uh i definitely didn't forget that i wanted to do all my topstitching in contrast thread, no this was entirely intentional..........

anyway aside from that, ive pretty much assembled the corset as far as i can right now! this particular bit is the back lacing section, i freehanded all of this and i think i did pretty good!

#i need to press all my seams and then im waiting on supplies for this i think #dndnnd freehanded it makes it sound a bit wilder than it is- coutil is striped and also creases real easy #so i folded it; sewed the 1st line the width of my presser foot; did the next 15mm away and then pre creased the folded edge and THEN #i winged it; just trying to stay on the edge of the fabric and also parallel to the previous line #nyxtalks #nyx sews #sewing #i think im back on the quilt for a little bit but im gonna hit a wall with that too at some point soon #and when i do i am going to be a good little sew-er and tidy up my sewing supplies :)
