Loved the episode. This is a little something I thought of while listening to it

I know the mummy myth exists and that’s why it’s in both of them but idk… When Beth talked about the mummy my mind automatically went to Zero Escape

DNDADS S2 EP 43 SPOILERS
.
.
.
.
.
WOW OKAY
Linc being a TIME TRAVELING BABY was not on my bingo card
Also the teen facts and episode as a whole implies that when Grant was schooling Linc he just never wanted to teach him about the titanic because… it just reminded him that he stole a baby? He was worried Linc might remember something (as impossible as that is??)
freaking WILD

Dndads spoilers! S2 EP 43
Sometimes a family is two Himbo’s and a time traveled baby from the titanic.
In all seriousness though they still had to have a wedding so how do you think that went when Marco and grant just came back with a baby ON THEIR WEDDING DAY.

Now admittedly, while overall I love the whole "Grant and Marco saved baby Lincoln from the titanic" thing, I do hope that people will be more inclined to see this as something that facilitates Lincoln's reconcilliation with his dad and helps him make peace with some of Grant's mistakes, rather than framing it as "gotcha Grant never did anything wrong actually and Lincoln is upset at his parents for nothing!" cause uh... That's gonna be a no from me!

Willy Stampler didn’t choose to be a dad, he tells Ron that he was an accident. This is an extreme comparison because Willy is an absolute piece of shit, but not wanting a child doesn’t mean that you can treat them like shit. It’s zero excuse.
Grant absolutely did things wrong. He lied to Linc, he lied to Marco, he literally kills people (I don’t even know how bad that is in the canon anymore tbh), also borderline social isolation by the sounds of it. It’s established that Linc has met the other teens as small children, but after the Kiddads went their seperate ways, it’s implied that Linc never really talked to anyone his age ever again. All he has are his dads, no friends, not even a place to go where he can make them. It’s a concerning thing.
but the deep lying, the deep untruths that encircle his relationship with his family. It needs to be fixed, not just with Linc, but Marco too.
Grant has absolutely fucked up, majorly, and it’s going to take more than a “awww they saved him on the titanic” to convince me that Grant is redeemed.
Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE Grant, like, so much, but there’s some serious shit going on that needs to be fixed.
