Its my last 15 minutes in Punta Arenas as I stroll back from a local cafe. I’m struck by the vibrant colours of the many homes I pass by, made particularly so by the azure skies above with the occasional fluffy cloud. It’s a striking contrast to the weather we experienced during our 3 weeks away involving multiple modes of transport from land, sea and air, to finally arrive at Cape Horn, the southernmost island in the world. It’s been an absolute adventure and I’m grateful for the amazing (plus challenging) experience and the very wonderful people I met and worked with.
