He did the edit work to the pictures, photograph was by Pamela Littky (who had worked with FOB in the past and would go on to work with them later, notably in providing the cover art for AB/AP too) and the set design was by Todd Fjelsted.

And also designed hand drawn logos (picture is missing, it's presumably the script logo) and the tarot cards that would go on to be used in the staging, instruments, promo and the digipak release with the physical cards, as well as overall designs for this era for things like the website.
