Jarvis has another IBD flare-up with the “runs” all night long. He was doing great for weeks and all of a sudden he is sick again. What worked last time was feeding him fish, white rice, and German moor mud ( natural probiotic that helps digestion in dogs and cats). I was going to add some pumpkin but decided not to because we need to avoid fiber. I microwave a piece of frozen fish and steam white rice so it’s soft and mushy. When he is sick, he won’t touch his prescription food. Eventually I was able to coax him to eat some prescription can food. Of course we give him all of his prescription meds twice daily.
