Happy November 1st, and I hope you all had a great Halloweenie! 🎃👻 Since I didn’t do anything to celebrate yesterday, I don’t have any fun costume pics to share. Instead, I went to my local @dollartree and got my own candy! 🍭🍬 I ate almost the entire bag of sour gummy bears 😬. Probably shouldn’t have but I’m not gonna be so hard on myself. It hasn’t been a good week, and I’m still having a hard time getting out of this slump.. Seems like I just keep sinking deeper. But that’s not the focus of this post. Some days you have to let yourself feel all those feelings and allow yourself to work through them. And that’s what I’m trying to do and practice self love.
