am I the only one who likes making toy AUs?

Ok I’m writing the ask stories I haven’t answered yet, but hear me out…new au idea that I have very few plot for about but a general idea about:

Ok so Tubbo lives with his dad and his aunt, Schlatt and Puffy. Tubbo and Schlatt just moved into Puffy’s house from a really small apartment, and Tubbo was exploring when he found a giant old looking dollhouse in the basement with antique looking dolls inside. He thinks it’s pretty neat, but he’s to old to play with toys so he only goes down to look at it sometimes. He does think it’s a bit weird, though, that the dolls never seem to be in the same position he left them in.

One day, though, Schlatt decides that the dollhouse is taking up a lot of space and it seems pretty expensive, so he wants to sell it. Tubbo is pretty ok with it, since he doesn’t use it much anyways, and Schlatt and Tubbo need more money, so they can eventually move out and get their own house.

Puffy decides to sell the dollhouse to one of her therapy patients, Ranboo, who she wants Tubbo to meet since she thinks they’d be good friends, but at the last minute Tubbo decides to keep the dolls. He doesn’t know why, but he just likes having them around. So he puts them on a shelf and doesn’t think much of it.

…until the next day when he wakes up and they’ve moved. He puts them back on the shelf just a little freaked out until he leaves and comes back to find them gone again.

This goes on for a little while before he becomes really scared of what’s going on and tries to do a seance of sorts in case the old dolls are possessed.

So he goes to the basement and sets one of the dolls, the short blonde blue eyed one, on the floor in front of a ouiji board and closes his eyes…only to hear small shouting, which stopped immediately once he opened his eyes. But the doll seemed to have taken a step.

So Tubbo picks up the dolls and closes his eyes, at which point the talking starts again. The voice, which calls itself Tommy, says that he’s the doll, and that he and his family is cursed.

Around a hundred years ago, he explains, his family and their house was cursed for a reason that they don’t know. Their house was shrunk and they were given immortality, but at the cost that no one would ever know what happened to them, because they would freeze when eyes were focused on them. Over the years, they were sold around, and eventually ended up in the basement of Puffy’s house, where Tubbo found them. And now Tommy and his family, who he said were named Phil, Techno, and Wilbur, were left homeless as Schlatt had sold the dollhouse.

Tubbo felt really, really bad about it, especially when he opened his eyes and saw a frozen doll Tommy with glassy tears in his eyes. Tubbo at that moment swore to do the best he could to help the “dolls.”

PART ONE AND PART TWO!

(Summary; kageyama get birthday money and decides to buy a baby bird! What baby bird? Who is the bird? Read more to find out!)

Yesterday was Kageyama's birthday, his parents gave him 100,000 yen ($1000) he has never been giving that much for his birthday before. He had no clue what to spend it on! One day after volleyball practice he went looking around town square. He continued walking until he came across a rare antique shop with exotic animals. He stopped and looked around when a bird in a cage caught his eye. This bird was small, it could fit in a teacup, and it had orange feathers on his head. It kind of looked like a wig?

The bird's cage was small, so small that he hardly had any room to move. Kageyama looked at the birds orange, sparkly eyes then decided he needed to have a pet bird, but not any pet bird, this one. Kageyama walked into the dark small store, went up to the desk and said kind of loud.

“I need the bird,”

“Oh, but that bird is-"

Said the old lady but then got cut off.

“I don’t care the price I’ll get it!”

Shouted Kageyama

“I understand but that bird is special. Ya see that bird is no ordinary bird,”

“what do you mean?”

“That is all I can tell you, still interested? "

“Of course!”

“ok then, it is 100,000 yen,”

That’s odd. Kageyama thought to himself.

“That is exactly what I have on me,”

Kageyama walked out of that store as a new pet owner. But Kageyama has owned no other pets besides fish before. He needed to ask someone how to care for a bird.

*Kageyama on the phone*

“Hello?”

“Hello..?” Replied a familiar voice,

“Who is this?”

“It’s Kageyama, I need some help, Yamaguchi.”

“Why do you need help from me?”

“You seem like the only person who would know about my problem.”

“Fine, what is it?”

“How do I care for a bird?”

“Really?”

“...”

“Ok, you will need bird seed, water, a proper cage..”

*Kageyama is writing it down on paper*

“Toys, a salt thingy...”

Yamaguchi continues listing..

*a few minutes later*

“All right, thank you! Bye,”

Kageyama hangs up the phone then walks to the nearby pet store, Pets R’ Us, once he enters he grabs everything on his list then continues on his way home. While he is walking he notices that the bird in the cage starts to shake and looks cold. He takes the bird out and then places it in his scarf.

The bird snuggles up to his neck and then slowly falls asleep. This bird is no older than 2 weeks, so it is extremely tiny and tired.

Once Kageyama arrives home, he sets up the cage with the food, water, toys and a couple more things. Then he places the bird into the cage. Kageyama gets into his night wear and lays in his bed.

“Good night bir- “

Kageyama realizes he hasn’t named the bird yet.

“Oh, you don’t have a name,”

“There was no name on the cage,”

“hmm,”

*Kageyama thinks*

“Well, your hair is orange kinda like the sun, and Hinata means Sunny place so why not that?,”

“ok then goodnight, Hinata,”

Newly named Hinata decides it’s not bedtime. He wants to play, Hinata shakes the door of the cage with his beak.

*SHACLANG SHACLANG SHACLANG*

...

*SHACLANG SHACLANG SHACLANG*

“Ugh” says Kageyama, then he gets up and walks over to the bird.

“What do you want?”

*SHACLANG SHACLANG SHACLANG*

“OkAy, OkAy!”

Kageyama then opens the cage and slowly takes out Hinata then carefully walks over to his bed, and sits down. He has some old sunflower seeds and after asking Yamaguchi, if birds can eat them, he gives Hinata one. Hinata then cracks open the shell and eats the seed inside.

"You are pretty smart, that must be why lady from the store said you are [not ordinary],"

Kageyama then lays down on his bed and places Hinata on top of his chest, still continuing to feed him seeds. Kageyama slowly drifts off. Once Kageyama is asleep Hinata decides to take a walk, Hinata walks out of Kageyama's room and continues down the hallway. The next morning, Kageyama jerks awake.

“HINATA!”

He shouts.

“Where is he?”

Kageyama then dashed out of his room and starts looking everywhere, under the couch, under the fridge, under his mom's bed, then he enters the TV room and the television is turned on. And right there sitting on the couch on top of the remote is...

“Hinata?”

Said Kageyama out of breath.

Kageyama then walks over to Hinata, places him on his head and starts watching tv along with him. Just glad that Hinata is okay. “Being a new parent is stressful,” he thinks to himself

Meanwhile, Hinata is taking a nap on Kage’s head, without a care in the world.
