- who is in the federation of heros? What founded the federation? Are they powered like cellbit?

- how is cellbit one of the first few born? I feel theres a science experiment plot caught in this and he broke containment. I wonder if he found this out due to being able to scare himself, and that fear immediately projecting to others, making THEM just as scared. Id imagine hed be diagnosed with severe paranoia/etc and then like. Oh SHIT its not. That. Oh fuck.

- what was that leadup that made him a supervillain? Something so minuscule yet so big as fear, to be considered one of the high villains of the city is insane. Some people would probably laugh it off an say physical destruction was scarier than mental, until they see what he actually does.

- who did he murder?????? I wonder if it was someone who defied the "everyones fears projected back to them" ability. Someone unaffected by this, like maybe their own ability counteracted it. One of the federations lower ranked heros attacked... as a citizen... i feel theres more than meets the eye here..... but of course it ended with murder. I feel there could be done with something of luzu and his look alike there.

- i still keep thinking about breaking dawn and how forever is also considered richas's dad, and just thinking about it being kinda switched in this scenario. Cellbit walked into forevers life again an now richas has another dad to annoy the piss out of. Though i do feel him an jaiden would be at each others throats in investigation. She would totally be a foh member to me. He tries to take down them through HER.

- why jaiden? Shes probably the most visible with her apparent ability. I imagine her having hummingbird like abilities. Flying at such a fast rate it can change the force of wind itself, etc etc etc (running on coffee an headaches atm sorrie) but she KNOWS something. She knows the foh is fucked up. She knows its dictating the definition of right an wrong, but she doesnt have the power (YET!!!!!!) to kill them from the inside out.

- heros who are seen as the light amongst the city, vigilantes who are the underbelly of a growing problem/an antibiotic refusing to kill the infection, and singular villain who wants to put a stop to it for all. God. I am jn love with this au im sorry can u tell

- and then theres fucking SPIDER MAN. nobody knows who he may work for since, by the logic of q city, if your a vigilante, your working for someone else directly related to the foh, and being sponsored as such. But theres no calling for spiderman, theres even active "have you seen this person" signs around the city, marking them as a non verbalized threat to the standing of foh. Cellbits key.

- now he needs to convince his friends to help him find spiderman. For....... research. Yes. Totally. He wishes to interview spiderman in hopes to figure out "who he works for", which not really. Hes not the best at lying, nor was he really trying. He wants to crack down the foh to its rotten core.

- he even tries to ask roier for help at some point, right? He talks about the signs around the city, says its a shame that hes on a watch list- and how he swings around to actively web heros against the walls to stop them from hurting another person.

- and its convinent theyre on a coffee date (cellbit didnt even notice, roier did, an hes just awkwardly like... hahahahabah thats really weird why would spiderman stop him but also yeah i get that- why would thet get rid of MY hero <:((("

SORRY ITS SO LONG ENJOY THE RAMBLEEEE

WOW OKAY so let’s see:

1. It’s a lot like the Federation from the canon qsmp, but it’s also more overtly focused on ‘Protecting the City’ from superpowered threats. It stepped in to fill the shoes of the former police state, and by getting rid of the majority of police officers it both opened up opportunities for villains (and thus heroes and thus the Federation) and for heroes (see: previous parentheses.) The founder is anonymous, a “Mister Duck”.

2. I’m actually lowkey playing by MHA rules. Basically, at some point a couple of decades ago, kids started being born with superpowers. It was the more obvious ones that were discovered first, like a girl in France being born with little duck wings. Cellbit’s ability is less obvious, but his parents were constantly overly worried about him because babies and children are always very very scared of everything. Eventually he realized what was up when he was around nine or ten, but he didn’t really tell anybody because even back then he knew that he would “get in trouble” for it.

3. As for villainy, it was an accident. He needed money after his parents died (of sudden heart attacks, and he pretends he doesn’t know what that actually means), and he isn’t a very intimidating guy on his own, so he kinda… helped himself out a little. And it worked super well, so he kept doing it. And he kept doing it. And then he started going a bit overboard with it and the people he was robbing started dying, too.

4. And as for the murder, Cellbit and the hero were both civilians when they got into an argument. The hero, new to the whole thing, ended up using their ability and actually attacked him. He attacked back, notably without using his ability, and he accidentally killed them. The Feds were NOT happy about this, so they messed with the court proceedings and got him sent to prison for three years. But, hey, at least he got therapy there?

5 and 6. Jaiden is 100% working with the Federation in this au. She and Spider-Man are taking very different approaches to what is fundamentally the same issue here. I think her ability is more parrot-y, but she does work for them now. (It’s a very recent development.)

8-10. Spider-Man is a fan-favorite and the Federation does NOT appreciate him ruining their image!! And he knows that he isn’t well liked by them at the moment, and he doesn’t care because it’s fine if Spider-Man dies. He has a job to do, and he is going to do it.

11-end. And it’s a good thing that Cellbit is such a big Spider-Man fan! It’s something Roier thinks they can use to bond. Definitely. Bonding.

Anyways my current hobbies are now yapping to everyone about Crusher,Pickle and Blaze (like EVERYONE,no one is safe. The person I rambled a lot to is Flamy 👍)

Actually im gonna ramble now so prepare your reading skills NOW

Like Crusher is basically a menace to society who needs JAIL TIME (ik hes my fav character but like yeah,atleast 5 years of jail),he sent THREE CHILDREN away with his cheats,made so many cheats that are quite dangerous for the racers,usually a jerk to Blaze and the gang and just only cares about certain people (Grammy,Gherkin and Pickle) also I just judge for his crimes against racers,Pickle and his sisters dont really look alike which PROBABLY means his mom just ummm does it um yeah uh if ykyk (and they are all probably fatherless) also Pickle was definitely a stoner and Blaze just seems so naive especially because of how many near death experiences he had because of Crusher but STILL decides to hang out with him,I just feel so bad for Blaze he just deserves better and also,I genuinely dont even see them as friends,I see them as frienemies,Crusher only cares when he gets rescued by Blaze (examples: Flying Robot Rescue,Ninja Blaze,Runaway Rocket),needs help (example: The Super Skateboard) or makes Blaze feel bad just to give him what he wants (examples: Ice Treasure,Snow day Showdown),also Blaze is such a cutie bro over these 2 years I genuinely started to slowly love him more and more and seeing Crusher do bulls_it to him and Aj just makes me feel bad for him bro :(((

Also I wish the show would do like more chemistry and interactions between characters,its kinda lame especially since it doesnt have the comedy that season 1-3 had :/ It seems like Crusher,Pickle and Blaze have the most chemistry and its kinda s_itty cause like what about the other characters???? Also i kinda wish they would stop repeating the same plot but my brain kinda doesnt care and loves it anyway :D

Also fun fact I now I only ship Crickle (well I mean I always have been shipping them but oh well) and the reason why I dont ship others is because:

Man.... my dad's family.... 😵‍💫

So my dad has been really estranged from his entire family for most of my life. He had a sister and brother, both older than him (And both have now passed). His brother specifically cut all contact with the rest of his family (And finding out he passed during Covid was.. a trial to confirm). But i'm not sure why he and his sister didnt contact each other for ages - i think it was about my aunts husband? I think my mums called him a paedo in the past, which... uuhhhhh... yeah.... fair enough for cutting contact.

Anyway, close to 10 years back now my Dad got back in contact with his sister. Or, mostly, his sisters daughter. My cousin, N.

It feels weird calling her my cousin because IM closer in age to HER children than she is to me? Like, mentally i think my cousins-once-removed as my cousins?

Anyway theres 3 of them - A (M), J (M) and E (F). I dont know which order theyre born in. I barely know A, i somewhat know J and know far more about E. Theres... a reason why that is.

Anyway, Js getting married next year and its at some... rural cottage/ converted farm?

And the last time he saw him, he said hed make sure to get my family (parents, me, sisters) somewhere to stay AT the cottages.

Well today i find that someone decided the sleeping arangements would be.... me and E.

And i guess the point is theres 2 women with no other +1s, so stick them together.

And when my parents heard about it, they were both pretty pissed.

See, uh... E is... uh.... hard to deal with. The way my parents described it was... me and her are two opposite ends of the spectrum. You literally could not find 2 people who are less alike.

And the idea of having to spend 2 nights with her is Well its my idea of hell.

I dont know if theres an actual diagnosis, but theres a suspicion she probably has some kind of personality disorder? I dont want to say this in a bad way, and i know she kinda cant help it. But she almost cant see how her actions might impact other people around her, and has a severe reaction to not being the centre of attention. I get the impression shes got pretty poor impulse control?

..... And shes very hypersexual. Which is not me judging. Its just that im ~*~SEX REPULSED~*~ Like, everyone is welcome to do what they want with their body and with whoever they want. The thought of it being anywhere near me makes my skin crawl and kinda activates my flight or fight response.

So someone who potentially has poor impulse control, and is quite free with her sexuality.... is not the best person to sit in a room with someone actively squicked by even the most vanilla of shit. (theres also the possibility that, if shes in a relationship when this wedding happens, shes going to have one of her fits over not being able to sleep in the same room as her partner)

And, look, i dont talk about anything to do with my sexuality with anyone i know in real life. Including my family. I dont want to deal with the awkwardness of it all, having to explain what the hell i am and what it means. its easier online? But i can figure my parents probably realise i dont have a lot of interest in this stuff. Given im 32 and never talked about a relationship, lol.

My parents now have to deal with the awkwardness of telling N that "no, this arrangement isnt okay". Especially because they know N will say "oh she'll be fine". ..... Because she always does. And i get its her daughter? Shes the most used to E, and what shes like. ... but this is a wedding where shes not the centre of attention. My parents, and me, know shes going to act out? Because shes done it basically every time ive met her...

And i get N probably doesnt know ME that well to realise id probably be VERY uncomfortable around E. But she does also talk with my parents a lot?

But, i dunno, can you really be that blind to how your daughter acts (or so used to it) that youd think her sharing a room with anyone (shes not in a relationship with) was a good idea? 😵‍💫

And, like, i do want to stress nowhere do i want to sound hateful, or not understanding. But she, as a person, is someone who feels almost specifically tailored to be the opposite of me in every single way. And i simply cannot get along with someone like that! I can act friendly with her in small doses, but that does not mean i get along with her? It means im acting nice around family....

And this very thing is making my parents not want to go to this wedding. And its kind of a shame because J seems pretty well adjusted? And i dont want my parents to miss out on something fun. But they also dont want to deal with E, even if i pull the card of "oohh nooooooo, i cant afford this" as a way to wriggle out of it.

Raphael: 1) Mikey, 2) Leo, 3) Donnie

Reasons:

Oldest and youngest bond, Raph spoils Mikey silly and loves how Mikey looks up to him.

Leo, he's the only one who actually is semi-serious on missions (as serious as LEO can be, I mean) [insert rambling of Leo is ALWAYS the one to get the team back on track] and he respects Raph, to a degree, but listens to him as a leader! He knows that Raph is trying his best, and tries to help him as much as he can.

As for Dee, let me just sum it up in one sentence. "DONNIE! IF YOU DONT STOP IT WITH YOUR MIDDLE CHILD NONSENSE!!!"

Leonardo: 1) Donnie, 2) Mikey, 3) Raph

So first off, we all know that Leo and Donnie are twins, and Leo thinks of family as the most important thing ever. Therefore, we can already assume that their twin bond is the most precious thing in the world to him. As well, Donnie is the only one who will take part in Leo's pranks on their siblings (especially Raph). Donnie and Leo are so much alike, and again, TWINS!!!!! I cannot emphasize the TWIN BOND enough! It's so precious!!! ^D

As for Mikey, come on, HES ADORABLE! Mikey favors Leo, and so, therefore, it's only fair that Leo returns the heartfelt relationship! Mikey will paint on Leo's shell, will happily grab a slice of his Hawaiian pizza (the only other one who likes Hawaiian, but who am I kidding, he loves ALL types of pizza), and Leo finds the need to protect his youngest brother! You can truly see their relationship more emphasized in the episode with Baxter Stockboy. (Dexter Boxman?)

And finally, Raph. Let's just get this across, Raph isn't exactly one to trust Leo's decisions or plans. He sees Leo as the unserious jokester, but truly, Leo is a good leader! He stated very plainly in that episode with Lou Jitsu and the Kraken, "Why does nobody have any faith in me?" Raph especially, he thinks that being a leader is a burden that he has to bear alone as the oldest, and Leo doesn't like that. As the second oldest (yes, I think of Leo as the older twin), he also carries the family on his shoulders. He was originally supposed to be leader, but Raph kinda just took that spot, as he is the oldest, so it makes sense. But Leo is tired of Raph not having any faith in him! Don't worry, the brotherly bond still stands strong between the two, though. As well, Raph very much disapproves of his and Don's twin Shenanigans and pranks.

Michelangelo: 1) Leo, 2) Donnie, 3) Raph

Leo and Mikey get into so much trouble together! It's hilarious, and entirely adorable! Let me just get this across, Leo is beloved by all of his brothers, and he adores and respects them! And that is all Mikey wants! Is to be respected, to be seen as someone who can do things independently. As shown in that episode with the Lou Jitsu game, HOT SOUP, of which Mikey bought at an auction sale, he had full confidence in his abilities believing that he was ready to go on his first solo mission. Raph, being the over-protective older brother that he is, doesn't think he's ready. But Leo BELIEVES IN HIS FIERY LITTLE BROTHER! And that is all Mikey wants, is for someone to believe in him and his squills.

Donnie, ah lovely second-youngest Donnie. Them being the closest in age definitely brings them closer in bonding. We see on multiple occasions that Mikey and Donnie are a prominent duo and work immensely well together. As well, Dee is very protective of his only brother younger than him, and will go to the ends of the earth to make sure that he doesnt get hurt, whilst still letting the reigns go, knowing that he can protect himself. They get into youngest sibling Shenanigans all the time!

And finally, Raph. I kinda covered this with Leo already, but Raph doesn't believe in his youngest brother's abilities. He feels the need to protect, but Mikey can handle himself on his own! He's not a baby anymore. All he wants is the approval of his older siblings, and he's gotten that from Leo and Donnie, but not Raph. He's always on a leash with Raph, and he doesn't like it. He wants his independence, it's just a youngest child thing. (Not that I would know, being the second oldest, but I see it in my own family.) The youngest is always seeking approval, and is stubbornly independent!!! Still though, they do share an adorable youngest and oldest relationship.

Donatello: 1) Leo, 2) Mikey, 3) Raph

Twins. They are the best twins! They will constantly get into evil Shenanigans together, and Donnie LOVES IT! He feels he can truly relate to his twin, and Leo isn't constantly putting down his inventions. In fact, he full-on supports them! Donnie has a blue swivel chair in his lab exclusively for his twin bro (ever the prominent insomniac) for those nights where Leo can't sleep, and Donnie is up past midnight working on his inventions.

Mikey, do I really need to go on that rant again? Morale of this paragraph, looking through all of the episodes, Mikey and Donnie are most often seen together, and Mikey supports Don and his ingenious inventions with flying ambition! And paint...

Now, for Raph, I honestly feel really bad. So far, he's last on everyone's list. But he just doesn't trust Donnie's inventions like everyone else does, and he's sick and tired of Dee's "middle child nonsense".

Let me just make it known, I love Raph so much, and I'm not doing this to hurt him, but I'm just stating my opinion from what I've seen.

As well, with Donnie, he'll never admit that Leo is top of his list, he just pretends that Mikey is, for if Leo knew, he'd never hear the end of it. However, Leo does have a suspicion, call it a twin sense, if you will. ;)

Shadow!mike

So uh yeah suprisingly enough he does exist, but uh imma explain some stuff before he just appeared XD, so i think it happend after the whole rip out soul thing where mike shoved his soul back in and contuined the walk around, and then found a little place of the shadow realm that looked like a city, while mike was exploring he spotted a shadowy cat which seemed to trust him immediately when seeing him, and in the dream it played the little noise then noelle or susie fully join the party in deltarune and put text saying "the shadow cat joined your party" mike then had a thought of naming it, and then suggested some names (i forgot all of the names he suggested XD) and then the shadow cat picked the name "shade" so mike now has shade and stitchy on his party, and yes stitchy does kinda count as a pokemon cues of a fight with shadow!miki, stitchy kinda protected mike anyways, mike keeps exploring and spots some shadowy plushie cats that were moving around, they were called the patchworks, alot of them seemed scared of mike then they noticed him and skittered off, mike was confused but crouched down to one, who had a spot over his eye(also all the pathworks have differnt colored patches on them), the cat seemed scared but mike reached his hand out and then said "..hey its okay.....i wont hurt you...." which the cat was still cautious but slowly trusted mike, enough to join the party, this one i got to nickname and the only name i thought of for it was "spot" it liked it, and after that mike got up and contuined to explore, he left the little city and then encountered shadow!steven who seemed more pissed then normal and said "you traitor..." mike was obviously confused and said "what....do you mean?" and shadow!steven responded with "OH DONT TRY TO PLAY COY WITH ME YOU KNOW WHAT YOU DID, YOUR PROBABLY GONNA BETRAY STITCHY ASWELL", mike was still confused but now almost crying and just hugged onto stitchy(also this stuff might be a little out of order), after a bit(im unsure what happend cues after the crying scene the dream ended), mike arrived at a shadowy lake, and then meets shadow!mike who was just sitting by the lake, and then said "oh...hello...do you want to watch the water aswell", mike agrees and sits next to him to watch the water, now uh its hard to piecse together what happend cues i got multiple dreams of these 2 just chillin so imma just try to piecse it together here, so mike and shadow!mike chat for a bit, and mike asked "uh....so do you have any nicknames for your brother?" and shadow!mike awnsered with "raspberry....or....i call him....razz" mike was kind of suprised by this, and shadow!mike said another thing "ya know even tho he hates everyone with my name.....he is usually one big goofball, thats the main reason i nickname him raspberry cues his sweet like one....ha...i wish i could help get him back to the goofball he once was", now uh time for it to be more confusing, cues shadow!mike presumably said something that made mike mad and say "were nothing alike, sure we share a name but i actually care about my brother unlike you" which i think happend before shadow!mike just went sad boi, but im unsure, and also another thing that happend is mike giving shade to shadow!mike sense he was stressed and shade seemed to trust him, and shadow!mike just hugged shade and said "....kitty..." while crying, but uh ye, also another thing i forgot to say mike doesnt have dewdrop at all on his team in this dream which is weird, so i kinda think maybe dewdrop is missing but idk, anyways thats mainly it XD

i think today was a great day. and it somehow completely potrays my perfect daily routine without anything going in my way. which, Alhamdulillah, all came from Allah’s mercy that He helped me in each step of mine.

a great weather really, no, REALLY plays a big part in deciding my mood for the whole day. i love cold rainy days. i love listening to rain. i love staring at the rain pouring. sometimes its diagonal to the right, sometimes its to the left, sometimes its not even diagonal, its straight down. sometimes, i picture them as snow. they do look alike. although i know very well snow is basically rain on freezing days. its snow without the bone-chilling cold.

so i put on my shoes, as i step out of my house, it was the after-rain cold, leaves were scattered everywhere, sky was gray, took out my phone hoping to capture the feelings at that moment so i can reminisce it back, to only putting it back down because i know very well the camera lens wont do its justice and enjoying the present is much much better. no single photos were taken. i love it. Subhanallah.

the lines waiting for the train was not long only means the train is operating smoothly. phew. I dont know about train trips actually. Especially on peak hours. its either me keep scrolling my phone down, just mindlessly staring at something, or having so many thoughts running around. the other day when I sent off my dad to ipoh, I had a thought, how convenient Malaysia is, that my dad can travel to the outskirts without having to drive himself. and my thoughts went to, oh no, not just ipoh, you can go to even outside of Malaysia, by taking the train 5 mins from my house, to the airport rail, to the airport, and by airplane, you can go anywhere in the world? that doesnt make sense. its only 5 mins away to everything! then i thought, its crazy how the world is connected, picturing the globe. then it went to “who even built everything??” crazy.

anyway, thanks to the one who built this train, Ive arrived my office safe and sound.

Please dont ask me what is my job. If there’s one question that people hate the most is what is your job? or what do you do? atleast for me. you wont understand anyway, so I’ll just say I work in an IT department. “so you can hack people?” no, i cant.

So i solved our one last problem today, and we can finally Go Live with our system next monday. Go Live or (is it just Live?) is when youre launching your system to the real world. so i did that today Alhamdulillah.

i love my job. i love thinking for solutions and solving problems. its when i solved a problem i’ll be so happy and be as giddly like a little girl. but my job is just a job. i dont define my self, my life, even, with my job. I am someone who has a lot of hobbies, i do so many things at once. i learn, i read, i pray, i watch, i listen, i write. My job? is nothing of me. and i am glad that all of my teammates are like me too. sometimes I am curious of who they are after 6, but its okay, not knowing is a blessing. I love my job because first, it doesnt intefere my life, second it helps in supporting my hobbies.

my after work hours are when I got to be free in doing the things I love, back home, straight to the shower, after isyak, is my playground. If I’m kinda motivated, i’ll study for my korean. If im less motivated, i’ll take other fun alternatives, to read korean novels/poems. or if lesser than that, i’ll just watch youtubes. sometimes, I even got sick of korean i’ll switch to english. cause, my grammar too is rolling downhill. english is not by studying ofcourse, i’ll watch vlogs on youtube. particularly, british ones. i dont like american accent so much so no thank you. not that i have any negative thoughts about it but i just dont like the sound of it.

anyway, other than that, if you dont know me much, i love hanbin, i’ll go on twitter to have updates of him, or maybe if he’s online, i’ll talk to him. in korean, win win. i got to learn too. then maybe listen to his songs. or idk, anything related to him really. is what i enjoy doing lol.

Actually, why I thought about Hargrave being Dom's parent, since they really look alike, both at some point have feminine manner, both bodyguards, and have simmilar face type and hairstyle, only if Dom has longer hair.

Maybe Hargrave doesnt like Dom's behavior and kinda strict with him, but still loves him at some point and was with him when Dom was in depression.

And if look at Klipse's clones, they childish, chaostic, kinda softies but mad ones. It's like company of preschool baby children who are not angry, but scary chaostic.

Yeah, Dom and Hargrave do shared some looks and act alike, and after Six was introduced, Dom became his bodyguard kinda how Hargrave is not just Klipse’s butler, but also his bodyguard. But, Dom with Hargrave’s haircut? Give that man a few decades, and Dom can rock Hargrave’s hairstyle.

I think if Hargrave is Dom’s other parent, he’s just trying to make sure Dom doesn’t get into a ton of trouble with Klipse, and being a strict, if not exasperated, parent was how he’s going to care and protect him, it’s perfectly reasonable for him to act like that. Also, while Dom’s scenes in season three were, to say, minimal, at least we know he wasn’t abandoned by Hargrave nor Klipse when he lost Dragonburn, and was given a new Monsuno for his loss. I mean, Klipse isn’t the type to keep ‘useless’ things, so Hargrave had to have vouched for him to stay when Dom was in depression and cared for his mental health.

As for Klipse’s clones… They’re sweet, but psycho. A little bit psycho. Out of their minds at times. Make people curse, but can be blessings to others. We fans just keep coming back to them for seconds cause we can’t help it but be interested by them.

Hello!! After seeing what you wrote about xiaoven fics I went to see what things you usually write and omg, your archon Venti headcanons????? I am absolutely in love. So if it isn't annoying, could you talk about xiaoven or Venti or Xiao or whatever ship or character you like? I don't care what you are going to say, I just want to know more about your thoughts ^^

I- is this... bestie, this is essentially a free ramble pass- kerujsgheskdfug. Trust me when I say that in no way is this, and in no way will it ever be annoying in the slightest- i literally- lets just say rambling off thoughts is kind of my specialty, especially when provided a topic to branch off of because otherwise I'm just- really indecisive about it so- iujskdh yeah- 100% definitely down to talk about Venti, Xiao, and/or Xiaoven XD. Also, yes- it may have been awhile since i last posted one(cuz again, indecisive about which direction to take part 5), but the Archon War Era Venti headcanons are still without a doubt my favorite posts I've made. It's just such an interesting topic with such endless potential that so few people actually think about or consider or even realize is there, so i always just get really psyched whenever i see someone interact with them lol.

Anyway! onto the actual content!

- You see the thing about Xiaoven is that there's a lot of different ways that it could end up working out, and just personally my favorite way of portraying Xiaoven in my mind is as an unlabeled relationship because if anyone in genshin would give off that vibe its these two. And a number of other reasons.

- Firstly, I heavily headcanon Venti as being an aroace polyplatonic or perhaps heavily demiromantic. However, regardless of this I just don't think that Venti is really the kind of person to worry about how he should label his feelings, thinking it's silly to try to put them in one box or the other, especially with feelings and emotions being as fluid as they are in general. Plus it fits his whole God of Freedom vibe. I just- dont think he's the biggest fan of labels or social categorization in general.

- And secondly on the hand of Xiao... his defense mechanisms are very much ingrained in his personality. It's probably hard enough for him to not go into fight or flight(the answer is fight) at the slightest affection at first, at the slightest feeling of vulnerability. Even further down the line, with his fierce dedication to Liyue, I cant help but get the vibe that the moment he recognized that he was falling for Venti he would begin avoiding him, not only to avoid distraction from his duty, but to avoid corrupting him or losing him in general like he has with like basically every other person he gets close with(even believing that the cycle had repeated once more when he first heard of Morax's death)... now imagine Venti tryna slap a label on their relationship and tell me Xiao would have a positive reaction.

- The thing with Xiaoven.... honestly, i feel like theres more ways that it can go wrong than it can go right, but if they do manage to make their relationship work out, it's just simply beautiful in all terms of the word.

- Lets talk about killing. - During the Archon War, both were forced to kill a large number of people and gods alike- Venti out of a need to remain alive to protect Mondstadt, it's freedom, and the nameless bard's legacy by extent- and Xiao out of servitude to the god that was once his master

..... actually- break here- ive talked a lot about Venti on this blog but I havent actually spoken about Xiao all that much- so i should probably do that a bit first... do note though that my characterization of Xiao is pretty flexible actually- this is just- the possible characterization of him that i tend to favor as being the most- uh- "realistically complex"

Theres a line I saw this one time in a certain story: "He is a trained weapon. That's what he is, was, and always will be. You cannot change that so stop trying." And i just- think its a really interesting concept- that applies pretty well to Xiao now that i actually think about it. - the concept behind it is this: After spending more than a vast majority of his life killing or otherwise in battle, it's become a part of who he is, a normalcy that after centuries and centuries would be near impossible to get rid of or reverse, and even if it was possible, with his karmic debt constantly eating away at him its unlikely he has enough time left for that to happen. - it sounds like a cruel thing to say about him- but in context it's actually pretty layered and i think about it a lot. It's not as much a "he's a killer lol, that his whole personality" its more of a "The centuries of trauma he experienced have conditioned him into a constantly alert and battle ready mindset while also shaping his dehumanizing inferior-in-worth-but-superior-in-capability view of himself that would have likely been necessary to get through those time, and at this point he's been under that conditioning for long enough that it's essentially ingrained itself in his personality."

- the main idea is- it's a part of who he is, that needs to be accepted as who he is because its not something that he can just up and change. It's not all he is of course but his constant battle mode, as though always waiting to be ambushed or to be granted a new target to eradicate.

a couple character story quotes:

-"His past of service under the evil god had rid Xiao of his innocence and gentleness. All that remained within him was the means to kill and the weight of his sins. The only way he could be of service to mortals was in combat." -"Xiao does not feel any hatred. i feel like at some point this very nearly did consume his whole personality, almost turning him into nothing more than a being of slaughter under Morax's control, devoid of any "humanity" at all, consumed and corrupted by his karmic debt like his fellow yakshas before him. - until he experienced a moment of clarity- a song in the wind, the peaceful melody of a dihua flute. - and pulled back from the border of something he wouldnt have been able to return from, there a was a shift in his mind- a concept grown unfamiliar enough with time that it took him a great time to identify what it was; a curiosity. Something that there was no place for on the battlefield, something that by all means should have been completely useless to Xiao, and yet he held onto that curiosity, slowly regaining over time, a sense of who he was and who he could choose to be with each song that the wind chose to carry towards him every once in a blue moon.

and eventually that curiousity turned to longing. Longing "for a day to come when he will wear the mask and dance — not to conquer demons, but to the tune of that flute amid a sea of flowers"

...... uh- heh- if you couldn’t tell already i have a tendency to make my characterizations/analyses of characters more serious that i probably should. 

to summarize: Xiao is constantly toeing the line between his ingrained nature and his humanity- almost as though still trying to decide how much of that humanity he deserves to have, how much he is allowed to have, and how much is safe to have.

^looking back after writing this, i think the best way to explain it is that this is the view that i keep in mind/the lense that i tend to most enjoy looking through and refering back to while examining and/or analyzing his character, actions, story, lines, and overall personality.

idk- i kinda got off track but i just think its a really interesting interpretation to think about because it has some really interesting implications ig- it’s not the full extent of how i view him of course, but i kinda got ahead of myself and its long enough as is so ill just elaborate as i go- Lol i actually have in progress playlists for both him and venti and just- vibes- i could ramble about the playlists alone for hours explaining everything... It’s probably a problem- uh- ill keep going now lol.

anyways! stepping off the angst path for a brief break! Brought to you by their lines in the snow: both waiting for it to get thick enough, Venti for the purpose of a snowball fight and Xiao for the purpose of a tasty and nutritious breakfast.

but its actually something of note that Xiao doesnt actually need to eat so anything he does eat is usually out of obligation or enjoyment- so like.... snow.... like i dont blame him, but of all things- an adeptus who refuses to eat basically anything but almond tofu looks at the freezing-cold-floor-water that yeeted itself from above and decided at some point- damn- that seems more edible than basically ever single actually edible thing ever.... im gonna eat it- like- im glad if eating snow makes him happy but- at the same time...

He probably convinces Venti to eat snow too though and Venti wouldnt even resist I mean he’s wind and has probably consumed worse things in his time so- 2 anemo cryptids with glowing tattoos sitting in Dragonspine monching snow in the dead of night is an amusing thought to me.

- kay, now back to more serious-toned thoughts

One of the things about the ship that i really like is the different contradicting parallels between them:

A lot of how i view Xiao’s character is someone formed largely by the things he cant control and who was forced to accept that accepted that and learned to thrive in it as much as he can.  Venti on the other hand is surrounded by things he cant control and is ever adapting to control as much as he can while embracing whatever he cant as being part of the unpredictability of the world, seeing beauty in it. 

both of them have lost people and do what they do to honor their memory: Xiao continues to do what the Yakshas once did And Venti chooses to do what his friend couldn’t

Xiao’s power coming from himself  and Venti’s from others And both seem to appear to use their power for their own gain while truly helping others behind the scenes

both have killed a lot of people during the archon war Xiao views it as another necessary event out of his control and Venti would likely view it as a tragedy he chose to enact himself

and this is where we meet out balance

Xiao- contrary to how i think a lot of people view him as thinking of himself as a monster- seems canonically to have accepted this as part of his duty, as long as those he killed are not mortals. I dont think he enjoys it no- but someone has to do it and he’s just accepted that its a part of his duty Venti on the other hand-

See the beauty of the ship- as someone with an angst-centric mind- is this- these are two of the most traumatized mfers in the game 

Xiao is by far the one who needs the most help and who can serve to benefit most from the ship- but he is nowhere near self aware enough to recognize that there’s anything wrong or unhealthy about his mindset in the slightest-

whereas you have the contrast with Venti who sorted through most of his trauma with the nameless bard alone during the archon war and while the result appears more healthy- is still really not- but he’s not self aware of that either because i mean- who’s going to tell him? nobody even knows. 

however- venti is aware enough to notice flaws in Xiao’s mindset and “Venti” enough to want to help them through it-

Xiao- while not aware enough to recognize the flaws in Venti’s mindset, can recognize where it contrasts with his own, and is blunt enough to point it out- and then it’s out there to be mulled over- 

they’re so similar and yet so different and a feel just conversing between the two of them, being in each others precense, just being exposed to two mindsets that are so very different could do both of them a whole lot of good.

GEEE THAT BIT OF RAMBLING HAD LITTLE TO NO DIRECTION AT ALL- LET ME-- LET ME MAKE THIS START MAKING SENSE- WITH... DYNAMICS OR SOMETHING

I don’t think Xiao needs to sleep really- and i dont think that sleeping would do anything except make him uneasy at first- he’d probably just get nightmares after all he’s been through- but with Venti he would soon learn that it doesn’t have to be that way, lulled into the first peaceful sleep he’s had in... as long as he can remember.

anywho back to not making sense cuz im fickle and i think most questions about ships are best displayed through character interactions so like- a possible exchange thats cliche but cliches exist for a reason

Xiao: Why do you try so hard to help me, it isn’t easy. I know that much Venti, with the most adoring expression: Because you’re worth it, obviously Xiao: But surely there are others more deserving of- Venti: No Xiao, everyone is just as deserving as the next person, you included Xiao: Then why me above others? Venti: ehe, cuz ur my warrior of course [O//////O oh shit, hes right] Xiao: My contract is with Morax alone [gay panic but in broody yaksha]

it’s kinda difficult cuz neither of them really address their feelings.  I mean Venti does but he does it very indirectly and its rare that he ever does it with like- genuine directness- even spilling his backstory was in the form of a song- and told in the third person- so a lot of their interactions would often have some deeper meaning, especially with Venti being the bard he is. 

I come up with a lot of- errant thoughts about Xiaoven- but this is making me realize that a true analysis of their ship is rather difficult because it just encompasses so many dynamics so its hard to settle on just one and not go rambling about who knows what bouncing from one end of the ship to the other-  Because you truly can and thats the beauty of it

within one moment you can be having a heartfelt conversation about the archon war the impact of lost friends and times past, and the next moment Venti is trying to forcefeed Xiao an apple while Xiao screams about disrespecting the adepti and its just- so lovely

so while they have picnics with nothing but apples, dandelion wine, and almond tofu they can sit down and talk about the dreams Xiao once devoured, and the dandelion wine and apple cider that the first Ragnvindir invented from the plants that never could have grown in Old Mond. The foods that tasted of familiarity, or of the grilled ticker fish Pervases always used to eat, foods that tasted of friends and frankly family that had since passed, glaze lilies and cecilias and qingxin flowers scattered in the surroundings and woven into Xiao’s neat braids and Venti’s now messy ones, rebraided by the steady and inexperienced hands of one unused to gentle action. 

and then of course Venti steals Xiao’s tofu once the mood becomes too grim and replaces it with a bottle of wine that Xiao refers to as “vile poison,” a remark that fatally wounds Venti as he collapses on the floor, proclaiming how he can only be healed by a Yaksha’s kiss. Xiao ignores this of course and simply takes back his tofu with a slight smile on his face, but as Venti persists he soundlessly places a kiss on his own palm before intertwining their fingers and pulling him back up from where he was dramatically sprawled on the floor, grumbling about how such action was “unbecoming of an archon.” A sign of affection only Xiao would ever know about. But Venti is literally wind and I hc his senses work differently anyways so he definitely knows- plus Xiao’s face is red as the blood of his enemies and the way he is pointedly not looking at Venti at all really speaks volumes anyways. 

 -Venti playing epic battle music whenever Xiao goes into fights in what looks like a ridiculously extra performance to anyone else but is actually doing wonders to keep Xiao’s karma at bay

-Venti preaches the practice of “kissing wounds better” and Xiao is unfamiliar with this medical treatment but views it as unnecessary regardless because adepti have accelerated healing, doesn’t mean he’s going to stop him though. 

-Messages whispered on the wind

-Venti’s 1000 year sleep- an accident, not a fun time for the yaksha, and not a fun time for Venti once he woke up. Venti is actually more afraid of restful sleep than Xiao is, hence the sleeping in trees thing, but when Xiao is there, he can sleep restfully with faith that Xiao wont let another millennia slip through his fingertips. 

- Xiao tends to make excuses when doing things that aren’t necessary to his duty, like in his birthday voice line “Have this, it’s a butterfly i made from leaves... Okay. Take it. It’s an adepti amulet -- it staves off evil” because at the current point in his progress it helps him to feel like he’s allowed to do these things. Not wanting to put him off from progress, Venti never comments on his excuse but never fails to whisper a quick reminder of how proud he is of how far Xiao had come.

- Xiao’s karma saddens Venti greatly- not only because of how it effects Xiao but also because its a reminder that as much as Venti tries to honor the memory of those he’s killed, there will always be those who resent him for it, and when he took the option of living away from them, he truly can’t blame them. - And when he gets too wrapped up in thoughts, whether around this topic or similar ones or otherwise, eventually, he’ll hear the sound of a flute on the wind. It’s not divine by any means, but as his own wind connects him to the source, he gets the sentiment all the same. “What impact does one individual’s remaining wrath have on the present. You have done much to help the living in the present” the unspoken idea that Xiao has included himself in that statement, because now, with Venti’s help he’s beginning to learn just how to experience living for himself. 

- Venti’s form and Xiao’s mask are off limit topics though because if either mentions it the other will counter with the opposite and the mood will turn immediately bitter at the idea that both know that what they’re doing is destructive but neither are willing to change

- Venti who has different tells for negative feelings than most people because as much as he likes to pretend it is- this form isnt his, and Xiao who is able to identify those

- many fanfics and headcanons have Venti recognizing when Xiao is uncomfortable and getting him out of those situations. I see that and I love it but i raise you: - Venti taking Xiao to Mondstadt, careful that he doesn’t get to the point that he’s uncomfortable. And nothing goes wrong exactly, but Xiao notices the the way Venti’s cape is blowing in the wind, the way he’s holding his weight, barely on his feet so much as floating on the wind, connected with the ground only for the sake of appearance, all the while he looks just as happy go lucky as ever. And without a word, he grabs his hand and teleports them both out of Mondstadt.  - turns out it was just a slight thing that reminded him of the archon war (cuz i will die on the hill of him having more tragic backstory than just Decarabian), and he of course gives a sincere if not flustered thanks to Xiao, because he’s really not used to people noticing. 

- Venti trying to vent sneakily through fictional stories and Xiao is just like “Didn’t that basically happen to you” and Venti is just like “<_< shit”

- Venti once said affectionally that he wished he had met Xiao sooner and Xiao immediately and seriously shot it down by saying “If you had, I would have been forced to kill you” and both of them now stay up at night wondering who would have won that fight, not sure which result would have hurt more. (because honestly I have no idea who would win in that fight and that terrifies me- I like to think it would have been one of those legends that end with “and the fight persists to this day” or something along those lines)

- “How long have you been together?” “Adepti have no need for-” “1000+ years T^T how dare you deny our love” “O///O our...? ...useless”

- its disney- let me explain- i have this- i have this headcanon inspired by watching too many animatics- - so venti has a human form that isnt his- which he would have had to get used to moving in- and he’s a bard- - uh- anyway- as a third degree black belt in mixed martial arts, i can speak as an authority on this(not really an authority since i havent gone since quarantine but lets pretend). We have a thing referred to as the big three(most things do), and those things are martial arts, gymnastics, and dance. The idea is that they reflect really well off of each other and the best in any one category are good in all three. Timing, balance, form, discipline, technique, hand-eye coordination, grace, ease of motion, they all play a part- anyway-

- Venti taking Xiao’s prowess in martial arts and acrobatics and teaching him how to dance, and as someone who’s extremely skilled in the first two, the third comes easy to him, almost naturally. And it’s delicate and beautiful and lovely and it isn’t hurting anyone. And Venti points all these things out and more and despite how much Xiao insists that he feels ridiculous he truly does enjoy it and it goes a long way towards helping him form more healthy views of himself and his worth.  - Verr Goldett walked in on him once and made a joke about performing at the inn. unfortunately Venti was there and agreed on Xiao’s behalf before he could protest and- and it wasn’t as bad as Xiao thought it would be... he still wouldn’t do it again though without reason, but with good enough reasoning he could probably be convinced. 

- anyways point is he likes dancing to Venti’s songs and i just think that’s really cute - just picture the idea that all the animatics you see actually have the potential to be canon- ugh

- venti tries holding something out of Xiao’s reach since he’s taller and Xiao just fucking teleports 

- both need their space but when they dont, all they have to do is speak the other’s name and they’ll be there.

- and because i just had to.... love languages

- lets start with Xiao- i don’t think he’d view acts of service or quailty time as a love language tbh, and he blunt but really bad with words so affirmation is out, leaving gift giving and physical touch. However, he seems to view most material things as meaningless so- - Xiao who’s love language is in his fleeting touches, something he’s only recently grown comfortable with because of Venti, and now is giving back, which he knows he doesn’t have to do, but that he want’s to, though he’ll still continue to make excuses for each one. “you were shivering” “The inn is high up, you could have fallen..... I said what I said, you’d question an adeptus?”

- and as easy as it is to say words of affirmation for Venti- he does that for everyone- i want to say his is actually acts of service - its the acts of service that let him see just how much Xiao has progressed afterall, from teaching him to dance, to playing another song on the flute, to supplying him with the almond tofu he seems to enjoy so much. Every little thing he does helps Xiao to grow and he couldn’t be happier about that.

- of course most of my headcanons for the ship do take place latter into the relationship because- y’know the less serious unhealthy vibes allow for greater range of thought, but i do still love to think about the serious implications so i kinda hopped back and forth. So sorry about how messy it is btw, i kinda- got carried away- it kinda got some kind of structure near the end tho so- maybe it’s okay. anyway- back to... lol something, we’ll see where thought forests lead.

...Five years later I read bites of my own oldest novels/fanworks (unfinished in most of cases) and my oldest version of a Petunia, holy heck is she so strong and good as a role model?? I am impressed at past myself showing this in a way where she doesnt look like a Sue / imba. Petunia has an OCD, in a bad way and normally can’t stand anything that is even v slightly dirty/dusty/etc (very canon-linked) But when she sees a person who clearly needs help, she actually forgets herself and rushes to try and help them Like in this piece [x] There was a young man all covered with blood and dirt But she helped him to get up, even as that meant getting her clothes dirty Anyway That version of Petunia is kinda alike a beta version of a Cornelius, but daring and less suppressed regarding feels. I honestly cant find much of flaws in my old works, despite the fact I am very strict to myself- kinda says about something here.

like i said, our lads are familiar with the concept of neurodivergence so theyd probably be confused and maybe slightly alarmed at certain human stims, but for the most part its just another semi-surprising new part of a new culture. not sure what else to say on the matter; there’s no dramatic reactions or anything to be had here.

here are some stims for the crew, instead:

Logan - he stims physically and mentally through the constant, contained movement of his arms! most ulgorii don’t constantly mindweave like he does, and when they do reach out with their arms, its to make contact with others for telepathy purposes. (with his constant movement but refusal to engage others, Lo would be considered both somewhat hyperactive and fairly reclusive back home.) sometimes when he’s stuck on a problem or equation, he’ll just weave the same hand-pattern over and over again until he get it. when he’s really excited he’ll accidentally break whatever info hes weaving to just flap his hands around for a moment. he has totally accidentally smacked everyone on the mindscape once or twice, but he’s got little twig limbs so nobody got hurt :P

Patton - vocal stims! part of the reason he has so much fun showing virgil new words or tunes in Ampen language; the Human doesnt mind just repeating the chirps back to him for as long as he wants, even if he fixates a little! he would really vibe with the human experience of saying some nonsense Good Mouthfeel phrase over and over while wandering the house. he likes to fill the air whenever its quiet, and often trills in whatever repetitive pattern he’s feeling that day on and off throughout the hours! it actually helps the rest of the crew know where he is, just by a little three note tune occasionally playing somewhere in the background as he moves through the ship. for both virgil and roman especially, its really reassuring background noise.

Roman - ro’s stims are for the most part very physical, from whole body stuff like rocking/folding over into a ball or moving his tail back and forth rhythmically, to small stuff like scrunching and unscrunching his nose or opening and closing his claws/hands. he also really likes the sound of when his scales click and shift against each other (patton agrees) so sometimes he will just do that to listen to the noises. he counts breaths compulsively when hes afraid, though the new sensory grounding trick logan picked up has been helping him recently. he doesnt like to do these things in front of others and will repress them in public, but over time he’s gotten to trust pat and lo enough to casually stim on the Mindscape.

Virgil - perhaps unsurprisingly, lots of the self-soothing stuff virgil has developed over the past few years is actually pretty maladaptive when taken too far, like pulling on his hair/chewing on himself/scratching incessantly at the inside of his elbow/ect. to focus when hes freaking out. he tried to avoid any kind of stimming once around patton and the others, since he kind of figured that theyd be freaked out and/or upset with him, but patton is a very perceptive friend and everyone on the mindscape knows very well that Brains Can Be A Fuck. patton has started a veritable hoard of chewable stuff, since virgil tends to actually break a lot of them on accident, and logan has looked into researching braiding because virgil is less likely to mess with his hair if it’s pulled back/in a hairstyle. despite what virge thinks, neither of them are responsible for the box of hairties that mysteriously appeared in his room.

badgerfang i think a lot of us have a big ol soft spot for, but ought i really care him and his family i think it needs more than jusT the badgerfang death like for real

one of the biggest reasons i wanna learn to animate is because i wanna make a badgerfang and flintfang amv! it would be sdkg more about flintfang because i think he’s a neat character who has a lot of potential for development 

like mAN you ever stop and think about not only was flintfang sad over badgerfangs death because it was sad, bUT also because badgerfang was his sisters kit AND to the thought of blackstar is flintfangs brother. flintfang had to deal with playing a hand in badgerfangs death then watch his brother loyally follow brokenstar, then tigerstar 🥺

baypaw was the first of his lil chunk of family i design, i didnt have a sorrelstripe design made yet so i ultimately decided to base his design on his grandpa Lionblaze. smaller fluffy lionblaze.

Beechfur

beechfur , riverclan warrior under mistystar’s leadership

i imagine beechfur is be EXTREMely accident prone, from the first instant of getting sick and healed by leafpool all the way up till the end. He is in and out of the medicine cats den constantly. and through this formed a big ol crush on the pretty medicine cat apprentice Willowshine who has had to full on decline his feelings. he is not the only one who has had this treatment, many a riverclan cats have found themself charmed by willowshine

Beechpaw

Beechpaw, a apprentice of ancient skyclan who were forced to leave the forest territory.  i imagine beechpaw was of the few cats who did everything he could to keep the others in good spirit while they tried to find their home, which often came to the annoyance of all his distraught clanmates. he never stopped doing all he could to put a smile on their face until he died.

he was the last apprentice cloudstar named a warrior and only lived a few moons after becoming one.

warrior names i like for him are like Beechshed or Beechshine

slight update to my beenose design because i want her to fit my newer darktail group clown aesthetic 

another design note is her and her siblings all are themed after a diff color of the rainbow, beenose is yellow. their mom snowbird has a pale rainbow pattern and each other her kits is a diff color of the rainbow

Beetlewhisker

Beetlewhisker is another one of my quiet favorites i have, and it is because of the error of him being alive for SO many books after he died.

like !!! bitch had a HUGE major death and went on to live for a long time aND be listed as a cats mentor (which i think that has been changed now)

i love the idea of in a way beetlewhisker WAS with the clans that long after his death. that due to his death was in a way locked in the dark forest, his soul stuck there. but because of the ways of the dark forest cat’s he was chased out, and unable to enter starclan having died in the dark forest, now cursed to live in limbo.

He walks to the grounds of riverclan watching over his clanmates while they rest hoping that no one else is to be preyed upon by the dark forest like he was ever again. 

theres ghost stories of riverclan cats seeing the shape of a cat shining brightly when hit by moonlight. a peaceful spirit of the past who protects them.

and in design 100% his design was made to look like that of a smeleton bones lol

Bellaleaf

he actually is a very good warrior, he stays on top of his task and brings in the prey. his biggest problem is his ego and his need to get in others faces all the time

i love when he’s paired with lionblaze because their stupid rivarly is so good i really wish it was more plot important and lasted longer i LIVE for best friend rivals lion and berry

buT i also love him with jayfeather for the simple dynamic of the one cat who would probably hate him more than anyone else but oops he’s in love to

Birchface

the biggest thing i can say about birchface is 100% birchface watched over mapleshade’s kits, doesnt let appledusk or his own family hurt them. He treats them like his own.

in AU’s where birchface lives i defiantly can see him having a HUGE crush on mapleshade and being much like thrushpelt was to bluefur. being as a surrogate dad for her kits and keeping the secret.

in my main AU with mapleshade dieing and getting a redemption its mostly the same except they become a sweet happy family together in starclan.

he’s a big goofy dad type and his father had hoped he would become leader one day, but worried that he was too lax with the code and not as driven to fight as others and began to think he would have to rely on frecklewish instead. then they both died and he ended up turning to his youngest son pinefur

Blade

this is just a one time ghost cat buT  i like the design i made for her.

im all here for dark forest cats having this black oozing mark from where they died, starclan gets being covered in stardust and maybe having from pretty plats or glow or other representative stuff on their death. but ghost cats are loUD with their mark of death. its a nagging weight they carry around based on their inability to move on to their respective afterlives. For blade its giant bright red tire marks that slowly circle around her body.

i think as sad as it is, i can imagine blossomkit to be badgerfang’s sister, just another sad thing to think about for fernshade’s litter. the potential idea of all her kit’s dying because of brokenstar

a warrior name for her that would been cute woulda been like Blossomglaze or blossomsprout

Bluebellkit

bluebellkit sure disappeared from the books. she’s one of those kits that like, she already had a mouth full of a name and i wish i coulda seen what they woulda named her as a warrior

but she’s another one of snowbird’s rainbow themed kids, her ofc being the blue one.

i think a cute warrior name for her could been Bluebellwhistle or bluebellfoot

idk a lot about actual bouncefire, i think the only books with any real characterization in it was ones i havent read

buT id really like to imagine growing up he saw his mentor patchfoot as a father figure and was ultimately the reason patchfoot and his mom got together. and bouncefire being absolutely ecstatic about it. thinking patchfoot is the coolest guy

the other thing vaguely mention in these but would probably be more prominent in his og story

but brackenfur is quietly the biggest mess in the family. Being on pare with confidence and energy as cinderpelt when they were young, after her accident somethin changed for him. he loved his sister but is a big distant. but its hardly noticeable between the two as they worked very separate jobs in the clan

then his other sister, brightpaw has her accident and brackenfur begins to question something

but when he his the last to leave in the thunderclan group to their new home he stops and looks back at his mother frostfur who is old and frail look, though she wasnt young the damage of the forest hit her hard. 

this when brackenfur decides starclan has it out for his family, especially the mollies. they were cursed he was sure.

moons later he is expecting his kits with sorreltail, letting his mind rest on the idea, the crazy notion that some greater force wanted the she-cats in his family dead. 

then the day his kits arrive cinderpelt dies to the badgers. he pushes down these feelings down again it was the time. But he couldn’t help but think that, if leafpool was there, if starclan had given them a sign of the badgers, anything. maybe cinderpelt might have lived. but he pushes it back down and tells himself it was a warriors death

and then his daughter, cinderpaw is struck by the tree and the stirring in his mind grows stronger. why has starclan done this to his family

then honeyfern gets bit by the snake. how could starclan be so cruel, their always so young.

then his sweet sorreltail fought strongly for her two young daughters future

and on his own, forced to watch seedpaw drown and lilypaw be haunted by what happened.

the women in brackenfurs family is cursed and he bears the burden of relizing it, of living and watching each of them suffer until the end

to the ones that lived and are happy still, with no burdens in their lives he watches happily making sure NOTHING bad comes their way. he would fight starclan themselves to make sure his family is safe and happy

Breezepelt

in design Breezepelt has a p average length tail. which for him is a huge disappointment. His father crowfeather has a long slender windclan tail, a trait that is held to high standards in his family. a trait passed all the way down from windstar herself who had the longest and most beautifully windy tail. 

Breezepelt has a angry spot about this because he feels lacking and especially disconnected to his father. BUT double this with jayfeather having only half windclan blood has a tail even longer than crowfeathers 

i also would NOT put breezepelt with heathertail, i dont see any reason for it. like first off this bitch gay, id love for him to have a boyfriend and it think it should be berrynose because one, their both terrible i think it be funny and i also think its funny to ship berrynose with lionblaze or jayfeather so im like, whats another brother (to be clear not shipped all together, this is separately) and two, the idea heathertail and poppyfrost lesbian could exist

then the big BIg thing is, i would take breezepelts character and gut what happened in crowfeathers trial out of both him and crowfeather

i based her design off sakuras and bleed heart doves. idk what possessed me but when i went to design her i knEW she was gonna be pink she needed to be she deserved it

briarlight buff as shit in her forlegs she loves trying to rope leafpool and jayfeather into lil strength contest she always wins (sometimes she will let leafpool win on days she needs it) 

her and jayfeather are wlw/mlm best friends. jayfeather calls her pidge which started as a mean nickname that she simply loved and embraced fully

also in my AU with medicat lionblaze i can very much see briarlight and lionblaze being very sweet friends. like big strong lionblaze who is actually docile and compassionate about his work and briarlight loud and rooting him on

Brick

swear to god until i got back into warrior cats this year i had always thought brick was a lady and her and bone were suppous to be scourges like adoptive bad parents jkdg

anyways im still with that, she/her agender brick who adopts their terrible son scourge and is in a monogamous partnership with bone’s. strictly business defiantly not married, they just have a son together. 

Brindlewing

idk a ton about her, but from her wiki it dsjkgh doesnt look like theirs  alot

but i’d like to imagine she’s a very anxious girl and struggles in crowds especially around cat she doesn't know. she feels more comfortable when one of her sisters is with her or her grandmother nightcloud. Nightcloud has always been a source of self confidence for her and they love each very much.

Brindlewing also inherited crowfeather’s family long tail that skipped breezepelt. Brindlewing holds the tail in her mouth as a means of helping her anxiety.

Bristlefrost

a biG design overhaul for my bristlefrost design, i really didnt like the old design i made her. wanted her to be a lil darker colored and in general have a cuter design

i gave her diff color eyes to mark her double agent status one eye green like her fathers and the other sharing the same blue i use for ashfur’s eye color

i kept her with the one white paw which i give to any descendent of jake, just because canonically she is ivy and ferns kid.

but in my rewrite their not togeather. Fernsong was a kittypet or a loner who had lost their mate and home and was found by ivypool caring for his three kittens alone. this is more fernsong headcanon, but bristlefrost is there

bristle and all the kits love ivypool they look up to her big time and all wished she was their mentor when they became apprentices. 

bristlefrost often confides in her father when feeling guilty or unsure of herself and he is always there for her

Bristlekit

half brother to tallstar

i imagine woolytail’s family seems to have a high mortality rate with their kids with only one maybe two usually making it to adulthood. bristlekit would die before becoming an apprentice and spent time in starclan with finchkit and later rabbitkit waiting for wrenflight and tallstar.

if bristlekit made it to being a warrior id like to think he was named Bristlefeather or Bristlefoot

Brook where small fish swim

teeny update to my brook design to give her small white fish dots matching her brothers spots

her general design is mean to be loosely based on a mountain lion. 

she got strong powerful mountain climbing body

i also wish her romance was better developed and wasnt like based in a lot of white savior romance plots given to native and native coded characters

in general the tribe really shoulda just been written better

Brownpaw

brownpaw, brother to littlecloud killed mosspaw as a kit on accident and was apprenticed for it by brokenstar

i imagine him and his brother wetfoot killing mosspaw effect them both deeply. for wetfoot it shook him to the core and made his doubt his own claws

for brownpaw it set him down the path of destruction. brokenstar rewarding him for what happened with mosspaw was the biggest enabler

brownpaw would go on to be a blood thirsty apprentice who would throw his young life away under brokenstars order of attack.

had he been made a warrior i think brokenstar woulda named him Brownmoss claiming he had earned the name when he took it from mosspaw.

Bug

design for bug because i think the book she was in didnt exist when i originally started drawing every warrior cat

bumblestripe’s character makes me sad

im SUCH a millie stan and for one of her kids to be disabled then treated like garbage to the end of her life and written super ablest and then her other two kids are total shit heads? makes me sad

i wish at lEAST millie and graystripe had a second little, maybe just one total sweetheart

and its been forever since i read the books. but i remember bumblestripe being a real nobody characters just very generic personality until romance plot for dovewing came into play. and now he super sucks!

i wish he coulda just been a good character who loved dovewing, is sad and kinda jealous of her feelings for tigerheart but in the end respects her decisions and even admires her courage to follow her heart even if it led her over the borders.

Buster/Rippletail

slight buster redesign to fit more in the circus clown look from when he was in the kin
