Two of my favorite things: dogs and health transformations! Help me celebrate Ryan! 🙆‍♀️🙆‍♂️ His picture says all: . “When I hit my all time high of 261 pounds, I had forgotten what being healthy even meant anymore. I was sad, depressed, lonely, had no self esteem, zero energy, and worst of all I literally hated who I had become and how I felt overall. I finally hit rock bottom as far as my health went. My mom was a health coach and I finally reached out to her. I was sick and tired of being sick and tired. . I lost 35 pounds in my first two months and then adjusted my goal weight a few times since then. Now I’m down 61 and looking to lose last 25 or so. I could have never done this doing a diet. It had to be a health program that would help teach me how to have a healthy relationship to food, lots of nutritional value, community support. Best of all, everyone gets a FREE HEALTH COACH. . What have I GAINED since LOSING??? ✅ Off three medications - antidepressants, sleep medications, and blood pressure meds ✅ Natural energy ✅ Better sleep ✅ Clear mind and personal development ✅ Met my fiancé Nicole ✅ Financial freedom from saving money being spent on bad food choices ✅ Became a certified health coach to pay it forward ✅ Amazing new friends and community support .
