Ein Tipp für einen 360-Grad-Blick über Lissabon ist der Elevador de Santa Justa, nur einige Meter entfernt. Für diesen geht es hoch hinaus, ganze 45 Meter zum Largo do Carmo. Intro to Brat Taming: A RP Fic

So a bit of info on how this little ficlet came to be: I'm currently in a RP shop server where a variety of things happen that range from venting on our lives to sharing what happened in RPs. Well recently, the "Brats" of the group decided it was time for a coup (all in good fun folks). The mods had to bring in all the Brats' Doms to restore order and get everyone to settle down. The plot bunnies decided to whack me in the head with Tinkatons hammer so I wrote it immediately.

As of now, this fic created a domino effect where now we set up a side server for a multiverse RP. I have to say, I'm really proud of what I wrote after not doing it for several years. I hope I can keep the momentum going in the future.

The elder Subway Boss sighed as he nursed his coffee. It was an unusual day for him and his younger brother. It seemed their Princess had taken up with the other Brats in Alura’s Kingdom. He poured himself a cup of coffee and took a seat next to Ingo, both of them sharing a look of triumph and worry. 

“Don’t worry Brother, I know our Pet will behave now yup yup.” Emmet said with confidence. 

“If I recall, you said the same thing yesterday. It seems our Princess is set on following these tracks.” Ingo replied, his frown deepening.

“Ah, but I went easy on her last time. Now her engines are thoroughly exhausted of fuel.” Emmet nodded as if he unlocked a great secret. “With our combination, she won’t be trying any of that again.”

Ingo let the barest of a smile lift the corners of his face. Emmet was right, this was a momentary delay and not a full derailment. Just as the two were settling down, there was a knock on the door. Odd, they weren’t expecting company and he was sure ALL the Brats who participated would be closely monitored for the next 24 hours.

Ingo stood and went to answer the door, to his mild surprise, there stood Sun and Moon with the ringleader Viv. Her cheeks were puffed out like an irritated Skwovet while she shifted back and forth in an uncomfortable manner. Seems like the animatronics didn’t hold back on her punishment for today.

Ingo tipped his hat in polite greeting, “Good evening Sun, Moon and Viv. What brings the three of you to our station?” he inquired. Emmet had gotten up to give his own greeting to the Daycare Attendants. When they first arrived, they were surprised to see sentient animatronics in the roster. After a few meetings with other Doms, they realized that many of their group came from a wide variety of places. One was apparently the King of Hell, a couple of them battled giant humanoid figures that they called ‘Titans’ and many more.

Moon pushed Viv forward, but she stubbornly refused to meet either of their eyes and looked away. Sun interjected before another mini war could be sparked, “We came by to apologize for Viv today. We hope your Sub is still in one piece?” he asked. 

Emmet chuckled and nodded. “Our Pet is very exhausted and is currently resting at our terminal,” he confirmed. Moon internally sighed with relief. The coup today had both older veterans along with some fresh faced recruits. While Fire was far from being on the same level as Viv (they had to bring out 2 more Doms to get her under control), he could recognize that defiant glint in her eye. It was only the beginning for the poor train twins.

“We’ve been going to every Dom that had to get involved today so Viv could apologize,” Moon shot her an irritated look while Viv stuck her tongue out at them. “As you can see, she's still making things difficult.”

“I’m not being difficult.” Viv countered, “I think I’m being unfairly punished for speaking out my mind on the unfair state of things.” Moon face-palmed while Sun turned to her.

“That’s it. I already warned you Viv. Now you have to go to bed early for 5 days AND no Red Bull for 3 days!” The sunny animatronic declared while Viv whined in annoyance.

“Bullshit! This is kangaroo court.” Viv declared while stomping her foot. Moon just stared at her.

“Where did ‘kangaroo court’ come from? How does that make sense?”

Viv gave a wry smile, “I heard Fire use it on Emmet once.”

The boys sent a look to each other. Yup, Fire’s tv privileges would be reduced. No more Rick and Morty marathons for a while (hey!)

Ingo cleared his throat to get their attention. “It seems you've had a long journey, would you like to rest here for a moment? I promise my brother’s Joltiks won't disturb your circuitry.”

Sun and Moon looked at each other for a moment. They have been everywhere considering the scale of the battle that day. The Subway Bosses were one of their last stops and Viv did seem a bit tired. Not to mention the grinning twin said their Sub was deep asleep. A few minutes couldn’t hurt, they decided.

“We’d love to!” Sun said. Viv and Moon were curious about their home. Each was specially customized for every residing Dom(s) and Sub, both for their own personal preference and to accommodate the quirks of their origins. 

The twins invited the three in, with Emmet going ahead to gather his collection of Joltiks. He bribed them all with their favorite battery treats as everyone took a seat. One of them wore a white ribbon and crawled on Viv once she got comfortable (as comfortable as she could get given the state of her rear at the moment). Moon eyed the little creature, they were warned how these little insects in particular LOVED to feed off electricity.

“It seems Kudari has taken a shine to you Viv.” Ingo commented after he retrieved his coffee. Viv tilted her head.

“I thought they were called Joltik?”

“Yup yup,” Emmet said, “The species is Joltik. Fire likes to nickname the Pokemon she catches. This one is apparently named after the Japanese version of my name.” Emmet couldn't hide the soft pink blush as he thought back to the memory of that catch. It was such a lovely date…

Moon shook his head. Their home sounded dangerous! They sent literal 10 year olds out to fend for themselves and catch monsters that could level entire towns! Not to mention all the various gangs and villainous organizations that ran amok and said children usually took down (not that he could talk, murderous animatronics were a thing in their home.) Nope, better leave childcare to the professionals. 

Viv petted the tiny yellow spider (once Emmet assured Moon that the electricity they gave off would be mild static at best), while the Doms talked. Mostly swapping stories of their homes and what they've been up to with their Subs. Kudari oddly, started to tug at her sleeve. Viv was about to remove him to settle him with his fellow spider brethren when she saw exactly what he was tugging towards. She saw a quick movement in the hall, a mischievous smile was seen for the quickest moment before disappearing. 

Let the games continue.

“Ummm, where's the bathroom?” She asked. Emmet pointed to the hall.

“Down the hall to the right. It’s the third door.” He answered before returning to his conversation. Big mistake. She calmly followed the directions. All 4 heard the bathroom door open and close.

They continued on, unaware of what was going on. While Moon was telling the twins stories of the Pizzaplex where they resided, Sun paused his thoughts. How long has it been? It was strangely quiet too. Oh no... OH NO!

“Moon…how long has Viv been gone?” He asked slowly. Time suddenly froze not just for Moon, but the twins as well.

Ingo looked to his younger brother, “Emmet, you're sure Fire was asleep when you left her?”

Emmet started to look nervous, she wouldn’t misbehave so soon, right? “I’m verrry sure, brother. I even left Galvantula with… her… to….cuddle…” 

Oh shit!

They heard a noise outside and all four rushed out. Ingo grabbing his pokeball that held his Chandelure. His gut feeling as a Subway Boss told him he was going to need her assistance.

The four rushed out to the yard that was used as a Pokemon training ground for the current residents. There they spotted Fire trying to help Viv onto her Flygon. While the insectoid dragon was smaller and his wing beats were famous for making whistle-like noises, it would be a softer ride for Viv compared to the harsh metallic feathers of Fire’s Corviknight. Emmet was a bit proud, Fire had completed her safety checks!

The escaping Subs looked like Deerling caught in the headlights, both parties were actually stunned at the brazen escape attempt. Ingo pinched the bridge of his nose, trying to fight off the impending headache as he took a threatening step forward. Moon followed in step next to the Subway Boss, he had enough of Viv’s shenanigans for one day! Considering the situation, he would have to let Ingo handle this one. Fire was the current instigator and only the twins were familiar with both her quirks and Pokemon.

“Fire,” Ingo growled, his hat casting an ominous shadow over his eyes. “Cease this operation and return to the station. If you do, then the consequences will not be harsh.”

When she had a brief look of fear in her eyes, Emmet joined his brother. “Think verrry carefully. You know that my brother and I work best as a team.” The dark chuckle that left the younger twin matched the equally dark smile that was directed at his Pet. “And I like winning more than anything.”

Fire’s hands shook as she reconsidered her choices. She had yet to really force their hands on any kind of discipline, was she ready to face their combined wrath? Then she felt a reassuring hand on her shoulder. Viv looked at her and gave a nod full of confidence. It was her time. Nodding back, Fire faced her Doms. 

“Make me!” was her declaration. She threw Viv on her Flygon like a hunted Sawsbuck before sliding behind her to keep her stable. The Flygon kicked up dust as he launched into the sky. Their first stop was visiting a new recruit, their Dom Kylo had some spaceships they could “borrow” to help free the other Brats that were in lockdown.

Unphased, Ingo moved quickly. He really hoped that it wasn’t going to escalate to this point, but he was always prepared for any emergency. “Chandelure, contain our passengers using Psychic!”

The ghostly chandelier was let out in a bright flash of white. On the command of her trainer, she was surrounded in a blue aura that quickly covered the escaping Brats. Both were frozen as they were lifted off the dragon and hovered gently to the ground. The Flygon panicked and tried to retrieve his passengers before being bribed with his favorite treats by Emmet. He wouldn’t be taking orders from her for a while now. Chandelure didn’t release her captives either. Both were brought up to their respective Doms/CGs, with Fire glaring at Ingo.

“NO FAIR! Your Chandelure doesn’t even KNOW Psychic!” she accused him. If she could dramatically point at him like that character in the lawyer game, she would've. 

With that, Ingo calmly pulled a book out of his coat pocket. It was the Manual given to all Doms when they joined the kingdom. He flipped to a page and summarized its contents. “According to this: In the event of any major rule breaking or threats, a Dom is granted temporary abilities to contain their Sub.” He looked up at her, wearing a Purrlion grin as his brother finished what it implied.

“It’s unique to every Dom. In our case, our Pokemon can temporarily learn moves beyond their standard limit of four.” Emmet strutted forward, tucking a stray hair behind her ear and pulling out a strand of silk. “And I don’t remember giving you permission to use my Galvantula’s webs to escape.”

Sun and Moon went up to Viv, while she didn’t start this bit of rebellion, she fanned the flames when it looked like Fire was going to surrender again. This wouldn’t do at all. Sun looked at the twins, while his emotions were a hard read, the irritation in the air was palpable. “Can you let ours go? I think we have to take Vivica home and double her punishment time.”

Viv paled, they did not just use her full name! Oh she was in deep shit now. “I didn’t do anything wrong! I was helping Fire build up her confidence as a fellow Brat.” She argued as Chandelure released her to her CGs.

“Your stunt only worsened both of your punishments.” Moon tsked, beginning to lead her back home as he lectured her.

Sun looked back to the twins, internally giggling as he saw they still hadn’t released Fire from the Pokemon move. “Sorry about cutting this visit short. We shall see you at the next meeting?”

Ingo tipped his hat in acknowledgement as he had his Chandelure lead his Princess back home. She was getting an earful of both a lecture and what punishments he had in mind for her. Emmet nodded to their colleague. “Sounds like a plan. Have a safe journey. Remember your safety checks!” 

The younger twin joined his brother once he was sure their guests had their passenger securely under control. “Now then Pet. Which punishment did we settle on?”

Alura was reading over the current reports. While things seemed to have settled down from the latest attempted coup, her Brats still kept her on her toes. She chuckled as she read over the most recent update. Seems like Fire took initiative and attempted to stir the pot and roped Viv into it. Nothing that the Subway Bosses couldn’t handle, but that made her think about the brand of chaos they brought with them. Oh well, keeping their Sub in line was their primary responsibility. 

Putting the papers away, she focused on her next set of tasks. The Etsynian portal kept her very busy these days, but she loved all the interesting people she got to meet through it. Maybe later she could have fun with her favorite dwarf if she finished early. The thought brought a grin to her face as she walked to the portal.
