Kanji: 破壊力 hakairyoku "destructive power", the ability to destroy something in particular Furigana: チカラ chikara "power, strength, capacity, ability"

Allen's arm doesn't just have strength, it has the specific ability to erode Dark Matter due to being Innocence, and that's what tips off the Akuma. [ ♠ ]

能力も未知数だ nouryoku mo michisuu da. "Michisuu" can mean either just "unknown" or "an unknown quantity of", so it's not clear whether he's saying that they don't know what ability (singular) it has, or they don't know what abilities (possibly plural) it has. L2s do seem to gain at least one specific ability on evolving, but I'm not sure there's proof they only get one, so... ambiguous. [ ♠ ]

災厄招来 saiyaku shourai "calamity invite/invitation", as in "issue an invitation to disaster", even potentially "summon". [ ♠ ]

界蟲一幻 kaichuu ichigen: invented compound that has confounded translators for almost twenty years now. My take:

♦ kaichuu, the provided furigana reading, is the word for worms of the Ascarididae family: roundworms, mawworms, large intestinal worms in general.

♦ 界 kai has two major meanings: "world" and "boundary". Some translations have gone with "world (of) bugs" for this reason, but looking at the way Kanda seemed to slice open the air onto some in-between dimension and let the bugs out, I figured "boundary" might be the more accurate choice.

♦ 蟲 mushi is the old, more complicated version of the kanji currently used for insects, 虫. A fun thing here is that while it does directly refer to literal insects, it also refers to something like the human id, the unreasoning emotional force driving human action, the "lizard brain". To "kill one's mushi" means to hold one's temper, for instance. So one could theoretically read 界蟲 as "world's id", haha. I didn't because the attack is literally insectoid, but The More You Know™, right?

♦ 一幻 ichigen = "one" + "illusion", but not the version of "one" that functions as a counter the way it would in English, so it doesn't mean "one (single) illusion" but rather something more like "#1 illusion".

♦ Yes, it's odd that "Illusion #1" is in quotes rather than Boundary Bugs, but that is how it's written, so. [ ♠ ]

In the RAWs, the code phrase is written first in English — "have a hope" (sp.) — and then in Japanese, 希望を持て kibou wo mote. Since, as I mentioned in an earlier footnote, I suspect that English and some form of Chinese are the major languages used within the Order, I chose to write it first in Chinese (which I don't know, but Hoshino also didn't know enough English to translate it well either, so cut me some slack lol) and then in the primary language, English.
