Her eyes shifted to the two that brandished their swords. A dark look entered her eyes before a sneer showed.

"Just a friendly warning is all. Once a fucking Marine, always a Marine. Just like how they preach justice, but all they do is fucking oppress those that strive to live." A quiet warning stayed in her voice. "Try and betray little brother and you will be dealing with the Yonko that inspired him." She growled out as she stared Drake down.

Three little figures moved on her ship, each of them looking over at the pirate woman, admiration in their eyes. "Thaddeus, I'm serious! Go back down below deck NOW! You too Lasky and Kazu! Damn it Rey get them back down there."

The smuggler eyes the marine/pirate/marine with an unconvinced look. "I'm not feeling particularly chatty considering you worked for Kaido, Drake. Now give me a reason why a schemy marine is sneaking around tailing my ship before I start blowing holes in yours?"

Diez Drake rests his arms along the railing of the Liberal Hind. He looks over to Rya as she makes her declaration.

"I am not a Marine, nor do I work for Kaido anymore. I am a free man, and free to traverse these seas in search of the One Piece."

Her remark about blowing holes in his ship were taken serious by atleast two members of his crew whom brandish their rapier in preparation.

An older man comes out to collect the kids as a hulking figure of a fishman stands guard on her ship, brandishing what looks to be a large boat anchor.

"Kick his ass Momma!" A little voice hollered, a little fist waving in the air. "Uncle Luffy is gonna be Pirate King just you see!" He shouted before getting scruffed and taken back into the ship.

"Yeah, then Thaddeus is gonna be pirate king after." A little girls voice hollers, causing the smugglers head to drop in exasperation. The twins soon got scruffed after and forcibly taken into the ship.

"Kids..." she sighed softly. "As for the countless Marines... I doubt it. You still smell like a Marine. I just came to give a warning. Try anything in Shanks' territory and that will be the last thing that happens. Kid learned this the hard way. He picked a fight once and foolishly did so again." She stared hard at Drake letting it sink in.
