Something I've noticed Abt like weird rich ppl is that they will like. Insist on paying for things and coming back in if they noticed something wasn't scanned or whatever. I've seen ppl who were accidentally mischarged and got 100s of dollars of product for free instead of just taking it like any sane person would They fucking come back in and bring attention to it and insist on paying for it which is more likely to get the cashier in trouble than straight up STEALING would

#my roommate let a guy have a soda for free the other day and the dude like. came back in and thanked them and tried to pay for it #while thier manager was like right there #and i had a customer who was mischarged for like 100 rolls of bread and was charged for like 10 of them and somehow didnt notice #until going thru thier receipts like weeks later and then coming back in the store and paying for the difference #like 😦#do u realize how much fucking bread gets thrown away daily jesus fucking christ #who cares if u stole 200 dollars worth of bread u realize we probably throw away like 3x that amount every day #also like im sure coming in and showing the receipt with the cashiers name on it who basically let u steal 200 dollars worth of bread #is 100% going to get them in trouble more than outright stealing and just not bringing attention to it would
