Post @bodybossmethod workout smoothie, courtesy of @marksandspencer. : However, today's workout was focused on arms - right now, mine barely function. : So, immediately after this photo, I realised I hadn't screwed the base on properly and lemon juice leaked everywhere. Then I knocked over the carton of lemon juice. Then I found a dead fly in the blender. Lunch: fried shrimp spring rolls, shrimp with tamarind sauce, and roast pigeon. Mr Pigeon came with his head included, and since I know you can eat chicken heads I decided to give it a try. Not a fan. Brain is mushy, like the parts of the crab that you're not supposed to eat. The rest of the pigeon on the other hand was quite good. Not much meat, but it tasted like duck with crispy skin and dark meat, which I love.
