So I've started having a tablespoon(ish) of Braggs apple cider vinegar 🍎diluted in a little water before breakfast every morning...when I remember. Definitely is quite a shock to the system first thing 😖 but it's supposedly amazing for you, helping regulate blood sugar, aids in absorption of vitamins and minerals and is an antioxidant among a whole host of other benefits aswell. For me personally I think it has reduced my bloating and improved my digestion.
